I have been coming to signature smiles for a little over a year now I had braces put on right before covid hit and I have always had Great services from everyone! I recently have had a lot going on and am so thankful to the dental assistants and the doctor plus the lady who takes care of billing for being so helpful and understanding on top of great service.

Have always had a great experience here. I dont feel that they are trying to push unnecessary dental work on me. I had to have a tooth pulled and they gave me options on replacement, but were never pushy about a replacement. Ive recommended them on several occasions already.

The dental assistants and hygienists here are so sweet and they usually make me laugh! Dr. Caldwell is straightforward but doesnt scold me like a kid while talking to me. Ive been to other dentists who have. I have a lot of dental anxiety but the office and staff are calm and understanding.

First of all, these wonderful people were the only ones, in my plan, that answered the phone. Check in was seamless. I was here for a preliminary and I found out I needed two cavities filled. It’s hard for me to get time off and they had an opening and 45 minutes later I had my fillings done! Super nice staff, clean environment and knowledgeable.

Absolutely love the staff! We first came for orthodontics for my 7 year old. She had a palate expander and braces put it in. Its been about 8 or so months are her teeth have improved so much. We started getting her dental work done too and the staff has been so great to her. They make her feel comfortable and she leaves happy each time. I highly recommend! Also, they have private rooms for each patient, and have a good COVID policy.

Little or no wait time. Am always treated with courtesy and consideration of my comfort. The exam is thorough, and I always leave with super-clean teeth.

I wouldnt recommend this orthodontist Due to covid my child was taken in alone then returned outside to my car upset because one of the female staff was being very Aggressive while changing her color bands and had a bad attitude with my 11 year old while inside alone . I do not allow her insode anymore with out me . Also i feel If we have to make it to our appointments with only a 15 minute grace. We should not have to wait no longer than 15 minutes after checking in to be seen.I decided to take my second child to castle dental in pflugerville and havnt had any issues.

I’ve been coming to this dentist office for a couple of years now. I feel comfortable every time I go. The office is clean. Due to COVID the check in process is different. When you arrive you call the office and a front desk clerk will come to your car and give you paperwork to complete. You can go inside after your paperwork is completed. A $5.00 fee is charged by the office due to COVID changes.I use to have to wait a while to be seen, but not anymore. The past couple of visits the hygienist has been ready for me as soon as arrive. For a year now, I been seeing the same hygienist. She’s nice. As long as I’ve been going to this office I have always seen Dr. Caldwell and he’s nice and knowledgeable.

Everyone is always so nice and helpful. I always have a pleasant visit every time I bring my children and the staff is really great with my children.

This is by far the worst dentist that I have ever been to if I can give this place a negative stars I would give it -100!!! I have had an issue every single time I’ve had a visit. I’ve had my braces for eight months and it has always been problem after problem after problem!! They’re honestly only here for a paycheck that’s what they make it seem like! All the dental assistance do is talk about their personal lives and don’t make you feel comfortable or laugh or smile and they always have an attitude. Recently Janet has had the worst attitude! This place is just horrible horrible horrible at least for me!!!! They’ve even scheduled me appointments and I have had to wait over 30 min!!

This office has really gone down hill. I see that the office has lost a lot of staff members recently. I don’t see the same faces as I used to see last year and even at the beginning of this year. I’m not sure what happened to them or this office but After being with the office for so long it upsets me that I will be looking for a new office. The management here is poor. The service is poor and the check in process is poor. I get attitude now over phone and in person all I hear is personal conversations about their own personal lives throughout the office from front desk to back rooms. Who is running this place? Seems like a fun house to me not a professional dental office AT ALL! The e mails sent from this office are a joke. whoever is writing the emails sent to patients about past due cleanings and winning prizes for coming in to get their teeth clean need to check their grammar and spelling. The doctor should be embarrassed as to how their communication to patients is done by such illiterate individuals. Someone needs to take their spelling & grammar lessons again. I literally laughed when reading their correspondence today. Definitely not the professional stuff I used to get before. Really gone down hill. The staff & manager could care less about their patients and don’t try to schedule your appt at 4pm the manager wants patients in and out as fast as possible with out any compassion. Up and down the halls like a crazy person yelling for everyone to hurry up and get done. I was amazed and disappointed.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND.The most honest, caring & knowledgable dentist. Most dentists immediately want to do a crown because its a money maker, but he is honest & has told us a root canal & crown is not necessary & just a filling would work. He also knows exactly what to do during any procedure.I have referred 3 family members and they all love him.

