I have only great things to share about Bright Smiles Family Dentistry. The offices are clean and the receptionist was friendly. Dr. Schneider was knowledgeable and gentle. I was given a plan for Treatment and an estimate of cost. No games here upfront about it and thats what I like. Samantha did my cleaning and I couldnt be happier. Thanks to you all at Bright Smile. I came in for an emergency since I had cracked my tooth while eating. I was see by the dentist, John Schneider who told me immediately after inspecting my tooth that it would have to be extracted and suggested a dental implant and crown. They quoted me for the crown at $1,700. He had told me that the tooth was not able to be saved and that this dental implant was necessary. I had felt that he was shady and so I went to get a second dentist opinion and the second dentist at Smile Spot, Kelsi Lewis, had told me that she is able to save the tooth. The also quoted me $700 for the crown. I will never return to this location, as they are shady and will not bother trying to save your tooth because they care more about their profits than the patient. I do not recommend this place, they are shady and overpriced. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would!As to the response left by Dr. Kristen Hendricks, its offensive to me that you think that by removing a completely healthy tooth will save me money, because you tried to charge me more than double for the crown. You save teeth everyday, but didnt bother to save mine. I still stand by the fact that this business is shady and I recommend going ANYWHERE else.

Most amazing dental services ever in Texas!I have been a regular customer and I will surely never change them as a provider. Went for regular clean up and checked in with confidence - due to Covid - and I was correctly approached with high level of safety. Waited for 5 minutes and went in with great confidence. Did the regular cleansing and two fillings. It was done faster then expected; and I was amazed how the service personnel took care of my dental health. I do recommend anyone to go here to get the most amazing experience in dental services.

My son has been going here for years!!! Ive been so happy with them, I finally made the change and go there now too. They do a great job, they are so nice and I trust them completely! Very happy.

I rarely have to wait to be seen and Amanda is a great hygienist! Dr. Schneider is good too and I appreciate being in and out of there in under an hour for a regular check-up/x-rays/exam!

I have no complaints at all about Bright Smiles Dental in Pflugerville, TX. Everyone is very friendly and they really seem to care about you and your dental needs. They take the time to make sure you understand what they are doing through the whole process. I will continue my dental needs with Bright Smiles. Loved our experience yesterday as I moved my last child there.... The Dr and the Nurse were so nice, took their time to explain things and now all of my 3 kiddos go there.

I wasnt able to go in to the exam room with my granddaughter because of COVID. I had my grandson and he had a cough so we had to wait in the car. I dont know how it happened from a cleaning and general exam but my granddaughter came out with a nick on the side of her lips. When I looked at it, I could see a small dark line but the next day it looked like a much bigger cut or burn. Im not sure what to do about it, but its very upsetting. I called and left a message but they havent call me back.

I’ve been here twice for tooth extractions and the work has been perfect every time. The appointment times fluctuate a lot so it’s best to check emails daily which is weird.I was very touched with Dr Lagent and the staff, everyone seems to like everyone and Dr. Largent was kind enough to answer questions via text the day after surgery.

This review is for the Pflugerville location. My checkups with Samantha have been really great. She is very patient, thorough, and allows ample breaks during the process. I was also glad to get additional feedback from Dr. Maddali. And I certainly appreciate the office taking extra safety precautions during these challenging times (Theyve worked to stay apprised of CDC and ADA guidelines).

I had Samantha as my hygienist and Dr Maddali. Both super nice and personable. The office had safety measures in place such as mask wearing, hand sanitizer, and having the patients touch as little as possible. I felt very comfortable there and felt my teeth were in good hands with Samantha and Dr Maddali. Highly recommended dental office.

Thus far the best Dental experience ever in my 61 years. Dr Schneider was amazing. I cannot say enough. Did not as others have done try to up sell me on anything I do not need. Prices were better than others in the area. And for the first time I had extensive (to me) work done without needing sedation. He was so gentle. The gals were lovely and cleaning every surface and instrument as they went along. Best office ever!

I live in Bertram, and I love Pflugerville Bright Smiles. I have very sensitive teeth, and the hygienists are careful not to cause any discomfort. Not all dental offices are this attentive. My familys appointments always begin on time. My son had his wisdom teeth pulled this weekend, and he appreciated the care he received. We will always be patients of this Bright Smiles. The drive from Bertram is completely worth it.

The office wont schedule siblings for appointments at the same time. I was told it was their policy not to schedule siblings over age 13 at the same time. I only have two; its not like Im asking the whole staff to service eight of them at one time. So, I have to take 2 hours (usually longer because theyre always behind) out of my day. I understand its only once every six months, but its extremely inconvenient for a working parent. We will be looking for another dentist in the area.

