The shuttles run pretty steady to and from the airport so not a long wait. The Valet service had the car right there when we stepped off the shuttle. Staff was very helpful and patient.(beside the booth person, but that might be because they were in the booth or was put there because that was the lowest effort they could put forth).Its close to the airport so its a short shuttle ride.

Super convenient, but to get the best deals use third party booking agents or coupons well in advance of your travel dates. If you book the day before you will pay near top dollar, especially with the fees and taxes they now layer on. My advertised daily rate was $13, but it came out to $17/day after fees.

Good for a place to park and get a shuttle to fly

We did the he self parking. Did not have to wait for the shuttle service. Driver helped us with our luggage. The one issue is that it’s not easy to find parking. And there isn’t much maneuvering space, making it hard to park. A great plus was the fridge stocked with free cold water bottles on the way out. That was great we were dehydrated and that was really great.

Drop off was a bit stressful. Despite having a reservation for 7 days, the lot was full. Told to park via Valet which was fine. However, no one at Valet so had to wait for a bit. Pickup was a breeze. Shuttle took a while (15-20 min) but car was ready to be driven off. Would use again. Thanks.

Terrible experience! Waited for over 45 min for pick up and saw 4 of their competitors 6 times over! Then they blamed it all on traffic… and their competitor ( parking spot) is right across the street from them. Saw like 5 workers sitting around when we pulled up, and 2 other busses … very disappointing

Excellent service, good staff and fast getting my group to the airport as well as a super quick pick up on our return. Lot is secure, lighted and easy to find. Prices were the best around. I have used this company in the past and will continue to use them for future flights. This trip I used self park and had no issues, I have used valet in the past and with zero complaints. I booked everything online and they communicated with me via text for my parking confirmation/pick up “how to”. Highly recommended

What a great experience. It was our first time using this lot due to an incredible promo/price. While the lot was full when we arrived, our car was willingly taken to valet, regardless of our reservation for self park. Everyone was efficient, kind, and helpful- easing so much stress that comes with traveling. When we returned tonight back to Philly, the shuttle picked us up quickly, and our car was ready to go as soon as we arrived back at the lot. Every staff member... from the shuttle driver to the valet assistance to the smiling lady checking us out at the booth, was incredible, even with it being later at night. We will absolutely use your lot again when traveling! Thank you for great service!!

Weve been happily using this lot for some time now and will continue to do so. They have great rates and awesome customer service. I recently accidentally left a window on my car open while away and a lot attendant there took the time to put plastic and painters tape over it. It protected my interior from rain which could have shorted out my power windows and locks.

We used Valet and it was well worth it. We were in and out of the parking place in about 5 minutes, driver took the keys and helped load our luggage on the bus. Coming back the only complaint I have is how long it took the driver to get to us, but it was probably because it was 400a.m. When youre tired 5 minutes can feel like 5 hours, lol. I would definitely park here again. Oh yeah, we made our reservation online.....it was simple and no hassle.

Our experience got off to a rocky start to say the least. We had a customer from out of town flying in to pick up a vehicle he had purchased our drive drove for 2 hours to drop off the vehicle and the man at the Valet gate was incredibly rude to my driver we had to book a reservation even though the service said no reservation is required? We finally set the reservation and showed the rude man at the gate and it still wasnt good enough. I was at my wits end. I was about to cancel and go elsewhere. Until Ms. Jackie Stepped in to help us she was amazing. She came over showed the rude man how to do his job the correct way and got us checked in and taken care of quickly. She was such a blessing. Incredible convenient and affordable for the service. Used the valet service in April 2021 and it was great. I had no wait time going to the airport, and picking up they were there within minutes. Ill never go anywhere else. Already reserved for later this year again.

I couldnt ask for any more of park n fly. Clean vehicles helpful and friendly drivers and valet check in staff. Didnt have to touch my luggage from valet drop off until I was out of the shuttle at the airport sooooooo nice and easy!

We got upgraded to valet because the lot was full when we got there. The folks who greeted us were super helpful and friendly. The bus drivers were both great and returning was SUPER easy in valet.

Had a fantastic parking experience. Easy to purchase your parking online, simple to scan your barcode for the gate to open up. As you’re parking, a shuttle is following you to your parking spot and assists with your bags. (No waiting around for a shuttle). Then, when you arrive from your flight, you can call the dispatch # and indicate which terminal you are at. The shuttle comes within minutes. Park ‘N Fly is all you could ask for!

