I have never left a bad review until now. I am so disappointed and frustrated. My car is NOT clean and now I have scratches all over my back driver side door.So to recap, I paid $20 for scratches and a shoddy wash.Your employees are awesome though, which is the ONLY reason I gave 2 stars. Knowledgeable and very friendly. They were very helpful and not pushy when offering the monthly plan.0/10 would not recommend again

I have an unlimited member pass, so I tend to wash the car quite often, and at whichever location is nearest me at the time. I love this location, and its the only one who offers free vacuums. Definitely my favorite location!

Went through there carwash, didnt get my truck clean. When I went back I was told if I bought the most expensive wash they use a special machine that would clean it.....What?Truth is they are way under staffed and do not offer the same value as they used to. Better off going to a self service wash.

The manager, CJ, sprung into action after a mishap at another location sent me his direction. I have the unlimited membership and felt like a valued customer at this location. Cant say enough good things about CJ and all the guys on his shift. They were professional and took pride in doing a good job. Thank you!

I have been charged multiple times for unlimited membership plan this month. I called and explained the situation and they refund me 1 charge then continue to charging me again...

There was still quite a bit of debris after. I come here often and never really noticed before. I was a bit sad about it :( but after I finished cleaning myself it wasnt half bad. Maybe next time.

I have had a membership for a few months now and I noticed that this location is very busy most of the day no matter the time. Not really troublesome though. Everyone uses a decent amount of time to vacuum their cars after wash. I’ve not had to wait more than 5 minutes for a spot to vacuum my car. There are times my car won’t get as clean though. Today I went about 9:30 am and I looked at my car thoroughly before leaving my house. I go through the wash, come out to vacuum my car and immediately notice these large scratches on my car. These are mechanical caused scratches of some kind. They are too uniformed and they weren’t present before I went to the car wash. I only visit this location as it’s the most convenient. I immediately cancelled my membership.

Clean and efficient car wash with great free vacuums. Staff usually assist you at the kiosk to purchase your wash and will attempt to sell their monthly car wash plan as much as possible.

Affordable prices! $16 for a good wash or $20 for their premium. They also have monthly plans that are affordable and reasonable. Also every wash comes with access to the vacuums and mat washers which have definitely kept my muscle car looking great.

The wash itself is great. Major problem is their traffic management for the vacuums. Most people tend to enter the vacuum through the exit causing traffic issues. Customers not realizing they are blocking the path to the vacuum, park in the path under the canopy to detail their car, and staff do not move them. If vacuum spots are full, staff do not assist in moving non paying cars out. They do advertise free vacuums, but it also states the vacuums are for wash customers. I shouldnt have to wait for the vacuum if people just drive in, when I had paid, then also have to watch for drivers coming in the wrong direction and them taking a spot I would have been waiting for. I have no problems with others using the free vacuums, but not when wash customers are waiting.Ive mentioned the issues to staff a few times and nothing has changed. One staff member even told me, they advertise free vacuums and they cant ask them to move. He didnt know about the sign that says, vacuums are for wash customers!Photo 1. White car parked in path where drivers should be using to get to vacuums. Staff walked by multiple times and did not ask him to relocate.Photo 2. 2 cars came in through the exit to use the vacuum causing problems with the car backing out to exit.Another annoying thing is that staff stand by the card terminals, and Im worried Ill run into them. Creates a dangerous situation. They should stand by the vacuums and sell their unlimited plans to the non-paying vacuum users.Otherwise, most staff are friendly. Vacuums are fairly strong. Theres a floor mat cleaner on site. The manager on site is great. Just wish something can be done for the vacuum traffic management.Edit: Mister Carwash replied to my email complaint about the vacuum entrance. They told me to enter through what they call Entrance/Exit, even though its marked as an exit. 2 lanes in and 1 lane out, through a lane designed for 1 car. Thats how they make the vacuum line efficient! 1 Star, because of thier response to my email.Edit:01/2020: Watch out for one their staff named Dallas. My car didnt wash on the driver side front, lower side and back. When I asked about the wash, he said it was due to my roof rack, although it has never caused issues for 4 years at the same location. He showed no interest in my issue. When I was leaving he decided to mock me when I waved at him. When I called to ask why he thought he had to mock me, his response was to offer to cancel my plan! They seriously need some customer service training at this location.Fyi:subsequent washes were able to wash my car properly, and I would say it was equipment issues that did not wash my car when I had issues.

