Jermaine and his apprentice were punctual and polite. They arrived at the rear of my home to give my central a/c system a seasonal tune up and gave me a Beginners Intro to ALL things HVAC crash course in how my system works and all he did to tune it up. He patiently answered all of my questions (I had quite a few!). Thanks so much for a job well done!

Easy to make the appointment for a free estimate. A call from the office gives the technicians an idea of the scale of the job and lets the customer know which technicians will arrive at their location. Jermaine called 45 minutes prior to arriving and had a trainee with him. They were uniformed, the trainee was masked and they were very respectful of the location and myself as a potential client. They took measurements, briefly explained the recommendations and answered questions. The details of the estimate, details about payment and scheduling will be hashed out another time.

We originally called to have maintenance done on our heating system. My husband and I were so impressed with the service and professionalism, we had Air Done Right replace our heating and ac system. Once again, Air Done Right provided outstanding service from the minute we were told we would need a new system. They sent a quote over on Friday, with financing options. We were approved Friday night, and our new system was installed Tuesday...quickly and efficiently! The technicians were professional, friendly, and knowledge, and they kept us informed as to what was happening during the installation. We will be using Air Done Right for all of our hvac needs!

Excellent service! Very competitive price. Very responsive, came out and explained everything. The owner is someone who obviously loves air conditioning - went over the different parts, advantages of different systems, etc. Very knowledgeable.They came to install the replacement system on time. When they went to replace the thermostat, we realized that due to a tie in with a complicated heating system, the thermostat they had was not ideal. They spent two hours tracking down a unit to make sure it was perfect. The whole system was installed in less than a day, and is working perfectly.In the Spring we will need to replace another AC unit - we will be using Air Done RIght.

I contacted them for air-duct cleaning and had all the ducts cleaned efficiently at my townhouse. Their working crew was at the spot on a fixed schedule. I was amazed at their punctuality. They started their work immediately and completed it fantastically.

Air done Right is my go to HVAC family! They have replaced my furnace, after fixing my old one for two years. They just repaired my central air at a price NO ONE ELSE could come close to matching. Another HVAC company told me, if you have a quote to replace your A-Coil for that price jump on that Now. I would charge at least twice that to replace an A-Coil. Cant give enough praise to the work and the professionalism shown by the Air Done Right Family!

What can I say about Air Done Right? LET ME TELL YOU MY STORY!! JUST BEFORE THE LAST COLD FREEZE IN PHILADELPHIA, I learned my mothers gas service had been disconnected. As it turned out, her original furnace, probably 50+ years old had to be replaced before service was restored. I live in Georgia....who could I get to replace that furnace at a reasonable price? I called Air Done Right on a Sunday morning and by the end of our conversation, my mother was scheduled for the next day. By Wednesday morning, Air Done Right had a crew at her home and her furnace replaced. Jermaine Howard, the owner, even called me from her home and communicated the entire process. I could never have found any business that quoted me an excellent price for everything, including her piece of mind and mine!!!! I was also advised to register the furnace system and was provided links to do so. In addition, three months later, I placed a call to have someone stop by to check out a concern my mother had....no problem....I called in the morning, and just because he and his crew were in the area, they stopped by her home and inspected everything. Excellent service

Very professional staff and quickly diagnosed the issue I was having. Within an hour my AC was back up and running.

AFTER 2 DAYS OF SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS, LEFT ME WITH NO REPAIRS AND ZERO SOLUTIONS WHILE TEMPS WERE BELOW FREEZING.I called and explained that my boiler broke during THE coldest week of the year so far. They told me no problem, sent a service guy out same day. He came for about 5 minutes and said he needed to call the boiler company to get instructions... would be back tomorrow. Next day one of their operators called me to say nobody would be coming, and they couldnt send a new service technician. When I explained that I had no heat in my home and that for 2 days now I had expected repairs that they had promised, she told me that arguing with me wont help you and hung up. Would NEVER do business with people like this, and hope that you avoid the same issue. Apparently they dont care if they bail on you in the midst of a 20 degree freeze- its not THEIR problem.

Air Done Right helped me in a pinch when my heat stopped working this winter. It was last minute, but they were still willing to work with me, and scheduled my appointment immediately. Jermaine was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. The service was excellent, and my heat has been working perfectly ever since! Best of all, he did all the work for a really reasonable price! The only thing that could possibly have improved my experience is if he had explained to me everything he was doing step-by-step. However, he still did a great job, and I will definitely be recommending him to all my friends!

This guy came to my house, changed the price from $100 to $200 before going down to the basement. Then he claimed that my boiler didnt cut on. It did. My house is getting heat right now. I just wanted my system flushed for the winter, there are no issues with my boiler, I just got it repaired last winter. He offered to give me a number to someone who handles steam boilers because he doesnt and he left after that. So yeah, that was pretty bad.

I was refered to Air Done Right because my hot water heater boke down . From the very beginning the staff was very profesional and polite. They took the time to explain what the job detailed the next thing you know they showed up on time and GOT THE JOB DONE. Im very pleased. Now we can take warm baths again!!! Mon 1/25/16 my wife called me at work saying that there is cold air blowing out the vents, when i got home that evening i discovered the pilot was lit but no heat was flowing. I jumped on computer and googled HVAC companies that were 24hours I called 2 and emailed one (Air Done Right) they got back to me within half hour. Tuesday they were out and diagnosed the problem and gave me suggetions on how to handle situation, I was happy with their suggestions and decided to go with them. They had a job to complete on Wednersday but Thursday the parts were delivered as promised by 8am and the guys showed up not long after and fully completed the job in a timely and efficient manner, they ran into a hiccup where as a part was defective but they got that resolved within an hour. I am pleased with the work and will be using them in the near future to complete the AC unit job scheduled for the spring.

As an investor, i called to schedule an appointment to service my heater system on 1-of my property and the company gave me a 2-hour window for technician to arrive....that went out the window cause I never got a call from company nor the Technician that he was arriving late...So I called back to reschedule my service appointment and got another date for technician to come out,but never arrived nor called....I called the company and know one answered....