I was a bit nervous finding a new dentist place. I believe the main reason was because I have a kid with me now and its not just me looking for services but my family as well. The check in process was casual (call when we are there, fill out paper work in car -due to covid safety measures). Once I went in, my wait was short. I went with my kid (5) who was super nervous but the dr and drs helper were super patient and kind and accommodating to my childs fears. That was super helpful, they were kind to me (as my kid wanted to hold my hand) and they were patient with us. The cleaning on me went well! I was so grateful that nothing major was needed, just the cleaning. The entire staff was kind, prompt (even though you could tell they were a bit busy)! Everyone just seemed like they were working together as a team. Upon check out the office manager helped me out in choosing the right tooth brush for my teeth (which i take quite seriously) and my daughters.. I think for as rushed as we all were (since I am a busy woman, but maybe this was just me) things went smoothly, professionally, and I am so thankful I found a dentist home for myself and my daughter (especially for that 6 month check in)! Awesome staff!! 5 stars fo sho!

The staff was great! I had a job interview after my appointment and they made sure I was done in a timely manner and do a great job with my cleaning. My 2 girls ages 5 & 7 go to Signature Smiles for their cleanings so I figured I would give them a chance since they were so good to my girls. I was extremely happy from check in to check out.

Ive been coming to this office for the past 5 years. The staff is all so friendly and always helpful when I have to call in for any reason. They know my kids and my family and make us feel so welcomed when we come in for a visit. The office is always clean and the atmosphere is always pleasant. We never have to wait to long to be called back. The dentists and dental assistants are all professional while making you feel so welcomed. I have never had a bad experience and I recommend this office to my family and friends.

SIMPLY AMAZING,,, I am overwhelmed! All the terrifying stories regarding visits to dentists is totally dismissed here. Dr. Caldwell and his staff are amazing. My shoutouts to Pam, Karen and Erins service was exceptional. I LEARNED so much when I had my teeth cleaned, she went over and beyond. The desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was referred to an Endodontist, (Dr Ravish Singh at Martin and Nelson) for one of my procedure and he made me so comfortable that I feel asleep during a Root Canal with just numbness in the area. The Oral Surgeon that came to this office was EXCEPTIONAL, I didnt get his name but, he was friendly, quick and to the point when he pulled my wisdom. Dr Caldwell gave me confidence that I would do fine, and my procedure for my crown was over way before I had realized with just numbness, I needed no pain meds.I am so happy that a friend of mines referred Signature Smiles to me. They are very conservative cost wise and will help you make the best decision for your SMILE! Thanks Staff, YALL ROCK!

Great first visit! Very kid friendly, l Ike that the playroom is a separate room so they can have fun unencumbered. We were referred by our previous Dentist and we got an appointment the next day. The staff were all very personable as well as pleasant! I would recommend this facility to all ages! It wasnt easy to find, kinda tucked away behind some restaurants off l35 N feeder but worth finding!

The only reason i couldnt give this place 5 stars is because the wait is always long. But today ive had the best experience other than the wait time. Ms Betty was the assistant that helped us today she is so awesome so caring and really knowledgeable. My daughter has been going to this office for years and today was the best experience out of them all. I would definitely recommend this office to friends and family ask for Ms.Betty she will take good care of you and make you feel at home❤️

I think the one lady was having a bad day possibly. One lady was very understanding and accommodating. The other seemed to not care too much.4. Dental Staff: Friendly but could be more interactive with children. Dentist was friendly and well informed. Appreciated his advice.5. Rooms: Kind of plain. Would be great if there were more colorful walls or things for children to handle in the room while waiting.Overall this is a nice location to take children to for dental care. Bring your own entertainment for the room and youll be fine.