Ive had my wisdom teeth removed from here a few years back and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and very informative about after care. Went back today after a 4 year hiatus because...well life...but still an excellent experience. Staff is very friendly and they get you in and out fairly quickly I had no wait for my appointment. I highly recommend.

The staff and dentists here are excellent. They are polite, professional, helpful, and efficient. We really like Dr. Schneider. He is skilled, quick, painless, and his bed side manner is excellent. He is great with kids and adults. We have been to 3 other dentists before we found Dr. S and well stay put with him!

The staff there is very patient and helpful. They always explain what they are doing and the steps involved if work needs to be done. They have been so kind to work my schedule the best they could for both myself and my kids. They have even donated items for our school. They’re a very professional group. This is the first place that I haven’t been scared of my checkups, as they make me feel comfortable about the process.

Needed an emergency appointment, and they were able to see me promptly. Pleased with all the precautions implemented in light of COVID-19: temperature screening, face coverings required for patients, plastic shields for employees working in close proximity to patients.

Front reception staff are courteous and helpful and both male Dentists we have seen are very gentle and patient with my son. Each appointment has been quick with very minimal wait times. What a great place! The dentist, hygienist, and assistant were very professional and extremely friendly. I was able to get my appointment the next day after I requested an appointment online. After I checked in for my appointment I was seen within 5 mins of sitting down. Can say enough about how awesome everyone was. This is definitely where I will go for all my cleanings and any dental issues.

Lets face it, nobody actually *wants* to go to the dentist, but when you have to, you should come here.I had had extensive work done in Chicago where I moved from in order to get a couple of dental implants and a bridge placed. Even though I had spent a lot of time and money on this, I did not have the best experience. However, that all changed when I came to Bright Smiles.Seriously, this is the nicest dentist office Ive ever been to. Normally, dentist offices are full of surly people who act like theyve got better things to do than take care of you--not here! Everyone here from the front staff, the hygienists, and the dentists are all warm and professional.Dr. G is my dentist and he and the staff made certain they had every last bit of information from my previous oral surgeon in order to ensure my final dental implants and bridge looked great and would last as long as possible. Even when I get new hygienists assisting to look into how my teeth are progressing, the ones who have cared for me before will pop in and see what the updates are.I guess I do look forward to coming here after all. Mostly because in a few months I will FINALLY have the teeth Ive been wanting for years!

My two boys and I have been patients of Dr. Schneider at this dental practice for a year now. The customer service here has always been superb! The dentist office has never been my favorite place in the world, but I always love to come here. The dental hygienists, assistant Deny and Doctor always make us feel at ease. I needed to do extensive dental work after years of being fearful and careless, so when I got here I was afraid of everything that would happen. Dr. S was able to make me very comfortable and always in control, not proceeding with any procedures until I was 100% comfortable with our plan. He made me look at the big picture and ultimately feel good about my situation again. My mouth and teeth are thankful and smiling brightly! This will definitely be our go to Family dental practice for years to come. Keep up the good work!

My husband and I have been long time patients at Bright Smiles. However, in past few years, I have noticed new hygienist, even after they forced us the change hygienist or change doctors within group, as they aligned one dedicated hygienist to one doctor and owners were not actively practicing.It has not been the same since. It is worrisome to notice turnover in hygienist every 6 months. I think I am at my limit with this place after waiting over 20 minutes to start on me. Keep in mind the place was dead, there were no other patients in there and no came after me. Of course, I was paired with the new hygienist and she was very aggressive scraping my teeth, dispite saying I had very little build up. She also didnt ask why I cringed during the sonic cleaning. I volunteered the information after some time passed. She said she wondered why, but she didnt bother asking me! Hrm? I will be finding a new place.

Best dentist In the pflugerville area in my opinion! I chipped my front tooth and gave them a call, they saw me almost immediately and fixed it on my first visit even tho I was a new patient! Super nice, very gentle, Got a shot and barely felt it! 10/10 would reccomend!

The staff at Bright Smiles are very friendly. My daughter had not been to the dentist in a while and was terrified about getting her teeth checked but Dr.Schneider and Ronnica were very nice and helped calm her nerves through out the whole process. Ronnica even held my daughters hand while the doctor checked her teeth, I am pretty impressed!

