Was able to get an inspection on my car in about 30-40 min which was a Godsend! Very happy with the service and speedy inspection. I was, however, surprised when checking out, the person helping me did not clue in that I was in the market for tires after I asked about any sales or deals on tires. Unfortunately, you lost a sale today. I was in need of 4 brand new tires and needed them installed today.Sorry guys. Need to retrain your staff on identifying leads and potential sales! Very friendly staff though.

Today when I walked into Lamb’s and was immediately acknowledged and helped. It was just for my inspection renewal and it was done so fast. Upon checking out, Robert, the manager told me how easy it was to pay online. Then when he was explaining the process he just offered to do it there on his computer. Excellent Service! My vehicle had to be towed in for not starting. Lamb’s performed diagnostics on my car and determined that my battery connectors needed replaced and there was an issue with fuel pressure. Of the course the repair cost was over $1,000. I mentioned to Robert that my car had an aftermarket alarm that caused starting issues in the past. They took another look and determined that indeed was the cause of the low fuel pressure. They got me back up and running with a cost of only $250. How amazing! Robert was very professional and honest. They’ve got my business for life. Great job.

On my way to work and hit and hit a nail. Went to Discount Tire first, and the service advisor told me Ive seen this a bunch of times and it looks like itll be a brand new tire, probably around $250 all said and done. Wait time? 2 hours. I immediately called around and Lambs said they could get me in no sweat.I went to Lambs on Foothill and they had my car in and out within an hour with NO CHARGE on repairing my tire. No new tires needed, no extra fees, nothing. You cant compete with service like this.

This is the most price efficient, customer service oriented, and quality shop I have been too. Staff is super friendly, and the price is affordable. I originally went to Firestone, this was my go to for oil changes, which priced a full synthetic oil change at $99. I called Lamb’s and the price was $59 for the exact same service. Also. The Firestone employee was new to me and he wasn’t at all pleasant to talk too. Behaved like he didn’t want to be there. Anyway, Lamb’s Tire & Automotive in Pflugerville rocks!

PROS....Service was good, up front with detailed service and calculations were on par with the issues with my truck.(Front wheel bearings and seals) just got my truck back after 34 hours. CONS....Yes that is correct. It took 34 hours to replace my two front wheel bearings. This truck does not have a wheel bearing assembly just inner and outer bearings and seals. I like the idea of local auto repair shop taking care of my vehicle rather than a GIANT chain that could care less. Overall...... I would recommend Lambs for service. But be careful of the time line they give you for repair. All said and done.......... happy with the repairs. Thanks Wes And team.

Lambs has been a great service to use. They come pick up my vehicle from my office, take it to their shop, and return it, so I don’t loose any time. Just had an oil change and state inspection done and it was seamless. Robert the store manager picked u my vehicle. He was personable and great to work with.

I had a pretty bad experience at a dealership that lead to Lambs here in Pflugerville. Since then Ive been bringing my truck in and theyve taken great care of me. I feel like the price is fair and the service is incredible. I usually end up with Wes and hes been nothing but great. The feel is somewhere between a shade tree mechanic and a big box company, which to me is just about right. Id highly recommend if youre looking for service to come by and give them a shot!

The staff are professional and friendly. I think of them like brothers always making sure Im being taken care of. I find making an appointment for oil changes to be the most efficient use of time. Im out in about 60-90 min. They have my back, and I trust them. As long as Im in Pflugerville, they have my loyalty.

I really liked the service and will go back. The only thing I didnt like was we paid for all 4 tires to be put on and they left the rims filthy dirty! Ive had tires replaced before and never had that happen. It would have been nice if they would have just wiped the rims off.

I regularly take my 2004 Ford Mustang to Lambs Automotive in Pflugerville, TX for service. They always take good care of me, and the work they do is first rate. I usually work with an employee by the name of Wes. He is excellent! He takes the time to explain the work that needs to be done and explains the estimates in full. I highly recommend this location if you live in the Pflugerville area.

I bought road hazard insurance on four tires that I purchased from Lambs back in October 2019. Subsequently moved to Louisiana and in May 2021 incurred damage to a tire.The local Goodyear franchise, after making numerous calls, were told they couldn’t find evidence of road hazard insurance on tires. I then contacted Lambs in Pflugerville and spoke with Micah. Within 24 hours the problem was resolved. Micah was courteous,helpful, knowledgeable and professional in resolving this issue. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service, took my car in for an oil change and repair on my AC I was prepared to spend a lot because 2 other people told me i needed to change my compressor.. I went into Lambs, with a low tire indicator light, showing that my left rear tire was down to 27psi.Machal took care of me and said that it would be a little while, but as soon as possible he would have it checked out.He came back a while later and informed me that I had picked up something in the tire and they were pulling the tire off so they could repair it.It didn’t take long, however, he kept me informed on the process.I was very impressed on how well they took care of me as well as his professional experience as well as great customer care.I would recommend them to anyone.I have only been in Texas for approximately ten days, and it really felt good to see the service I received.Steve Simmons

My vehicle inspection was done in a timely manner and they even allowed me to use one of their computers to register my vehicle online instead of having to wait in the long line at the County Tax office!