I recently bought a new car and I wanted to be able to keep it clean on a regular basis. When I heard about the unlimited wash plan that this place has I jumped on board with it immediately. I have been using the platinum wash plan (the highest grade wash without detailing) and I have been through the wash 4 times now. Unfortunately, every time I have been through it only looks like my car has gotten rained on and not actually been through a wash. I really wanted to like this place (especially after interacting with the great service staff), but it fails at the one aspect I needed: actually washing my car.

Excelente service.In and out quickly. Even during high volume times, staff is able to keep the line moving to make sure customers are getting car wash service in a reasonable amount of time.

Wonderful car wash only issue is they do not take cash money I dont always want to swipe my card but in all it is the only car wash that really and truly get my rims clean without me having to go behind them thank you for your hard work and your dedication

The wash is good, my car is quite clean. The drive thru to get to the wash is difficult for wide or low sitting cars. The are no rags provided at the vacuum stations to wipe down your wheels or the door seals. I only mention this because Soapbox Express offers these things for the same wash price and equivalent clean.Soapbox is a bit further of a drive, but I get more for my money, so I will be going there.

I enjoy being able to wash my car as often as I like for one convenient monthly low payment.

Expensive for the platinum wash and car still does not come out clean. In tunnel tire shine is a joke.

This is the best Mister Carwash location Ive been to, but I wish my car didnt come out with so many water spots, and I wish they had the little air guns with the vacuums like Surf Thru. Overall a decent car wash.

INSPECT YOUR CAR AFTER EVERY WASH!! I my mom just take rent car to wash it noticed my mom car had been scratched on all four sides. When she went to talk to mánager . He agreed the scratches where their fault because he seen car and scratches Filled a claim, my mom left and than they called 3 hour later to let her knwo they do not want to claim responsibility for what their machines did. Horrible. they take pictures but they dont take them well and the color doesnt help you have to be there to see the marks of brush 10-1-2019 Its not a first-time that happened at this locacionin check the reviews. And if Someone happen same cantact me and get lawer they dont want pay for it 👎

Super disappointed w/ this car wash lately. Today especially I wanted to have my car cleaned and vacuumed after hauling hay, pulled up and waited for someone no body came out. Ended up vacuuming it out myself, but stopped up the vacuum which is what I was afraid of. Please note in the photos the open line (it’s 4 they close at 7) the employees hanging out in the office and the lack of signage saying full service is closed. We have a monthly pass and I do regularly go thru the drive thru car wash, but since Mister Car Wash took over Wash Barn the service has gone down more and more.

Ive been with Mister Carwash for about 2 years now and car wash location is great the only thing maybe they need to be a little more direct on is non-customers using their vacuum so that theres space for people that do have accounts.

This is a pretty good car washing facility with free vacuuming available to use. The price is a bit high but if you opt to pay the monthly rate, it can really even out since it allows for unlimited visits. Its easy to sign up for the unlimited wash membership, but the downside is that theyve made it REALLY difficult to cancel that membership.

Tire shine and all around wash was not quite as detailed as Mr. Car wash on Gattis school road.

