I have recently moved here a few months ago in April and Summit Point apartments has been great so far! Nice area to live and just 10 min away from downtown area and the have the best staff in the leasing office. They are always super friendly and available to help whenever needed. I would definitely recommend moving here if your looking to move to the area!

Newly renovated 2bedroom wishing they had 3bedrooms however, Ive made my apartment my home lol. The ladies in the office are nice, willing, helpful and understanding. Of course, with communication all is possible. Thanks ladies!!!

I recently moved into Summit Pointe and have been very impressed. The move in process was very easy. I moved into one of the new renovated units, it is very up to date and modern. The ladies in the office are great and make you feel very welcomed to the neighborhood.

The staff, managers and maintenance are amazing. They assistant with any request I have. My apartment was completely renovated and up to date when I moved in. Every time I need something the staff are quick to get it done for me. I’m excited to live in Summit Pointe and I recommend anyone who wants to move here it should be your first option.

The ladies in the office were very friendly and helped with my whole process. I am a student at Virginia State and they helped me get a great apartment. They treat you like family, helped with learning the area, and helped me with whole process from beginning to the end. GREAT staff!

I moved in in January 2021 Ive felt right at home thanks to the rent office staff, they are very professional and all of my issues have been handled in a timely manner. Best place Ive live in a long time. No complaints whatsoever.

Nicole and Charity are the most humble women I know.They stay on top of this complex and its maintain very well. The maintenance guys are very nice and get the job done right.Very nice complex and Nicole and Charity deserve a big fat bonus.Ive been here for 3 years and very impress.

I wouldn’t say this is the best area to live in for my time living here Nichole has made me feel the most at home. Every time I come into the office it’s always smiles and good energy from her. My problems always get resolved, it’s a great leasing team just a questionable area.

Giving 1 star because Charity. Lost 4 stars for Nicole. Don’t try and fight my friends. Be a adult. And give people their money back! Don’t lease here if you want to avoid being scammed.

I’m assuming the 5 star reviews are being written by the office staff. Nicole was extremely rude on the phone. Then when I requested to withdraw my application because they were dragging their feet and I got approved elsewhere she basically hung up in my face. Still haven’t received my holding fee back. I can honestly agree with the reviews that say 5 stars are written by the staff. I’ve seen them do it in the leasing office myself. I recommended a friend to apply and he stated Nicole was extremely rude. I walked over to the leasing office to ask her about the situation and she told me to get out of her building. He still hasn’t received his holding fee back and it’s been 9 days. They scam and take your money. Don’t fall for it.

Nicole is the absolute worse manager I’ve ever seen in my life. Tries to fight residents and can’t even fight lol. Claims to want the best for people but they only take your money then find a excuse to not give it back. Nicole is the most sloppy person in there. Do yourself a favor and lease through Charity.

Summit Pointe is my first apartment and I love it here. Mrs Nicole and Mrs Melissa are really nice and helpful through this new experience for me.

I’ve been living at Summit Pointe for over 6 years. Nichole and Charity in the office are the best landlords I’ve ever had. They make you feel so comfortable and show they care. You can clearly see how invested they are in their job because the property looks better than it has in years. Im glad to live here.

Ive lived here for a little over a year. Very nice and quiet. No problems at all. Just moved into the newly renovated section and they are AWESOME! Ask for Nichole she is awesome and will do anything and everything in her power to help make Summit Pointe your new home. Trust it was the best decision Ive made as far as living arrangements 💜

The area is borderline equivalent to the projects but the inside of the apartment is better. The dumpsters have trash OVERFLOWING from it which is an eye sore.. I have been trying to contact the emergency maintenance because I don’t have hot water and its 84 degrees on my apartment, but no one has responded. I recently just moved in (Less than a month ago) and it seemed to be okay. The office staff is wonderful. But I’ve moved into a renovated apartment and it’s things here and there that aren’t fixed one being my AC unit. It reached over 82 degrees in my apartment the last two nights and still isn’t fixed yet. I wouldn’t say not to pick this place but be sure your apartment is actually ready, I guess I was too excited.

