Great experience and everyone I spoke to was professional and had a smile. It’s the kind of place where you get the feeling that they WANT to help vs “why did they pull up on my shift”. New to the area and I had a great experience here! Super fast, friendly, and thorough crew. I know very little about cars and they talked me through everything that they were doing, not to mention all of the extra safety checks they did as well (plus they cleaned my windshield while I was waiting!) Cannot recommend them more and Ill definitely be back.

Levi the shop manager was very professional and courteous. They kept the lines moving and since I arrived prior to another vehicle but their line moved faster, he directed traffic to service the vehicles in order they arrived. They use Castrol oil and offer a military discount. My single complaint was that they would not change my air filter due the housing it was in. Oil changed in under an hour on a busy Saturday morning equaled a win to me.

If you aren’t going to Take 5 for your oil change, you’re going to the wrong place. These are the only guys I use because they are SO friendly and efficient! We are always in and out with the best service and complimentary water. They all work together really well! No hassle on purchasing products either.

They were also kind enough to install some new windshield wipers I had previously purchased, but not from them! Im 75 and thought I could figure them out, but I couldnt. Ill be able to do it next time! Got a tutorial in the bargain. Simple when you know what to do!! Very nice people.

I’ve been using you guys for years. Was always reasonably priced. Lately, prices have skyrocketed. $180 for a diesel oil change. Last visit unfortunately. Priced me out!!

It was my first time using Take 5 Oil Change, and it won’t be the last. The whole experience was painless and quick. My young son, who was in backseat, commented to me, “wow, they are so nice!”. I wholeheartedly agree and would recommend the business to anyone.

The workers here are so friendly and professional, they really go above and beyond. As a woman it can be freaky going to a place like this alone because you never know if they will treat you different or try to rip you off but that has never been the case for me at take 5. 10/10 :)

First time here...everyone was so helpful and friendly...I was so impressed how all the employees worked together and actually looked like they love their job and were happy to be at work... They went above and beyond..The place I usually go is a little cheaper but I dont mind paying more for the great service. And I also never fill out these reviews but I had too cause they were so great....will be back for sure....

I pulled into Take 5 an the service is extremely fast . They all helped me but the young guy Aaron was very professional an made my day by bringing me a water5 stars from me !

Every one was really kind, even at the end of a busy day with a few more hours to go still. They offered to check tires and cabin filter and even gave me a coupon for the cabin filter. I will def use this place again!

I was expecting to have my tire pressure checked and maybe some fluids added, washer fluid, etc....Tried to sell me a new wiper but they didnt have one that fit my vehicle, even though they took my old wiper off already.Probably wont be back here. That is a let down because the price wasnt bad.

Young Men were nice, kind, and professional. They were a very good team, very thorough and communicated well. There was a seriousness to their work, they were also smiling and laughing in a way that portrayed an enjoyment of what they were doing. Ronnie was the lead on my oil change and was sure to inform me of all available options included in my checkup. The work was taken care of with a friendly tone and smile. Pleasant oil change experience. Second time for me. I WILL RETURN!

Took our Audi in for the dreaded oil change because of the skirting that has to be removed and the special tools needed. Our 35-45 min oil change didnt rattle those guys at all! They were professional, cheerful and so friendly the whole time! Even offered us a bottle of cold water and apologized for our wait! What? We felt bad for them doing all that work but they were like...2nd Audi today!

I went pretty early, probably right around opening and all the gentlemen there where just that...gentlemen. They were all extremely kind, verbalized everything they were doing, and explained the differences in options I had. I only had an oil change, but they also topped off fluids and added air to my tires. I don’t think I was there a whole half hour.I cannot recommend this place enough! I will definitely use them again!

Great experience as always! They guys there are fast, informative, and friendly. They always let me choose what extras to add on without pressure. If Im uncertain if not actually need it, they are very informative and honest. I love the I get to stay in my car which for me means not having to get my kids out. It is a quality establishment that is also very affordable. I got my trucks oil changed and engine air filter replaced for about $100. They also aired up my tires free of charge. I hadn’t been able to air them up myself because I had been so busy. I definitely recommend them and will be using them from now on.

Great service and military friendly. Just need to ensure that they bolt everything back in. Drove my car and had the lower pan/plastic dragging because they forgot to tight it.

The guys did a great job. Professional and courteous. My family and I were on the way out of town and pulled in for a needed oil change. We were back on the road in 15 minutes. The only recommendation I would add would be for the employees to wear masks covering their nose and mouth when communicating with customers.

Highly recommend Take 5 oil change! I didn’t have to leave my car which is massive plus when you have babies and they were efficient and fast. They also have a military discount which I very much appreciated.

They did not try to sell me something I did not need like some oil change businesses.Prices are higher than most, but they gave me a discount, that made it closer to a competitive price. They use high quality Castro’sMotor oil. They also checked the tires and cleaned the windshield. They also offer a free top off service between oil changes.

Went here today for the first time. Aaron was so nice and professional, wonderful customer service! All the guys did a great job ! They didn’t pressure me into buying anything extra. They gave out water bottles, and I received a discount for being a nurse! Will definitely be back!

We came here earlier today for the first time ever for an oil change. I was absolutely blown away at the outstanding customer service I received from the assistant manager and the other employees. Customer service is a huge deal to me. Every single thing they did to my car was explained in a way I could clearly understand and they never sold me anything I really did not need. I felt a sense of honesty from this place and trust - something that I have not experienced from any other oil change shop before. You can also tell they genuinely appreciate your business and I really appreciate that. We definitely will be back!

Im from out of state and have been here 1 year, this was by far the best service experience Ive had in the whole state of Georgia and Alabama. Their military discount is off the chain, a whole 25%, my initial price was 80 some dollars and they dropped it to 65 dollars. Definitely get your car serviced here, theyre awesome.

Good service but if you want to change oil at home then dont go here. They wrench tightened my oil filter so tight its virtually welded to the car. Definitely should know not to wrench tighten.