We showed up Friday (5/15) at 6:57. We realized that we showed up 3 minutes before closing. We asked the tech if we could just drive out and wed come back tomorrow. He was super polite and told us we could still wash our car since they werent closed yet. We declined. The two men there were friendly when we pulled in and I wasnt going to make them stay later than they had to. Thats not fair to them.We came back Saturday morning. About 10ish. Got our car washed, did the platinum package. Our car looked was so clean. Then we were able to vacuum our car out. The lot was busy, but everyone was super friendly and the staff did a great job keeping things moving. We will definitely be back

Love Mister Car Wash, amazing customer service very helpful when trying to decide what wash to choose. Quality equipment does wonders when vacuuming out my truck. Only things negative is the tight spaces when turning into the actual carwash for larger cars

Best car wash in central texas! I love the experience! The one in pflugerville is waayy better than any other Mister Car Wash. It has a great wash service, with vacuum service and a great scenery. The one in Austin doesnt have a vacuum service. I go once or twice a week depending on needs and they never fail me! Only problem I have is it is closed after 7pm.

The carwash I go to never cleans my car adequately. I have to scrub the trim being it leaves tire shine on my white car. I’ve talked to the owner and it’s nothing they could do.

I really appreciate the staff at the Wells Branch Mister Car Wash. They always wave hello and are super friendly when I come through. I enjoy visiting the car wash. In our impersonal online world, this local car wash is making life a little more home townish by greeting people and waving hello and connecting with them when they go through the car wash. The management and staff is excellent at this location. My car always comes out great and I love the unlimited car wash for $20 a month, I perceive it as a good value and a membership that I enjoy.

They make it nearly impossible to cancel membership. If you call their customer support line it tells you customer support is closed and you should go to the website. If you go to the website there is a form you can fill out, but it tells you best way to cancel is to call the number. Filled out the form nearly a month ago and am still being charged. Most locations have either not been open or had limited services. Tried emailing the address listed on website for cancellations, was still charged. Might have to cancel your debit card if you want them to stop charging you for nothing.

If theyre gonna put tape on your back windshield wipers I wish theyd also take it off! Had kids, got distracted, left the tape on, blue residue on my window, wiper, and paint after just 24 hours. Been coming here for years and this is apparently a new feature. Im not totally blameless in this... but they didnt tell me they were doing it and after being accustomed to not having to do anything other than sit in my car for it to be cleaned for 4+ years at this place this is a real disappointment...

Reviewed this place on their website. It said they had external wash and internal cleaning. Arrived and it looked abandoned. I parked and went into one of many doors. It turned out to be some guys office. I asked him if they were open and how it worked it get my vehicle washed. He said, just drive your vehicle through the car wash and you can dry and vacuum it yourself afterwards. I didnt ask how much, I just laughed and left quickly. 🤔🤨🙄

Their t3 coloring conditioner, always seem to push little chemicals on my vehicle everytime I go. And they dont provide car drying after the wash, like their other locations. Its always seems like a clean place and the vacume work well.

The cheaper of the subscription options give your car a nice quick wash but it leaves room for more things to be done by hand. If you need a quick wash to get through the day its a good option.

I used to bring my two cars there, but they are changing from fair to worst.The last time I took my BMW for a full service, it wasnt done right. I call the manager and he start cleaning the front if my car, because it was really dirty. Because the poor service I have decided to cancel both memberships.

Awful customer service.

We went through today and bought the best wash. That wash included wheels polished when we were done the wheels werent even clean much less polished. I went back through to get a rewash and the manager informed me that it was pretty good then he said its a three minute wash, what do you expect when I said I expect my f@;%ng truck to be clean he told us the exit is there and pointed.

I love everything about the car wash I just feel like that we should get our front sensors sprayed off whenever we come in due to bugs in build up and they don’t wanna do that every time you drive through we have sensors on our cars they get build up from traveling and that stops us from having to forward collision system working

I normally go to the one closest to my home (Pflugerville). My vehicle is getting less clean the more I use your services. I have parts of my car that are not touched by water or the fabric brush. You need to have quality check at the end. If this continues I will no longer use your services and discontinue my membership.

