Every other parking company bus passed me 5 to 8 times before the PreFlight bus came. I called them 3 times as I was walking out of the terminal before someone picked up the phone. They said they were sending someone and when a bus finally came it was already full and had no room for me. The bus driver said another one is coming but I waited another 20 min before it did. This used to be a great and easy place to park but they are not providing good service anymore. Wally Park and The Parking Spot busses came about every 5 min while I was waiting. This added about an hour to my trip.

Great experience. Indoor parking is massive and safe... Left my Corvette there for a week. Everyone was helpful. The drivers, the gate attendants, even the woman in the office. I needed access to my vehicle after dropping it off and before picking it up to transfer things from another vehicle, and everyone was very helpful.

Best deal, service, and location Ive ever used. Pay in advance on-line. Parking indoors or surface lot. Quick shuttles to and from the airport. Make sure you read and follow simple pick-up/ drop-off instructions. No hassles, no delays, no worries. Will use services again.

It was an awesome place to park with great shuttle service but sadly there now closed.

Good price, drivers are helpful. However, pickup took 25 mins and no one would pick up the phone. Also, the exit booth was unmanned and one of the machines was not working. Added an extra hour to my trip home.

This was my first time using PreFlight and it was a great experience! They were timely with my pick up and drop off and the drivers I had each time were incredibly friendly and helpful! I would use them again and again!

Took forever to get picked up after calling several times (+35 mins). In two occasions they didnt even answer the phone calls. I would not recommend.

If Im flying out of PHILADELPHIA, this is where I park. Shutter is clean and drivers are very pleasant and helpful. From calling them to pick me up at the terminal and to my car 15 minutes.

After many satisfied trips,Waited at least 25 minutes for pick up to lot on april 9 at 9p.m.Shuttle was packed.Driver never helped with bags.Terrible.Will look elsewhere next time

I have never used a lot that wasnt PHL economy.. which with Covid is obviously not an option.This facility was amazing from the upfront pricing, the super fast shuttle and well lit and clean parking lot, both pre and Post flight was completely hassle free and I will totally use them again.

Sad they are closing in Philly Airport starting July 5th. Loved them will totally miss this place.

Preflight has been my preferred airport parking company for a number of years. I have never had a bad experience here except for the occasional issue with payment. My debit or credit cards have issues with their payment system almost every time I go. I have had different cards over the years but they always seem to have issues with my cards being read. I would also suggest if you use their services get the coupon on their website as it saves you quite a bit especially for long trips. The shuttle drivers are also very friendly and helpful so please tip them appropriately for their services both to and from the airport.

Dont believe any of the negative reviews! Our experience couldnt have been more seamless. All the drivers were incredibly friendly and helpful and when we first arrived and the van was driving around to do pick ups in the indoor parking, the driver stopped and patiently waited for us to unload our car. The check out people were very friendly as well. Prices are great for indoor parking and our car was safe and sound! Will most definitely use again!

The customer service here is the worst. Drivers don’t help you with your bags and they take at least 20 - 25 min to pick you up from the airport. Bus #79 was the rudest. Not to mention dirty buses, never again. Don’t waste your money or time

So I actually liked the promptness and the service. They got up there quickly, it was a fast turn around. The problem I had was on my way back they did not enforce social distancing at all and it was not safe for the passengers. the shuttle was packed no seats left empty. That is why I gave 3 stars.

I have used preflight parking for about 15 years. They have the most shuttles of any other off site parking. Their prices are the same or lower than the airport. If you want indoor parking they are a great deal. You can also build-up points to be used for free parking.

My husband and I did a reservation and paid in advance. When we return the cashier was unable to find or reservation and we paid twice. So, we could get off the lot. Was informed by cashier to call Pre-flight when we got home and we would be reimbursed the 82.00, that we paid at the gate. Needless to say they have been giving my husband the run around. Our original price was 42.00. We are now being told that we have go to the webs site that we used. We used this web site. I would like to be refunded my money. I will be contacting the BBB.

Economy parking was closed so we had to park in the garage for $16/day (should have been the same rate) -- ended up going to offsite parking.

We waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle to get here, our shuttle passed us at least twice. When I called a couple of time to let them know where I was standing, one of the operators stated “my coworker said you called several times already” I responded “yes i did, because the bus keeps passing me.” very rude and ignorant service, then when we get to the gate, my ticket didn’t have the amount that I prepaid for, they were gonna make me charge twice. Just horrible, never again.

The first driver acted like she couldnt wait for us to get our luggage and left. But before she left, she said, It will be about 5 minutes for another shuttle. The shuttle we did get on afterwards (which wasnt 5 minutes, it was more) it had two people on and then me and my three children. As we were coming out the driver stopped for a family of five, which I think he shouldnt have.....hence no social distancing. But otherwise the driver was good.

Great indoor parking and outdoor

I was very happy with the service and believe it was a fair price. We prepaid which made the price even lower. The shuttles were on time and all of the directions on how to get the shuttle on the return were accurate. Our driver kept us entertained on the way back. We would recommend the service to our friends and family.