Dr. Caldwell and his assistants are so sweet and knowledgeable. I love the team and I have to say I would like to give Dr Caldwell’s office more stars but I recently am not happy with a couple prior visits. Noticed the office manager is short with patients and always seems to rush you out the door after your appointment when checking out and god forbid I try to ask a question she just talks over you interrupts you and is short with you and just plain dismissive of whatever you need so you can just forget about getting your question answered by her. Just not friendly or professional at all!! Witnessed her mopping the waiting area during our visit one day ( normal hours around 3pm ) and telling patients to walk somewhere else I mean is that necessary At that time? She seems all over the place. I’ve been a loyal patient for about 2 years now but that office manager might just be a deal breaker for me. Hope I don’t have to deal with that at my next visit. I was very disappointed.

This place was honestly great! Ive been going there since I was very little and now being 20 years old this place is easily the best place Ive ever been too for dental care. The staff has never been rude and is very friendly. The doctors are very nice (especially Dr. Caldwell). If you need a place to get your teeth cleaned, whitened, or just checked up, come here!

Today was the second time there was an issue with scheduling an appointment for my child. The first time I called and we drove all the way from Georgetown to Pflugerville for his first appointment with them and they didnt even have him scheduled. So we had to drive back the next day. Im sure I didnt just pull an appointment out of thin air. Today I got a text message to confirm an appointment for next week when it was supposed to be scheduled for THIS FRIDAY. Again Im not making these appointments and asking for time off at work on my own. Absolutely no apology from the rude woman on the other line. Will be taking our business elsewhere. I grew up in Pflugerville and wanted to stay with somewhere in the community but Im over it.

We have been going to Signature Smiles for a few years now. Everyone there is so friendly and nice. My kids really like going there. Couldn’t have chosen a better place for their dental needs.

The dental visits for my kids were fine! The issue I have with Planet Smile is the office staffs lack of communication and professionalism when it comes to scheduling appointments. I have been in contact with this office for a couple of weeks trying to get a service done and they act like they dont know what they are doing. I can deal with the dentist and dental assistants but that office staff need more training in communication, and dealing with the public!

Dr. Noh is super friendly and willing to explain what is going on. The staff is very professional, and you can tell they care a lot about their patients.

I rarely take the time to do this but this office is worth the time. Dr. Caldwell has been my dentist for several years now and I am so grateful to have him. I am writing this review several hours after a major root canal and I feel great. In my situation, along with my other family members, he really cares about my treatment plan, and for once I have a dentist that is realistic about cost! He does beautiful work that is affordable. His staff is fantastic as well. Megan, the office manager, is a sweetheart and very sharp and so is Alice who also works at the front desk. They are so sweet to my little girl too, which is a big deal to me. Dr. Caldwells assistants, like Desi, make you feel at ease as well. I hate not to mention all of the other names, but they couldnt be better. I have too much to say so I will end it here. He is giving me a smile again-literally. That sounds silly, but it is so wonderful to be out of so much pain and also know my smile is going to be better. Lastly, I am a Chickasaw Indian, and they accept payment from the nation. Thanks so much!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Helmick and her dental assistant Sonya; their patience and kindness really eased my fears of dental procedures. They are warm and welcoming (not to mention incredibly funny!), and are very skilled in their professions. I cant believe I am saying this, but I now actually look forward to going to the dentist. The news staff at Planet Smile is great. They were ALL extremely friendly and very helpful. My 8 year old son is autistic and not always very cooperative at these types of things. Best dental experience ever!!!The doc and the staff are great.It is obvious that The health of your teeth is their number one priority.The doc will give you all health options as well as financial options and make sure that you understand. They take the time to listen to you and answer all of your questions, then they lay out a dental plan for your health for you to review before they begin.And as far as the pain goes, its only shots for the pain, it is nothing worse than stepping barefoot on a sticker in your yard, its not that bad.Praise the Lord for planet smiles.

Dr. Smith Im not sure that she was actually a practicing dentist since she was always afraid to do any of the work I needed. She was told by another Dr. at the practice to START a root canal for him to finish another day. I was in so much pain I agreed to do it... worst mistake Id ever made. Dr. Smith injected the lidocaine into my severely infected gums, hence causing the infection to spread direct into my sinuses causing me to have orbital cellulitis and I was hospitalized for a week. Not to mention that I had to have the tooth extracted by an oral surgeon at an emergency visit to try to hopefully have the infection drain since the root canal attempt had put me in excruciating pain. So $1000 dollars for that and a weeks worth of hospital bills later I have a missing tooth still to this day... oh and she stopped working there as well although no one would tell me why...