The staff people are always friendly and professional. However, the base wash barely got our van clean and it wasnt very dirty to begin with. Just went about a week ago and had to move stalls because the vacuum wasnt working well--low suction, the person next to me had snagged the vacuum on my side because it appeared to be working well (they were vacuuming away). I appreciate the included vacuums and trash cans, and there has been a stall available the 2 times I visited so far.

Coming here a year and only had 1 issue. My mirror cap came off or was jarred loose and by the time i got home it was gone. Went back and never found it, but at least they looked for it so i was satisfied.Friendly staff, clean facilities and free vacs make this location my favorite.

Great place if you need to get in and out quickly. Love the vacuum stations and mat cleaning machine, makes it so much easier.

The car wash leaves water spots. The staff is a bunch of young kids who don’t care and might as well be fired and replaced by machines. I would like to be upgraded to the monthly premium service at no charge as I’m completely dissatisfied and I’m telling people in Austin. (There is one good person, Caucasian with glasses, think he’s management )

Would 100% NOT recommend them!I am cancelling my service. My partners car was damaged in the car wash cycle due to the car in front of us decided to slam on the breaks. Although you and I both have footage, you are refusing to help ALTHOUGH you said youd help and had the footage? HORRIBLE customer service and I will make sure NOBODY I know comes there. Who would want to if they are paying for a service just to not be protected in situations like this? YOU have this persons information and dont want to ban them or anything to set an example or help? HORRIBLE. SHAME.

Place is a joke. Very basic wash at best. Wash away has problems, some of vacuum doesnt work and some no hose at location. Vacuum area is dirty with all kind of trash on ground. Good chance of getting a flat. Dont pay more than basic wash as that is all you will get!

Love this place to get my car clean and free vacuums. The one downfall is at least 5 cars were obviously dirty and using the vacuums. We waited a good 5 minutes to find a place to park and vacuum. Manning the vacuums would be a great idea.

Is good place, if you improve your vacuum and same other locations dry car with towels, and improve your safety inside of car wash, I saw too many accidents inside your car wash because you don’t have safe distance for entrance.

This was great when it was the Car Wash Barn. The manager and employees were helpful. I have no idea who is running this place now but its not as friendly as before. My car gets clean enough and the monthly fee is pretty cheap so Ill stay here until I find something better,.

Thank goodness this certain on I went to had vacuums because my car needed some serious TLC. The other one closer to me only has a car wash. Thats convenient for those only wanting to wash the outside

Mister Car Wash has very reasonable prices and they do an excellent job in washing and drying your car. I havent tried the full service yet, but Ive heard great things about it.

The worst car was 😟

Of the two locations Ive been, this one has vacuums for Monthly Unlimited Customers free of charge. And where the other location (8500 Research Blvd.) has people towel dry your car, this one does not. I think its an even trade off because I always have to go over it afterwards to dry spots they missed.

The dryer blowers arent effective in my vehicles side mirrors. Ive a 2018 Honda Accord. Dont know if its to do with their design or if other vehicles have this issue. The Pecan St. facility doesnt have people wiping them down. Sure I could get out to remove water droplets, but that kinda defeats the drive through experience.Also, I think it would be great if Mr. CW had air pressure meters so people vacuuming their vehicles can top up their tires at the same time.

The worst one of all the ones I have visited. THIS ONE NEVER NEVER has good vacuum SUCTION, trash trash trash all the timeI have complained on several occasionsNO improvement yet SEVERAL employees inside the office area. Will will switch to the one on AWGrimes that one I can always count on. They have a 5 star all the time.

Their prompt pushes me to the location and get vmail with mailbox full.Maybe they wanted to say they tried.Does this site allow negative stars???

The wash is always good, the vacuums are free and always in top working condition. Always plenty of staff in hand and they are very friendly. I pay for the unlimited wash program and only will go to this location. Best Mr. Car Wash!
