My best dental experience ever! Great staff, laid back and easy to get along with. Took a great deal of x-rays/photos, chatted easily about the procedure with the assistant and Dr who were superb! Billing specialist did a great job as well! Fees were a LOT LOWER than anywhere else! Bare bones, old fashioned, cost efficient !!! These folks dont jack around! My best dental experience ever at the age of 60!

9/24/21: DO NOT GO HERE! Changing my review to 1 star from 2 stars because they billed my insurance incorrectly. They double billed both me and my insurance company for the same items so they could get paid twice. Insurance fraud is so shady (and illegal)!2 stars for the nice facilities and technology they use to take images of your teeth.I chose to try this dentist due to the “free whitening for life” offer they have on their website. When making my first appointment the receptionist confirmed that as a new patient I would be provided trays and whitening gel for free. During my appointment they were trying to do a sales job on me the entire time. I was told I would need 2 crowns (for $1,500) despite just seeing my regular dentist and being told my teeth were in good shape. It felt very high pressure, while I was still in the dentist chair the receptionist came to talk to me about booking the crowns and getting my husband to come in as a new patient too. I hadn’t even had my cleaning yet. I told her I would need to discuss it with my husband first. When I inquired when I would be able to get the whitening trays as advertised she told me I would have to get the crowns done there first (as well as get anything else the doctor recommended at the time of the crowns) to first get my mouth in “tip top shape.”It was a classic bait and switch and very disappointing. I don’t want to feel like I am being nickel and dimed when I go to the dentist. I will continue seeing my current dentist and pay $200 for whitening trays there versus staying here and paying $1,500 for work I likely don’t need in hopes I get the free whitening they offer. (When they feel like giving it to you. I’m sure they would continue to find other “work” I need done first.)Following the appointment I went to their website to find the restrictions on their free whitening for life offer, which of course I couldn’t find. As an attorney I consider it a misleading business practice that they list “free whitening for life” multiple times on their website along with an asterisk, however make it impossible to find what the asterisk is indicating and where the restrictions are listed on their site.

Dr. Dawson and his team are Awesome! I have had a lot of dental work done these past few months it has been very complicated associated with pain Dr Dawson took out his time on his off day to return my call and discuss the issues I was having and worked me in numerous times to address my concerns and because of that i am so Grateful for him.. His staff is Wonderful as well and Sharika is Awesome she knows her stuff.

Everyone was very nice and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. They use some cool technology that shows your teeth in a 3D view. Dr Dawson was awesome! I would highly recommend.

Buyers beware with the orthodontist department. They will get your treatment plan going. When all of a sudden they change your appointments without your authorization. You call and brush 32 can’t do nothing about it since it’s a separate department. It’s so unprofessional. Run and take your money elsewhere I won’t be bringing my kids here.The scheduler doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing and good luck getting a call back.Not a smiling customer!!!

Since my first visit everyone has been super nice. I felt comfortable in there presence and they were super understanding and flexible with payment options.

Dr. Dawson and his staff are always fast, efficient, and on point with their clients. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend them. Being a teacher and getting Saturday services makes it all the better because I am able to focus on my students throughout the week without having to worry about missing appointments.

I’ve been going to Brush32 for about a year. After trying a couple other dentists in the area that left me less than happy with the cost and quality of service, I am so relieved to finally find a dental office with great dentists and office staff in Pflugerville. Even during a pandemic, they really have their act together and have provided me with top notch dental care.

Friendly staff and nice dr for ortho visits. I was told a certain time to come in and I was told wrong and no sorry or anything just wait in the car and we will call soon so let you know if can get in earlier. I waited for 20 min and nothing and they forgot about me and I left and came back but customer service and communication has gone down hill. If it was anyone else waiting they would have gone off but I kept it cool but rude to forget about someone and have them just sitting and waiting. I have had some other issues before when calling so that’s why we don’t go there for our actual dental work.