I have been a repeating customer for since 2004.I have no problem with the quality of the work done. I have been happy from that perspective.Your business practices are where I haveconcerns.In the past, a cabin filter was removed during a routine oil change and was shown to be in poor shape, needing replacement.I saw that I was going to be charged for the filter and a $20 labor charge.I disputed this and the labor charge was removed.Upon leaving, it took me 30 seconds to figure out how to find the filter.They would have gone through the same menial work, if you can call it to replace the old one had I refused.Today, I got 4 new tires. Upon paying, I questioned the total and the buy 3, get 1 free tires on the 6 month credit plan, I found out, only covers $125 on the 4th tire according to the salesman. After I objected and pointed out the sign on the wall that clearly states Buy 3, get 1 free, he did relive the whole charge on that 4th tire.Had I not questioned, I would be paying for more than half of that lay tire.

I was there for the State inspection of my vehicle. The service was very prompt and professional @ a reasonable price. Rob was very helpful to fix the minor problem. I went there the following weekend to fix my wifes car because i was very satisfied with the original service.

Since Lambs charged me around $1000 to fix my brakes I have had problems with noisy brakes. They said it was hubs which cost me around $800 more. I still have the noise. I have taken it back twice more and they say they can not hear the noise. I have had to live with noisy brake for about a year. They were no help at all. Frustrated!

Incredible service and super affordable!! I came into Lamb’s extremely frazzled, because I had just been told by the County Tax Office across the road that I needed another inspection before I could have my registration renewed. I needed to get it done that day, but when I got to Lamb’s, the wait was so long that I wouldn’t make it back to the Tax Office before they closed. Fortunately, I decided to get the inspection done anyway, and the man who helped me (I can’t remember his name, sorry!) was SO kind to me. He took care of me much more quickly than I expected, specifically because he wanted me to get back to the Tax Office on time! I was so touched and it was such a gift on what would have otherwise been an awful day. The best part is, they didn’t overcharge me or try to push me to spend any extra money. I highly recommend this location! And I will absolutely be giving them my business again.

I needed to get my breaks checked. The dealership was very expensive so I went to Firestone. I was told I needed new rotors and breaks on the front and back after I had already gotten them checked twice at the dealership and got conflicting answers. My friend recommended Lambs in pflugerville and they helped me alot. I called to ask for an estimate and was told ask for Wes. He gave me an honest recommendation for my car instead of taking advantage. He was really awesome. When I need work done I will be coming back. Because of their honesty and loyalty to customers, they have gained business from me and my husband.

The work that I paid for did not get done. I brought my vehicle in today for an oil change, air filter replacement, and tire rotation. I dropped the vehicle off at 8:30am. I was in no rush so they had all day to work on it. After a call from Chris telling me that it was ready I then picked it up at 3:30pm.Before leaving I checked the oil...it was half a quart low...the tires were not rotated....and the air filter was not replaced. I was charged for an Air filter but it did not get changed until the staff saw me checking their work. Once they saw me under the hood a tech came out into the parking lot with a new filter in hand. Not sure if they felt guilty or just remembered that they Forgot to change it....They must have seen me checking. This is not the first time that I have problems with this location.5 months ago I bought a new set of tires here for the same vehicle and I paid for a front end alignment. I think they charged me $100.00 for the alignment. When they told me that the truck was ready I asked if they had aligned the front end...they said yes. I then informed them that I had been watching them work and I had never seen the truck go on the alignment rack. They then gave me a lame excuse put it on the rack and finished the job that I had paid for.I will not be back. If you choose to use this business do your self a favor and double check everything that they do.

Did not have a lot of money, they were friendly and didnt try selling service I didnt need. In fact, they did a check and noticed I didnt need to replace the front brake pads only the rear. Being a woman sometimes is hard taking your vehicle to a service shop, worries about being taken advantageof, but the guys at the desk today were amazing and did not take advantage of me. The care now was very professional and I really appreciated the online check in process. I only had to sign one piece of paper work when I got there. They were fast, efficient, and very good about social distancing their patients while we waited.

The guys here get along great and work together well. They get you out as soon as they can. Wes took care of getting our truck fixed and back on the road. Very honest of what was causing the problem. They seen that the front breaks was getting close to needing changed while doing the other work and brought that to my attention.