The Park and Flu service was awesome on the way out. But coming back we had to wait an hour for pick up. AfterA long day of flying you just want to go home. It ended our vacation on a sour note

Everything was good until I arrived there and I still had to wait for my vehicle after it was called for while i was still at the airport and also after i texted my info in advance.

Location was great. Easy to get to, especially coming from the north of Philly. Staff was great upon arrival and helped with the bags. On the way home, I did not have to wait for a p/u. While waiting for my bags on the carousel, I saw 3 Park N Fly vehicles stopping at a stop right outside the door. This whole process could not have gone better. Highly recommend!

Long wait times for a shuttle! We called upon landing. The first shuttle arrived within 15 minutes but didn’t stop! We had to wait another 25 minutes for the next shuttle which was packed. The driver didn’t want to let us on because there wasn’t enough space for us but we couldn’t wait any longer. Leaving the parking lot is also a hassle. Wouldn’t recommend this place!

We had a great experience at Park N Fly in May 2021. I made a reservation and to get into the lot I scanned the code they texted me. The shuttle to the airport was quick and the driver was friendly. The vehicle was not overcrowded. Prior to our day of travel they texted another link and instructions to call the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. We only waited about 10-15 minutes for our ride back to our car. Unfortunately an interior light had been left on inside our car so the battery was dead, but a friendly employee jumped our car so that we could drive home. They did everything well, and besides all this they had the best price! We will definitely use them again.

This place was great. The people were awesome. We ended up spending over 2 days due to being trapped because of canceled flights due to weather and they were so nice about it.I do wish they had numbered spots or provided tickets for when we return. They provide them for valet but not for self park.

This was the absolute worst parking experience we have had. Drop off was easy enough but coming back was an entirely different story. Gave the first half of our valet parking ticket to the driver when we got on the bus, then when we got back to the garage the attendant stopped me from getting off after my mother had already done so and was given her bag. I was stopped and told it was only for valet parking which we had, and the car was already waiting with her bag in it. He then took the second half of the valet ticket. So when the other employee putting the bags in the car asked for it I told him the other guy took it already. He repeated himself a few times I guess not understanding what I was telling him. After I too had to repeat myself he said ok ok its fine go. Thenwe needed said ticket that the other agent took from me to get out so had to sit at the exit and find the number we thankfully had in a text still. Overall bad experience. Will definitely be going back to winner instead

We had to drive home from Nashville to Philadelphia. Evan Helped us get to our car (while we drove our rental) and get us through to the check out with no effort on our part. He and the wonderful cashier made it stress free after a long 14 hour drive in the snow, ice and rain. 10/10 to both of them and we will definitely use park N Fly again. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Going in that morning wasnt very smooth because they were short staffed, but when they picked us up, our cars were waiting for us through the valet service, which was nice.

I called about a good 3 times for a shuttle I was told one was sent to get me I waited an hour and I gave up and had to Uber to the place. The female on the job didn’t even care or say anything to me when I arrive, it was 1am it was not busy at all at the airport for me to have been waiting that long without a feedback. Never again 👎

Reserved online ahead of time. was super easy to reserve and staff answered my questions related to timing when I called. I feel like I dropped the ball on tipping maybe?? When we arrived I tipped the person who took my car keys, and when we were departing I tipped the person driving the bus.. what are the rules?!?! Anyway, I hope they share tips, otherwise Im a butthead!

Online transaction to make reservation was easy. Upon arrival, there were various options provided at the kiosk. Plenty of parking. Best part was definitely how quickly the transfer to the airport occurred. Process is very simple when requesting to be picked up from the airport.

Very bad experience We left our bus in good condition and when we picked it up 9 days later the muffler catalyst had been stolen, we had to call the police because the manager did not want to answer or help us, and we did not even call the police to file a complaint. We and when we contacted the police, they told us that it was not the first time that they had robbed in that parking lot. I will not leave my bus there again and less for the unkindness and help of the manager and the employees

Unfortunately we will never use their services again. The company I normally use was full so we tried this one for the first time. We wanted over an hour for a bus to come get us after a long day of flying and getting a confirmation text immediately that one was dispatched to get us. We waited an hour and then so many other people crowded the bus we couldn’t even get on. Then we waited again. I don’t know if they just don’t have enough busses or what the deal is, but we watched tons of vans from other companies go by us over and over and over. And only one park-n-fly van. One van in an hour. That is not acceptable. Never again!