After being referred by a coworker who has the same insurance, (my coworker went to a S. ATX location however) I decided to give this place a shot and schedule an appointment for myself and child. I’ve been going to another dentist in the PF area who is in network, but the prices are higher, however their customer service is exceptional- not the case with THIS Brush32. When I called, Michelle answered lacklusterly as if I was annoying her rather than her seeming happy to do her job. She was not proactive in helping me find a date that worked to get us scheduled, instead the interaction was more of a “self serve” situation where I’d give her a date that worked for me, and she’d say “booked” until I finally asked, ok, what dates ARE available then? After a heavy sigh, she gave me some dates and one worked. Great! I was able to get in, though her attitude was giving me red flags, I continued to provide her with my personal info. When it came to my dental insurance- Aetna (which they list as in network on their website) she assumed I was mistaken and tried correcting me, telling me that I was looking at my medical ID card- I assured her that I wasn’t, and gave her my subscriber id, which she again assumed was incorrect and basically scolded me telling me that I was looking at the wrong information, WHICH I WASN’T. Michelle then told me how she “does this all day, everyday” and that the number I was providing usually starts with a “W” Keyword- USUALLY, which is not the case with my insurance. Michelle continued reprimanding me and was very argumentative, speaking to me in a very passive/aggressive and condescending way, cutting me off when I’d try to explain myself and continually doubting my validity. I finally became frustrated and told Michelle never mind, that because of my interaction with HER, as my FIRST and ONLY impression of this location, I was no longer interested in doing business there. She said “ok, thank you, have a nice day” again in a condescending tone, so I took that as my final red flag, and decided to schedule somewhere else. I guess it’s true, you get what you pay for. I’d rather pay more out of pocket for a great customer service than have a rude and basic “receptionist” ruining that experience before I even set foot through the door. What a terrible experience.

I have been putting off the dentist for years because I have a huge fear of dental work...well it caught up to me and I ended up in a ton of pain with two badly decayed teeth. I went to a different dentist a few months ago and I was not impressed by him at all and ended up putting off treatment. Flash forward to this past Monday and I was in excruciating pain again. I looked up dentists and read reviews and decided to give brush32 pflugerville a try. (Bonus points for being in my neighborhood!) I went in and got a treatment plan from Dr. Dawson and the entire office was just so great. Sharika got me taken care of with my insurance and I had my root canal today. I was terrified but let me tell you this was the best experience I could’ve ever had. The sweet hygienist made me feel comfortable and relaxed by asking me what music I wanted to listen to and she kept it going through the whole thing. And Dr. Dawson is awesome. The whole time I kept waiting for the bad part to start and it never did! I had a root canal today and when my husband asked how it was my answer was..”easy!!” I’m a patient for life now. Y’all aren’t ever getting rid of me! And I promise to be a regular! No more root canals!! 😉

I have never like the dentist and it has always been a scary place to me. (Bad experience as a child.) I usually have to take anxiety meds before I can get any work done. They were very patient with me and even got me to laugh a few times. At one point while getting ready to extract a tooth they even stopped because I was really nervous and allowed me to put on my music. I never thought I’d say this but I look forward to my next visit to get some more work done.

There are many choices in the Pflugerville area. I called around and other dentist have long wait times. Brush 32 did not! These folks were quick to give me a date for an exam and cleaning at an affordable price.

You dont have to be afraid to go to the dentists office anymore not because of pain but, because youll have to file for bankruptcy afterwards, I couldnt believe that professional, quality, & affordable dentistry existed but, it does! If youre not rich but, you still want to be treated like it this is the place, I was able to afford it without insurance, straight out of pocket, & Im not homeless now they took care me !!!!!

The staff at Brush32 dental are all so very tentative and kind. I had a dental emergency and they were able to get me worked in right away! Mind you I had not gone to the dentist in years due to my last experience and they changed my perspective on dental care and enjoy working with everyone! I also did not have any dental insurance for my visit however they were able to work with me and help me figure out the best financial solution! Thank you everyone for your awesome work!!

I had an appointment at Brush 32 on Saturday, October 3, 2020 and the whole staff was very pleasant. They made sure I was taken care of in a most professional manner. I feel very safe and comfortable leaving my mouth in their hands. They are working with my medical insurance to make sure I can afford the care they are giving me.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Because of life how it is right now I actually had a virtual conference at the same time as my appointment and the front desk was really helpful with waiting till I arrived and coming to get me from my car So I wouldn’t have to get off the conference to check in as well as letting me be on the conference call while they did what they had to do. The doctor is really knowledgeable and answers any questions you have and the hygienist clean my teeth really good and made me feel comfortable when I got my impressions done for at home whitening!

