Needed a brake light replaced on my way home. Saw this place and stopped on a whim. Service was quick and professional. The office was clean, the customer service was outstanding. The expertise and professionalism at the Phenix City store is superior, by far, to any mechanic shop in the area. The manager personally comes out of his office and plays an active role to make sure you’re a satisfied customer. I appreciate the way the details of my repairs were explained to me. My visit was surprisingly quick considering the busyness of the place. I was pleasantly surprised but I had a reservation so I guess that may have helped the time factor. The staff was very friendly. Prices are comparable for the the times we live😖 They were very informative about my vehicle health. I really appreciate that. I will definitely make an appointment for future repairs. The staff says appts are not necessary but an appt is best for me.😀

I had hoped to have a pleasant experience with these guys after reading the positive reviews. And maybe the fellow I spoke with was having a really bad day. He didn’t need to take it out on me though. I just wanted a tire patched until the end of the month. Was planning on letting them put a new set on then. But, instead of listening to me with a modicum of patience, he decided to interrupt me. Then he got snarky with me. Then he yelled at me telling me he had to “go see”. I said never mind and hung up. I have enough bad in my life without being treated horribly. There are other tire companies around. Thankfully.

I have been a loyal customer at the Riverchase location for years. I have always been treated with respect and given the most accurate rates and quotes. Preacher and Anthony consistently take their time to explain the best solution for your vehicles. I have had my tires replaced, oil changes, and things of that nature. Even when things feel weird with my vehicle, they willingly look it over to make sure my vehicle is safe for operation. How long does it take to remove a nail and patch a tire? Over two hours if you go to Mavis Tires. One guy writing up service orders and cashing out customers is bad enough, but when hes trying to up sell products and services it takes forever to get in and out. You sit in the waiting area and no one tells you your cars out front waiting for you. The line at the service seems to always be four to five people deep while puts on his charm offensive. To quote Yogi Berra No one goes there anymore or shouldnt.

Sooo! This place is AWESOME!!!! I literally got a nail stuck in my tire, I called they scheduled me and got me in right away! They told me everything that was going on and what they suggested that I should do, and I could not be more pleased with the level of service that I received, Anthony up front is a God Sent! I will be returning and my husband and I will only getting our tires from here from this point forward. (And a plus it was sooooo clean in the waiting area as well as the bathroom)

I had a flat and went there at 5:30 pm with my three boys on the way to soccer practice. I asked if they could plug it or if I needed a whole new tire. They took it and within 10 minutes had it plugged and back on my car. THEY TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY ABOUT PAYING FOR IT! I pleaded to let me pay something, but he said “No, you have your boys with you, y’all go ahead.” I’ll definitely be going back with any tire issues.