Worst Customer ServiceI simply asked for a chair to be provided for one of my family members who would be in the check up room with me waiting for another family member to get their checkup. I was told that was not possible. Since the was no where for my children sit and wait I said we would have to leave. Suddenly the rude employee produced a chair, was that so hard? Its sad because we have been patients here awhile and I love the Dr, but he needs to hire some reasonable assistants.You know I just remembered the last time I went to have work done, they quoted me a certain price, but then 6 months, or more, after the work was finished they sent a bill suddenly claiming I owed more money... I paid the agreed amount at the time of service, but they told me they made a mistake and I owed more. Ive never experienced that before, but if the error was made on their part and caught months after the agreed amount was collected I would think a reputable place would have eaten the cost of their mistake.

I had a dental pain overnight. Next day morning I looked this place up and before they were open I email them for an emergency appointment. Front desk responded promptly and were able to get me in mid day. Front desk very very friendly. Dental assistant was great very considerate of my uncomfortable pain. I saw Dr. MADDALI who IS excellent. Check up and advise will solve my medical problem. Yes. Highly RECOMMEND this clinic.

Friendly staff and good with kids. My 6 yr old went for her first visit. I had multiple questions and they were patient and answered them all in detail. I plan on taking my entire family. Would definitely recommend to others!

My daughter chipped/broke half of her front tooth. Just a hair from the nerve. They got her in the same day I called, fixed her tooth & had her smiling again. It looks amazing. They were quick & awesome.

I have been going to Bright smiles for about a year now. The office is very friendly and professional. My whole family goes and my younger daughter used to hate going to the dentist but she now actually enjoys it. The dental assistants are awesome. I have been seeing Dr. H and I just love her. She is professional and I am amazed how quickly she does the work and I never feel pain. The office assistants are professional as well. I love getting the reminders about my appointment.

I had awesome experience with Dr. Owen and Robert. I did few crowns and fillings with them and very happy with end result. They even did a crown on tooth which another office said it have to be removed. So essentially they saved me from spending way more on installing implant. Real professionalism + care = win for me.

Very easy to get an appointment quickly. Staff are so very happy, nice, and helpful. They really go out of their way to get you information. Good dental care. They have a special room in the waiting area for kids. There are some toys and a TV that plays cartoons. They also have a prize box for afterwards. And there are TVs in the treatment rooms. The only improvement I can think of is I wish they had coffee 😂😂

Today I had the most amazing experience with Dr. G and everyone at Bright Smiles. I chipped my front tooth while working out. It was a literal nightmare. We called Bright Smiles and they were able to get me in immediately. I didnt have to wait when I showed up, everyone was welcoming and I immediately felt comfortable. Alicia was the dental assistant and she was so helpful and careful with my mouth while taking the X-rays.(I had some pretty swollen lips)Dr. G came in shortly afterwards and talked me through my options. He and Alicia were so diligent and made sure to take time with my tooth. You could never tell that my front tooth is a filling. They did an amazing job and now I feel confident again. I will only be going to Dr. G from now on!

4/8/19 The Receptionist was rude when checking me out. I come here all the time and never had a bad experience until now. Also when I booked my appointment I believe I spoke to the same woman and that was not a good experience either. Besides the receptionist everyone else is extremely sweet.

I was in yesterday and saw Dr. H. I was supposed to get a crown but she worked with me and determined that it could wait at this time so to help save me money (we have no dental insurance right now). Dr. H. explained everything she was going to do, took her time and really made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend her.

Dental Hygienist was really knowledgeable. I ask a lot of questions and she answered them all very thoroughly. She seemed to be very experienced, I felt very comfortable with her cleaning my teeth. Dentist is very good also, helped with pain from a root canal, got to the bottom of the problem and fixed it.

Great experience as always. I love going to get my teeth cleaned and they never try to get you to do extra work that is not necessary.

I have found a new dentists for my twins. My kids loved going to see Dr Hendricks. Actually I think they liked the atmosphere there, but who cares if it works. Dr Hendricks is really great with kids. (my kids are 4). Its one of those places where everyone makes you feel good. FYI, I have scheduled an appt for my wife and I as well.

Dr.Schinder, Amanda, Ronnica have taken care of all my dental needs for the past 4 years and I absolutely love them! They make me feel very comfortable and my visits are always informative and very pleasant . Defiantly recommended to all my family and friends!

Everyone is great, from the front office to my dental hygienist, Amanda, and Dr. Schneider is so patient and kind. Amanda is very thorough and goes above and beyond. I had some glue my orthodontist didnt get off when I had Invisalign, and Amanda took time to scrap it off without me even asking.