UPDATE: Horrible business practices and Insurance Fraud that has been report to the Texas Attorney General, Insurance and Dental Boards of Texas. I had a tooth extracted with Brush32 and I paid what I was being told was my deductible. It then took them over 6 months to file with my insurance. Then when I get my EOB and find out that I was only response for 1/4th of the bill, I called them about a refund. I emailed all the documents that they requested because they said they had not receive payment. I asked for a call to confirm receipt and to discuss. After a week with no call, I contacted them. I am then told that they didnt put all of the procedures on the insurance claim and that is what the other money covered. I contacted my insurance company and was told that if they are now saying that they didnt include all the procedure codes that they are in violation of their agreement with the insurance company and it will be filed with the Texas Attorney General as well as the Texas Dental and Texas Insurance Boards. All because they wanted to cheat someone out of their money.Being educated about reading you EOBs is very important because this is a common practice that medical offices will try to collect more than they legally can from you.12/14/2020 I receive new EOBs from my insurance company, showing that now Brush32 has refiled with my insurance company for addtional items not once but twice. Both EOBs again state that what I paid was far over what I was responsible for. When I called back after never receiving anything from Brush32 the receptionist was rude. Later Dr Dawson left me a message and when I returned it again I reached the same rude receptionist. When Dr Dawson called me back he was not much better and had no explanation of why they have now filed 2 additional claims.Dont ever expect to see the money that they owe me but trust me I will continue to post reviews on their poor business practicies.

My son had a Doctor appointment they did an x-rays on his back tooth and they told him the tooth needed to be taken out. But by me being a concerned mother so I had a second opinion, and after all he didnt need the tooth pulled he just needs a deep cleaning.

I have started my treatment plan with Dr.Dawson and before I made this the home for all of my dental work, I had multiple consultations. Not only has Brush dental made every step of the process convenient but the staff including office management has always made my experience professionally memorable. I highly recommend them. Everyone was very kind and professional, from reception to the dentist. Ultimately though, they didnt help or improve any of my issues. We discussed my xrays, but they did nothing to help with my broken teeth. No cleaning, no filing down rough edges, nothing. I was told Id need to come up with 500 dollars before they would do anything at all, even though I have insurance. I left in the same condition I came in with. Broken teeth.

I should be charging you for mailing me for an empty bill of goods.Shady af establishment if you ask me.

I have had three Root canals done here today will be the 4th I hadn’t been able to sleep in 2 days my pain level was very high the team got me In as soon as possible the same day and actually got all the work done that was need just have to come back in 3 weeks to have crown seated, but I am pain free and very thankful. Im very particular about my dental hygiene; therefore, it took me a while to decide on a dentist once I moved. Im so glad that I decided to trust Brush 32 of Pflugerville. I admit I was skeptical about the office being in a retail space, but my skepticism was proven to be unwarranted! They are fantastic. From the initial greeting to the hygienists to to the dentist, I am pleased with the friendliness, care and treatment I received.

Wonderful Experience!! I really really recommend this Dental Office to anyone and everyone!! First, I want to say thanks to the girls in reception for making my visit as accommodating and comfortable as possible. I took my 2 year old in for a visit about 2 months ago and as we all know the Terrible 2s, and well long story short the Dentist was so patient and playful with her made the whole experience worth while. Went for a cleaning and get a tooth pulled. Was afraid of a root canal and having a crown gathering bacteria but they convinced me to get it and to replace my old fillings. Well, went to the Brush dental in Hutto for my next cleaning and they wanted to replace it because my crown was old and cracked? I told them I had just had it put in the previous summer, not even a year at their sister office. And they also said my fillings were cracked and so on. Basically the job at the Pflugerville Brush dental was all damaged. I dont eat candy or drink a lot of soda. Anyway. 1 year and 8 months later, eating a pork chop I feel my gum ache. I flossed and found the filling had chipped and was in my gum. It swelled. Well a week later all the new white fillings crumbled and guess what, my old silver ones are showing up. Not sure if they were supposed to remove those or not, but now every time I floss there are pieces of filling coming out and my silver fillings coming through. Its pretty awful. Moved out of state so Ill probably have to pay to get their mess fixed. And my gums and teeth are exposed.Was there for hours and hours and they almost forgot to complete my cleaning which is why I had gone in the first place. Been to many dentists and this is my first bad experience. Crown and filling done June of 2017. I read some lady had her lips burned at that location too.

