Paint protection film. Just purchased a brand new black truck. I always bring my personal and work vehicles here for tint because of the value and professionalism they provide. This time I decided to do the ppf as Brandon and Jonathan mentioned for my vehicle. I just had my appointment yesterday to drop off and man I couldn’t be any happier with the results from the tint to the paint protection. I recommend it if you’re looking at taking care of your vehicle but keep in mind that it’s a timely process and not swift like window tint is. They do the job right and take the time to lay this protection down on the vehicle. Thank you Jonathan for knocking this out for me. Also most companies can’t do full hoods but new image can.

Shout out to the owner Brandon, took my coupe over to New Image for a consultation to determine what tint best fit my needs. Well after a productive visit, I chose to allow New Image as my Car Tint Provider. Brandon got me in and took care of me, however after getting my car tinted, I noticed that due to a medical issue (which affected my vision) the original tint was too dark. This is the really cool part, Brandon took upon himself to redo my tint in a lighter shade ...get this, At No Extra Charge! Now that is Customer Service at its Best! I give New Image Window Tint 5 Stars and would recommend to anyone! So, now as Im Cruising down the Boulevard with my fresh Tint.......I can only say Thank You New Image ! Levi

Unfortunately, I used this place to get my car tint done. Not worth the time, hassle or money. I had made an appointment on Facebook after an ad I had seen. When I got there for my appointment on April 12th 2021 the guy was rude and unprofessional, he knew nothing about the appointment and decided a help the girl who came in after me. He told me to fill out a form, while he helped her, and got her in before me. My appointment was before hers and he proceeded to take her car back and get started. By the time he got back to me he told me that they had no more tint for my windshield. They had just ran out. He had given the last one to her. I had already paid in full for all windows. At the time I wasnt bothered and he said he could do the windshield at a later date. (2 days later). So I came back a few days later at my scheduled appointment and he was already working on another vehicle that had just been brought in that day. I then was told that he was the only one there that day and it would be a little bit before he could get to me. He then proceeded to work on another vehicle that had also just been brought in that day before he ever even tried to get to mine. It was more like he was trying to get quantity over quality at this point. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, even called my girlfriend to come and get me so he could work on my car and I could just get it later. But he was not a man of his word when he told me he would take care of it. I then came back at 1:30 pm and he then had another vehicle he was working on and yet mine was still untouched. (remind you i dropped off my vehicle at 9:45 am that morning.) I had finally had enough, and had to leave as I had things to do for the day. I also knew I had to be up at 4 AM the next day for work and just didnt have time to wait on this guy anymore. He had given me a handwritten note saying that I could come back again to finish getting my windshield tinted, and had nothing but an attitude when I asked him why all the other people had been helped before I had. He was even annoyed at the simple fact that I had questions about my car, the tint and dates to bring it back. I chose not to go back to do the windshield even though I had paid for it. At this point I didnt want him touching my car again. I also then realized that the tints he had put on my car where trash. Air bubbles and lazy cutting around edges (which he claimed where laser cut). Along with debris that had not been cleaned off, but simply just tinted over. Save your money, and go to a place that actually values its customers and quality work. Like I had stated before this place is about quantity focusing on how much money they can bring in and disregards any mistakes made and refuses to fix them. More cars, more money and could care less about whose hard earned money they waste. Go anywhere else but this place.

SCAMMED so quickly & the owner was so hostile when confronted about it that I still feel like I have whiplash. The lady we spoke to this morning was incredibly nice & we even had a good chat about how you can really feel the difference in having a ceramic window tint VS without.Well about 3 hrs later (2 hours longer than the 1 hr quoted time we were told it would take) we pick it up, go home & do our due diligence. We were told that It went on real clear! You cant even see it!. THATS WHEN WE NOTICED. THERE WAS NO WINDOW TINT. They just cleaned the windshield: took the stickers off & then put it back on.When we confronted the worker he originally said that the tint they had had a wrinkle so he ripped it off and then went to lunch and when he came back from lunch the vehicle was already gone.I just... I have no words... Which is it? It went on clear or you ripped it out cos it was wrinkled?And owner, dont tell me Im a fake a reviewer, never did business with you, etc. I have your papers, a statement from your employee on paper, and video evidence of you on our phone call.Ladies & Gents, take your business elsewhere!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & YOUR MONEY!!UPDATE:After hearing about our experience the owner went out of his way to correct the situation. We now have window tint & have come to settle our differences.

