Great facility and coaching👍💯

Great place. The trainers are friendly and very helpful, especially if youre a beginner. The gym is adequately equipped, with enough space to workout while social distancing.

Great place for sport

Dropped in and everyone was very nice. No water fountain, which is a bummer as they only sell bottled water, but the coaches were passionate and helpful. Met the owner who clearly cares a lot about his gym. Cool place, will come back next time Im in town.

Going to my 5th year here and I absolutely love it. Owners and coaches are always getting educated and on the top of their game. Programming is just getting better and hands down the biggest facility in town to have room and equipment for a lot of people. Also offers other classes that involve more cardio less weights... so many options for your fitness goals.

BEST CROSSFIT IN TOWN. Very qualified coaches, awesome environment and some of the most intense and fun workouts!I have been there for over 1 year and is the best I have ever felt. I have been able to get lean and built muscle with their program. LOVE IT!

Kiss My Crossfit is super cool, Coach Taylor was very knowledgeable and pushed us, the WOD was a killer and the other members were very friendly and nice. Excellent box!

Teaching isnt for everyone, until you join KMC, full staff of motivation, diversity at its finest. If you dont understand a work out, the staff will even stay after for a 1on1, as long as it takes, to help out! Ive done Crossfit before, but Theres no CrossFit like KMC!!!!

Super supportive environment and the coaches are always willing to help when needed. No better place to go.