Have used PreFlight Parking at least 3 times. Their prices are as good if not better than most other parking services. Shuttles pick you up very close to your vehicle and drop you off at the gate of your choice. Very secure parking. Cant get in or out without a reservation. Their app is very easy to use and eliminates the need to print out your reservation. Pickup from the airport is quick and easy. The app shows you real time locations of the shuttles so you know how close they are to the airport . And the shuttle drivers are topnotch. Our most recent drop-off was right at our vehicle, I popped the trunk while the driver brought out our bags, I turned to grab the bags from him and he put them both in our trunk. I will always use PreFlight.

We have parked with Pre-Flight before and the experience was great.Tonight I made a reservation for this weekend and I didnt receive a confirmation email. I had two conversations with the manager on duty and he was attentive and dedicated to making sure that I received my confirmation so Id be able to park. I finally did receive it and now Im all set. I didnt get his name but please know how much his professionalism and goal of customer satisfaction was appreciated!

I travel just about every week and gave up on parking at the PHL lots years ago. I always use PreFlight and never had a problem. The vans are clean and there are plenty of spaces. I find that parking and shuttling is faster than trying to find a place in the airport parking lot. One star penalty because the prepayment policy for indoor parking gets painful for regulars as changes get expensive ($10 to cancel a prepaid reservation). This policy seems to have the most impact on their best customers. Functionally, a good place to park.

I’ll never use them again in this lifetime. I Pre-paid online before my trip. Then the night I return and get my car, the gate scanner wasn’t functioning properly and I was forced to pay for my car’s storage all over again. The staff doesn’t seem the least bit concerned about my refund either and it’s sad. I expected better. You’ve been warned.

This is the second time I used PreFlight this month and I was very disappointed. I know they are short staffed due to Covid but this is the second time I had to wait 25-30 mins after calling for a shuttle. When I got in the shuttle today it was filthy! They marked off spots but there were crumbs and debris all over the shuttle. I asked about how they sanitize and they said they do that, but it was clear they don’t do it after each trip. He dropped us off at our cars and immediately went back to airport for more guests without cleaning or sanitizing. Will not use on our next trip and highly recommend bringing your own wipes and sanitizer when you use the shuttle.

It’s a simple thing park your car and get to the airport, preflight park hits the mark every time. If there is another place to park I wouldn’t know because I’ve never had problem with this one.

Unfortunately this company is running so few shuttles during the COVID-19 pandemic that the 1 shuttle running arrived after 35 minutes to only be completely full and be refused by thesthe driver. I am the only passenger waiting outside of the terminal. Unacceptable, avoid this place and park at the DOUBLE TREE, 4 shuttles have passed, much better service, clearly.

Great service and at a good price. I had some initial difficulty in finding the place as it was my first time so my only recommendation is to give yourself lots of time if you are going there for the first time. However now that Ive found it I will be back!

I was at terminal E, It took 4 vehicle passed with full. One of the bus driver was mad when I said 3 prior buses are full. His comment was What should I do. I suggest they should be sending a direct bus when the buses are getting full to a specific terminal.Also when I reached the checkout gate the time was 7 minutes over my 5:30 departure, the gate keeper insisted that I have to pay $3 for the other the 24 hours. I have to explain that I had to wait over an hour at the gate to get the ride back.Frequency was very low, this is the first time I use them. Will not use again.

Create an account and you can accumulate points that can be used against future reservations. I highly recommend Preflight Parking.

My favorite off-site parking when I fly out of Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). Theyre close by, punctual, and treat you nicely (not like some of the actual, official PHL long-term parking shuttle drivers who can be downright rude).Pre-Flight is pricey, but so are all the lot shuttle services. Definitely download their coupon before traveling and remember to submit it when paying!!

I have used PreFlight 6 times now and have not had an issue. It is safe, I park my car where I want to, and dont have to worry about it getting damaged like my car did at other long term parking facilities. Shuttles are always readily available in my experience whether on site or at the airport. There was even a recent issue with a charge on my credit card which was taken care of within the business time frame they stated. I plan to continue to leave my care there whenever I fly out of town.

Had used the parking facility during Christmas and am satisfied with the facility. Professionally managed. When we returned at the airport, I had to call them since it was before 8 am and the shuttle was at the airport in 10 minutes and the driver dropped us at the place where our car was parked in the parking lot and even helped in carrying the luggage to the car. Very courteous.

I waited 20 minutes from the time I parked just to LEAVE the lot. Add another 10 minutes before getting to my gate. 30 minutes to park and be dropped off is just unacceptable!

Ideal parking spot at airport. Shuttle drivers courteous. Only slight complaint is need more shuttles running at peak times. The payment process at departure stinks. Moved to automated machine with scanner and technology sucks. Rarely do tickets scan unless you get perfect angle. Usually gate agent has to come out and help. Not sure why they did this, I have considered going elsewhere as its so annoying.