I used their services to tint my trucks windows. Very professional business and didn’t let me leave until I was 100% satisfied which I was. I got the ceramic tint which I have received many compliments about but most importantly the functionality of keeping my truck cool. Enough so that I have to turn the AC down because it gets too cold. I am thoroughly impressedwith their level of professionalism, products, price, timely service and a comfortable waiting area. Sat and watched a movie while waiting for my tint to be installed.

I revise my review.After such a terrible experience due to no fault of the owners we are very satisfied with the final result.Brandon reached out personally and convinced us to bring in another vehicle of ours (as the one that was done had all ready been redone elsewhere). We reluctantly decided to drive the hour down and try their services again. To our surprise he met us with great knowledge and a happy smile. He personally did the work himself on the vehicle and we could not be more satisfied. The lines were straight, no bubbles, no debris behind the tint and very well administered also in a timely manner.Again the customer service was outstanding as the front desk lady was always fun and positive. The work was done amazing. We highly recommend this shop and their great rates and good prices! These guys are awesome!!! Great customer service. I came in with 3 vehicles for tinting. They were able to get the work completed quickly and with great craftsmanship. The tint they use is excellent as well. My vehicles are way cooler even on high temp days I dont use max ac. They even gave me PROMO CODE: Big Country for 10% off I will definitely be back to get my company vehicles done.

Called Monday to make an appt since I bought a Groupon and the guy told me they put extra words on Groupon so it wasn’t the ceramic one and so I got my money refunded from it and got a deal with the guy for ceramic and they got me in the same day I called and it came out great! I just came back the next day since they went out of film for my windshield and now it look Amazing!!!! My 2020 Elantra now is tinted and cools it inside not to bright with the sun lol.

Poor customer service…….. Made an appointment to get my tint fixed cause there was bubbles after my first visit. Told i was supposed to have some paperwork but was never handed anything but i had my receipt. Anyways ive gone up twice since my first visit and both times got sent home and didn’t try to help. Called last week and was told they would talk and call me back and never got a call back. Just called for the 4th time and got left on hold for 15minutes. I would not recommend going to this shop….. not worth it

This place did the worst possible tint job and after the fact that I told him the tint was bubbling up he wanted to charge me an additional 100 to fix his work. I paid 150 do witch was the same price other bigger shops had quoted me but I figured I’d come to smaller Shop and help a small business. I found them on Facebook and their picture looked like they did quality work on very nice cars but I guess they’ll only take their time on luxury vehicles because my old truck obviously wasn’t given the same quality work. I should have looked them up before coming it’s clear as day. Over a 1/3 if there reviews are one star and the its drowned in what seems to be nothing but sham reviews in my opinion with a few honest 5 star review from the vehicles they care for.

This place is awesome and no Im not a bot! Very good customer service and very helpful. They did a great job with one of our cars and even worked harder to remove the old tint that had a lot of glue on it. For our second car they ran out of the tint percentage we needed but swiftly rescheduled and will reorder a new stock. So far our first car we got done this past week is holding up and doing its initial break in of the ceramic tint. The cuts were perfect and no gaps or issues of bubbling.Ill add another review and pictures of the second car once I have the shop install them. They are even more than happy to put the tint meter out to show exactly what your tint percentage is due different OEM tolerances on the factory windows already coming out with subtle hue/tint. Highly recommend and check these guys out. Other shops were trying to charge me $800+ (different brand of ceramic tint) so always shop around for a good deal and service. Other than that, stop by their shop and check these guys out.

