Just moved in from Mississippi, River Road Terrace is a quiet neighborhood. People mind there own here. I Grew up on the Streets of New York and this aint Hood at all! For those comments below. Rent is ridiculous out here in VA, and River Road has one, if not the best rent in town. But remember you get what you pay for. Its minutes from Fort Lee where Im now stationed at and minutes from all stores, restaurants, and I-95. We love the location, the Staff are Professionals and Awesome people! So dont knock it till you try it! Stay blessed!

So you pay 975 for a 2 bed one bath just to get your car towed EVEN WITH a parking pass on your car. The laundry mat here is a joke and is hardly ever working. The play ground is a joke. My roof is falling apart for the 3rd time. Took them a week to snake my tub. Took 6 months to get rid of the roaches from the previous renters. There are no amenities. People stand around all night (scary). There were two fights when I first moved in. Its basically the hood with reserved parking.

Great Place to live! The staff there are so sweet. They have several activities for families and are helpful in every situation. I would recommend living there if you would like a nicer apartment in the south chesterfield area.

I gave it 1 star because you cant give it 0. I have been calling this place for ever but they dont answer the phone and no one is ever there at the office. I dont know how you rent anything. I wouldnt rent here now if I could get someone to answer. I would hate to see what it is like for the people who actually live there if something is wrong.

DONT MOVE HERE ITS THE HOOD AND THE RENT IS TO HIGH.Now..if you like watching fights, drug deals and ridiculous rent then this is your place. Management will not help you and is un professional. Assigned parking is a joke. The apartments are dated and fall apart.

I couldnt make the meeting the day Jennifer Crawley trying to raise my rent. So I sent her a letter saying Im not renewing my lease at the end of Nov. She didnt care and she had the nerve to send me a quit or leave paper five days after the deadline. Dont do business with her. She a crook.

This place is terrible, they came in and through me and my wife on the street . We moved in to a place that my brother had around there no we did not agree to no subleasing just was there and was told that it was no issue being there . We where there more than 30 days and no issues but the day I go pay my rent they show up with police and change locks and put us in the street . Claiming subleasing and that we did make enough tenancy when all my furniture clothes paper was all in the property . The are crooked in these apts complex and of course I cant get my money back .