I will never use this facility again. There are so many others who treat the customer with respect and actually run it like a business should. I flew home early and did not use my whole reservation. Maurice the manager would not refund me the money back for the service I did not need. I was actually charged a few dollars more. In his words, it was my fault for making a reservation. Overall a very poor experience. The 25min wait for the shuttle did not help either and they weren’t picking anyone up at that hour of the night. Like the manager said, don’t make a reservation and take your chance at just showing up and finding a spot.

The shuttle driver Jesus was super sweet and helped us take our car out of the spot when he saw us struggling to get out! He was super friendly and deserves a raise!

This is my first time using a shuttle service outside of the airport-had to find one since the economy parking is closed. I picked Park n Fly from the reviews and price online. We pulled in, and immediately a shuttle pulled up to where parked-just for us. We hopped on and got the airport. Our driver, Mersha, was excellent, polite, and more than accommodating. I will definitely recommend and use them again!

Park N Fly was a super easy and convenient service to use. I was out of town for 4 days and needed to park my car somewhere close to the airport. For the price, Park N Fly was definitely worth it. I also appreciated the door to door service as soon as you parked your car. The drivers were very helpful in helping me with my suitcase and making sure all was okay. I never had to wait long for a shuttle either when I returned from my vacation. Overall, I would use Park N Fly again for future services.

Shuttle never came, I called the office to see how much longer the shuttle would be after waiting 30min I got cursed out and hung up on 3 times. Long story short I had to order a Lyft to pick up my car from the lot

Seemed like no one was working when arrived. Cones blocked off the self-park and valet. Pick up when returned took 30 minutes... No one answered the phone for customer service. Watched other parking service shuttles pass by multiple times. Horrible

If you are coming to the airport by driving down Island Avenue, the parking lot is easy to find. From there its a short shuttle bus drive to the airport, and shuttles were quickly available in both directions. Both coming and going, the drivers went out of their way to assist us. When leaving the airport, exit the area at baggage claim, stand in pickup area #3, and flag down the Park N Fly shuttle bus.if you pay for a spot in advance; print out your receipt, take the ticket as you enter the lot, keep both of these hidden in your car, and then present both to the cashier as you exit.If you arrive at PHL between 11pm and 7am, youll need to phone the lot for a shuttle pickup, so keep the little ticket with that number with you. You may want to use this ticket to write down where in the lot you parked.

Liked sending a text from the terminal and car was waiting for us when the shuttle pulled up to the lot and luggage was loaded directly from the shuttle to our far. That sold me!

One star because I cannot mark a zero. Service was non-existent. My booking was cancelled without contacting me and when I got to the place the lady just said The lot is full. When I inquired about my reservation she said that there was nothing she could do. I would get a refund eventually and had to find another place to park at short notice. Horrible experience. Im still waiting on the refund.

Stay away!!!! Mickey Mouse operation. You would think with thier proximity to the airport they would be faster on pick up. Waited forever. Use the Parking Spot across the street. They have covered parking and much better service. I tried Park N Fly out and made a huge mistake.

Parking was easy and the shuttle back and forth to the airport was a breeze, even with a 10PM landing time.

Can yall use that empty lot next to you so its not always full. Or charge online reservations twice as much.

This service is a joke. Waited and hour and a half to be picked up as we watched other buses come and go. These people literally only have one bus in service. Other buses were showing up 2 at a time. Do yourself a favor and use any other bus/parking service. This place is pure trash.

The level of service was amazing! From the reservation, to the time I picked up my car! Assef, Solemain and Solomon (please forgive any wrong spelling) were so warm and helpful! The shuttle was clean and warm. One was waiting for me as soon as I arrived! I made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare. (Its close by) I was also picked up pretty quickly on return. Make sure you have a copy of or digital proof of your confirmation or you will have to pay again. Prices are better if you reserve ahead of time on their site and the prices are way better than the airport! I recommend this company and will absolutely use them again!