Poor customer service and work at first. After posting a bad review we were contacted and New Image made it right. Hopefully they will learn to make it right beforehand and not waiting until after a customer leaves unhappy.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. I paid $200 for ceramic tint. Its been the worse car tint I have ever had. I have bubbles in every window. Also some tint is missing in the corners of the window. I try to message them on Facebook but they didn’t reply back after reading it. Please spend your money some where else. Update: He finally reply back minutes after posting this review. What a great review of the owner smh.

When I was looking for window tint near me, I ran into new image on google so I looked at the reviews before I made my decision and I see a lot of good reviews and I seen very little bad reviews as well.. but i understand you can’t make everyone happy but I gave them a try and my experience was amazing, they have really nice staff, clean office with waiting room,very helpful on my decision on what shades to choose from, I would definitely recommend them

If there is a zero star I would like to rate this place. I still have bubbles after the 2nd time they redo my tinting. The owner Brandon was unprofessional and rude (you can see the text). I was told to comeback for them to remove the tint and they refused to redo it. But then they wouldnt refund my money in full amount. I spent 2 weekends, cleaning my car from the mess they left, got a scratch from my window, and got charge for the bubbled tint??? I wouldnt waste my time and money on this place. Like shop because they were fast and were nice. And explained that the front window tint is not all over but a viselike type thing. I love the dark tint and loved how fast they were. They communicate your appointment via text message so you know when you’re scheduled to come in. Setup an appointment for 2.15 showed up at 2 and been over an hr of wait in the lobby and nobody has come back to check and let me know there would be a delay. I knocked on the door still no answer, knocked on door again and opened it to smell 🍃 in there workstation completely unprofessional and unethical- drove over 30 mins from S austin to wait an hr in the lobby.Update: shop owner trying to send me msgs on facebook as shown in photo below- and agrees that i was there however in his comment he mentioned i have never been there. Windows look good, but no one told me the truck was finished. My appointment was at 1, I got there at 12:55pm, truck didnt go back to be worked on till 2:15. Brandon said someone would pull it around when it was done. Then he left. Waited, waited. Finally I asked and the guys said, Youre truck has BEEN done like 40 mins! I sat in that waiting room 3.5 hours. 2-2.5 of which were a complete waste. The guy who finally brought truck around was super nice, asked if Id been told the proper care, i had not been. He seemed annoyed too because then he had to stand out in the hot sun to explain my warranty, aftercare, etc. Overall eh, wont go back, but windows look nice.

I got the front windows tinted and added service to get my windshield UV tinted. Front windows were done, but owner lied about putting the front tint on, even though it was obvious there was no film on the windshield. I dont know if they thought because Im a woman I wouldnt notice, but dont go here, they are scammers. Zero stars.

Had an appointment, came in and was told they were out of tint darker than 35. Woulda have been nice to get a call before I drove over 30 min there, but whatever. Rescheduled for two days later at 10am, arrived right on time. Place is locked up, no one is answering the phones. Hours on their door say they should be open, plus I’m at my appointed time. Waste of time and gas.