Plenty of Roachs, gun shots at night, and no carpet on floors so every sounds is amplified. If You like the hood youll fit right in

The leasing agent I worked with, Nicole, was amazing. She explained everything very transparently, made the process of applying and getting into my new home a easy process. The renovations are amazing in the apartments as well, Also updated appliances.

Miss Nicole and Mj is the best..Great peoples and really helpful! They got me moved in very quickly and it was easy. The apartment looks great I was really surprised from what they used to look like. The renovations look very good and the neighborhood looks nice also. I’m glad to be here

The apartments are nice on the inside but you can tell their old, VERY SMALL & OVERPRICED! Also, they tell you that they can see if your approved on the spot but its a lie! They con you into giving them a deposit and then they keep it! If you want it back you have to give them another $100 just to get your $200 back! The whole thing is a SCAM! So BEWARE! their only after your money

I think this is a a nice place to leave everything is new in the apartment. The people is the Leaseing office is very nice. Nicole the Property manager do well hell of a job running this place and is there to help you if you need her love leaving here. I think everyone should come apply here if you looking for a nice 2 bedroom a fair price

This complex has changed management several times over the years since I’ve been here. So with the change over comes the old bad reputations left from previous owners. I can assure you that you can forget about how Summit Pointe (formally Lee Hall) used to be because this new management is excellent!They truly care about their tenants and when issues arise they react quickly and do whatever they can to help accommodate and fix the problem so you can get back to your life. I’ve had bad pipes and a long list of other issues occur to me and none of the previous management staffing were as good as the one here now. Each time they’ve been quick and very helpful.These apartments are being renovated currently and look beautiful with up to date style and amenities. The new owner and his management staffing are taking on the old poorly kept buildings and are revitalizing this community. Making it a now more pleasant and quiet place to just stay. New management, new renovations, and better over all quality of life with attentive maintenance services make Summit Pointe Apartments an even greater place to live.

Im under the latest management.First rental in the U.S. Office staff has a magic word. Unfortunately is the only word you will hear from them. Maintenance is horrible. Took them 5 months to fix a broken window in my bedroom. From December to May of this year. Apartment upstairs is filled with garbage and flies and insects all over. Shootings in the neighborhood. No pool, no court. NOT A PLACE FOR YOUR KIDS.

This place I live here now because I cannot afford to move. If you planning to move here drive through and look at the place. Among many problems lately they moved our dumpster block away from building it was serving because people parking cars near dumpster kept it from being picked up.Its the thinking that bothers me what about calling the police to ticket them why as tenants we have to walk blocks to dump trash or the fact that people move in and no one is saying oh more people more trash maybe we need more dumpster space for additional people.Light a on outside building been out for weeks i call office and at first they lied about repair then i called again then i was told I have to check to see if we do that. I hope somebody will examine why some of the thinking is on this level. Could it be they dont know better or dont care or both. I hope no-one gets hurt or dead because of neglect of basic things like lights so people men and women can at least see who may attack them.I hope this message will at least gets lights on every person in this complex is not from some alley or dont have home training or working the system to not work or anything like that.i think i will call the better business beaurea

There was an infestation of spiders and crickets during the warm months..mildew in the bathroom..shootings in the neighborhood. glad we got out of there!

Very quiet place to stay. My moving process was quick.

It’s the worst complex ever... my stove, and washing machine wasn’t working and on top of that... my fridge light was off, there were roaches in the apartment and I didn’t have a shower rod for a whole weekend which I had to buy one Because of that. They fix the problem very late... you might as well do everything yourself or just get another apartment

Discusting (Roaches and Mice coming from other apartment)place to live full of Ghetto and few working people.Some of the place is falling apart,they wont upgrade stove and fridge from the 90s.Wait for weeks to get fixing service.The staff cares only about the Money.Have to move out very soon.