Great indoor parking got us car to terminal and Terminal to car without an issue parking spaces are large well-lit left my vehicle there for 5 days came back same condition that I left it will definitely use again the only issue I had was when I was leaving the scanner did not want to read my printed exit pass and had to wait for help from somebody to get me out of the parking lot otherwise would have given five stars

Very easy access. Quick, friendly van service. I was traveling early, flights departed and arrived 6am. I was concerned about getting picked up in time, but the service was better than I could have anticipated! I dont know about later in the day, but for early morning travel, this place was tops.

Ive been parking here for almost 3 years. Service has been very good. Always parking available. Shuttle wait time has been good. I even had my car washed and had no problems. The biggest highlight for me was that I left my sunroof popped up one time before a huge 2 day storm. I called to see if anything could be done. They covered it with a large plastic bag. It worked great! I wont park anywhere else...

Used them twice - awesome experience so far. Going to the airport I’ve had the shuttle pick me up within 2 minutes. Coming from the airport the first time, the shuttle came as I walked out the door. Second time I arrived after hours. Called the number and had someone pick me up almost immediately.EDIT - Normally decent service, but had to wait over 25 minutes today, even after calling. Also, when I exited the lot, I tried to use my awards to pay and it didnt work.

These guys are great, they were waiting outside baggage claim for us and the other family who parked there from our flight. They make it easy every time I have used them. Several years ago I was in Europe and it snowed while I was away. I was parked outside but they came over an helped me clear my car. They understand customer service and how to keep people coming back.

Great facility, easy access, inexpensive. When we got dropped at terminal A, the person at the wheel was courteous,it was a great experience. when we got picked at terminal B to get back to parking garage, we were made to run behind the Bus as the man at the wheel dint bother about our waving hands to stop at the pick up location at terminal B. It was bitterly cold and we could not afford to miss the trip to the garage. Had to run until he stopped at he next door at terminal B. But for that lapse, this facility is great.

Easy drop off. Got lucky and the return shuttle happened to be coming by when we got out of the airport. Perfect timing.

Used to be great, but failing in the past year or so. Last Sunday evening, driver deliberately took on more passengers than seats, forcing the extra one to either stand or sit on someones lap. He could not understand very basic English. Overall, shuttles have been slow to pickup from airport and service erratic.

Tough to navigate through the terminal, but good signage to help you if you miss your stop

This has been my go-to parking service for trips out of Philly last few years. NEVER have any issues with delay, payment, theft, damage, etc., and the attendants and drivers are very helpful and friendly. Also love that I can prepay so I dont have to worry about having enough cash when I return. Prepay is also cheaper. I am very happy here!

Definitely the way to go when having to park your car at the airport. The staff are friendly and I never have to wait too long!!

They took over an hour to pick me up from the airport. I had prepaid and they held me at the paybooth until they could figure out how to check me out.

Price is right but pickup via shuttle is slow. I usually use Preflight due to its convenience and cost. However I dont think they have enough shuttles. When I am waiting for a ride I will usually see shuttles from the other lots pass by 2 or 3 times before Preflight arrives. Its caused me to look around to others. Other then that never had an issue. Drivers are friendly and helpful. Car has always been safe and checkout quick.

...........PreFlight is the only way to go! Booked online, great daily rate, find a spot easily and the van is there within 2 minutes.....upon return, walk outside to area 3, the van is there within 3 minutes, get back to PreFlight, jump in the car, present the prepaid paperwork at checkout and you are then on your way home. It doesnt get any more easy or convenient than this!!

Great rates with helpful employees and a shuttle to your terminal. The only downside is that its located near the water treatment facility and can smell AWFUL when downwind. Luckily, you dont have to stay there long.

Overall it was okay..? The shuttle bus took us to the airport, and later, took us back to the parking lot pretty quickly. The drivers were also polite also.I dont have much to say about the parking lot. It was easy to find our way around the lot and we didnt have any problem with finding our way.However, the people at the check-in/check-out booths were pretty rude. And I got mad enough to reduce a star from the rating due to how they treated my family.

PreFlight is great for several reasons. They are prompt, they pick you up and take you directly to your car - and they help with your luggage.The only reason I did not rate them as a 5 of 5 is that the indoor parking has soot on the ground and REALLY needs to be power washed!Note: do NOT roll your suitcase on the indoor parking lot and then put it on your interior car seats! It will leave black marks that are very hard to remove.

When you park, the shuttle comes within 10 mins!

Our friends who live in Philly suggested PreFlight. It was great to prepay on line both for the discount and to know we would have a space. The lot itself is a little scruffy. The shuttle coming and going was prompt and clean. We parked outside but would probably park inside during the winter.

Excellent service. I was going to use the PPA economy parking but I chose preflight because of all the positive reviews. Staff was informative and courteous. The entire process was hassle free, when arriving there were several shuttles all throughout the lot ready and waiting. There was no delays. When I returned to Philadelphia airport one of their shuttles was just leaving the baggage area, but another pulled right up less than 5 minutes later. I will definitely be using this service from now on