I responded and sent a picture of the vehicle and he stated a price and when I showed up he insisted that is would be more because he needed to add additional charges to the quote. This guy had a Groupon that I had seen a few times in the past few weeks. I had been in touch with the owner a few times inquiring about pricing. He was going to cut me a break on removing my old window tint. The downside was he is 40 miles away from my house. The 3rd time I called him, he tells me he had some availability for Friday. I tried to schedule an appointment. He told me just to bring it in. I figured I would drop it off and pick it up when he was about to close being that I did have to work that day.I drop my car off right when he opened. He had mentioned how busy he was going to be that day. I thought we had agreed on having the job done today. I had tried to schedule an appointment and again he told me just to bring it in. He had me pay right away, which I thought was a little strange as usually you pay after services are rendered. That is when this while fiasco started to spiral out of control. I have given him my number. It was my fault that I did try to call him first before rolling up to pick up my car. I walk into his shop when they were about to close and there was no one in the front and the lights in their waiting room were off. I waited on the couch until one of the workers in the back comes back into the room. I ask about my car. The guy hands me his phone. It is the owner who tells me his steamer broke and he is at Home Depot trying to rent one for the time being. I ask, Do I need to leave it with you? He replies, Yeah, I will get it taken care of tomorrow. No problem. I am open all day tomorrow. That is the second mistake I did. That was my sign I should have taken my car, gotten a refund and went someplace else.My car was already in the back, thinking they had started to work on it. I took my time, driving up to his location, ran some errands and rolled in the afternoon. He tells me he was there at his shop until 10pm last night and promises he is going to get it done that day, even if it is after he is closed. We leave, go run more errands, kill time. We roll back to his shop about 10 minutes before he is supposed to close. I was told they had just removed the tint. If I would have know they had just gotten to my car, my car would have been long gone beforehand. We go to dinner kill more time and pull into his parking lot at 8pm. It is still not done. There is one of the workers who tells me, Your car has one more window that is being finished up. It is almost 9pm when they guy rolls around with my car, hands me my keys and says, Sorry for the delay. I was not handed any paperwork, zero warranty, nothing. I get in my car and I thought there was water on the floor mats from them installing the window tint. WRONG. It was some sort of sticky substance and the airbag light was on in my car, which was not on before I dropped it off to them. The tattooed guy in a tank top made no mention about what I should or should not do with my tint. I had heard him tell the lady before me not to roll down the windows for 72 hours. It was not my first rodeo, so I knew the ins and outs about window tint.The next morning, I pull my mats out to clean the sticky residue off and noticed he had dirtied the back seats installing the tint. I also noticed bubbles in the back window. I would not have noticed that as it was dark when I got my car. You can also see where they had cut the tint to fit the back window. It was crooked.I wanted to give this guy a better review. Against my better judgement, I went to this place thinking I was saving almost $200 by driving a little farther. If you are considering on getting your windows tinted at this place, do not. Avoid this place at all costs. You are only going to save yourself headaches later on.

I had taken my brand new car and had tint put on it with a different tiny company, then, I had to take it back and get it fixed it was worse than the first time, so, I took it to New Image, and Brandon was not only very friendly, he took care of us, gave us a great deal and made sure it was done right, the way it should have been the first time! And I have sent several of people to them. They are very fair on prices and good customer service. Never had any complains about them. They are the best. Go to them for all ur tint needs.

New Image Window Tints prices were well below all the other tint shops around; I dont think anyone can beat their prices. I was in and out in no time. Brandon also gave me an upgrade ( THANKS). If you havent been here, then you havent had a decent car wash or detail. Evert time i take my lady car here its cleaned to her satisfaction and believe me shes very picky, but so very satisfied. The prices are exceptional and these guys will have your vehicle looking like a brand new car. Inside and out regardless of the condition. You will always be a satisfied customer when you come here!!! Take my word for it or be sorry.

Very nice vibe and great service with a great prices well below all the competition. Brandon did a great job on the car I just bought, and I plan to go back again to have more done. The waiting room is very nice too with a comfortable couch, netflix and snacks.

Very professional. We have a 1971 VW Bus. All the widows had to be hand designed and special cut. New Image accepted the challenge. The results were very impressive. He even went out of his way, by sending us a picture of our Bus inside the garage during a rain stormHighly recommend New Image Window Tint.New Image as no limits.Customer service, personnel and courteous.

Id give zero stars if I could. Ive had tint done all around the nation and this is by far the poorest install I have ever had. I dont know where these good reviews are coming from but they clearly must be confusing this shop with another (or one of the installers is good and the other is below the level of amateur *COUGH* Brandon *COUGH*). Look further down in the reviews and youll see others having the same issues as well as screen shots of their rude installer.1/4 + gap from the top of the tint film to the edge of the window, dirt in the tint, wrinkles in the tint, etc. Save yourself the hassle of paying another shop to redo your tint and just GO TO A REAL PRO SHOP in the first place. I tinted my own windows once and it was honestly better than the job New Image Window Tint did on my car, and I suck at installing tint. Shame on yall for taking work away from the good shops.

I went in and had my windows tinted and I am beyond happy with how they look. Brandon was easy to talk to and helped answer any question I had. I will definitely be back and I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs new tint.