Coming from someone who also works in the dental field, this office was pretty great! Veronica(the office manager) was super helpful in working out a payment plans. Im fortunate to understand dental insurance thanks to my job but she didnt know that and was great at helping me understand our fees. They take care credit as well which always helps! My husband was the patient and he had a great experience getting two root canals and his crowns placed temporarily as well. They look great and Im glad we picked this office for husbands dental treatment.UPDATE: Husband has now had his actual crowns placed and they look PERFECT. Front teeth and if I didnt know him, I wouldnt know they were crowns! Could not be happier with the service we have gotten at this dentist office.

Do not go here if you care about your health. This firm lied to me from the moment I walked in the door all the way until the end of my appointment.Do not sign their information disclosure. They will tell you you have to, until you spend a minute reviewing their fine print document that they do not give you unless requested. Then they will tell you you dont have to sign it. They are selling your information after they empty your wallet on unnecessary medical care.They told me I had 5 cavities, one of them in need of a crown. They told me Im responsible for 75% of the bill when my insurance covers 50%. They told me they cannot use my better insurance policy that covers 80%.I went to an actual dentist the following week to get a second opinion. I have 1 cavity and it does not need a crown.Not only was I about to let Brush32 make unnecessary drills into my mouth, I was about to pay them upwards of $700 in work that I dont need--- and that estimate did not even include my 4 other cavities, which upon a caring examination were determined to be coffee stains.Save yourself time, money, bone, and worry by going to a doctor that cares about promoting health rather than their already handsome wallet. They should be ashamed.Edit: and they are still lying. Did not give a follow up call or voicemail like they said in their reply. If you read this Brush32, please do not contact me ever.

The staff and doctor where really nice, no judgment like last dentist.

Ive been going this particular office for the past 3 years and theyve done nearly all of my dental work recently. Theyre always friendly even though they absolutely know I despise going to the dentist. I originally had Dr. Logue, but now I see Dr. Dawson. The biggest reason I go here is because its extremely close to my home and they have Saturday appointments. The cost can be slightly high but theyre wiling to work on the payments if need be and Ive been to other dental offices that charge twice the amount. They will fully explain all the process that needs to be done before any work is done and they give you the choice of what work you want done. I definitely have had dental emergencies and were able to see me the next day they were open to address any issues. Overall, a great office and Ill continue to go here as long as I live near by.

Dr. Dawson and rest of crew welcomed me with open arms . The receptionist Michelle did a great job with scheduling and was able to put me on the list last minute . I will be coming here forever and ever .

Overall great service. The office is very clean and the staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The dentist and hygienist made me feel very at easy with my first crown procedure.

I went here to get my two front fillings re done from chipping my teeth when I was young and they made them look way better than the first dentist’s work and also gave me tons of information and advice for my “teeth journey.” Definitely going back!

In a world of uncertainty there is one thing I am certain of and that is that the team at Brush32 cares!Dr. Dawson performed an emergency root canal for me flawlessly. His team was ready to greet me at the door, gloved up and with all necessary PPE in place checked my temperature immediately before allowing me to enter into the facility. The office manager was very knowledgeable and friendly and blew away my expectations of customer service.The hygienist was a true gentleman professional gentle and caring.The dentist has a lot of experience I could tell very professional he did an excellent job. I had done 3 cavities filled The office is very clean. Technology is top of the line. I would highly recommend it.All the staff was very welcoming and helpful professional.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Brush 32 office in Pflugerville. From the second I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm smile and was treated very well. I am normally quite anxious about going to the dentist but the experience at this office was totally different. Not only was the receptionist kind and attentive, but the doctor was extremely gentle and made me feel at ease -which is hard to do! Will definitely be making appointments for the rest of the family!
