First time here, clean and modern decor, but horrible job doing acrylics. Lady was rough, put glue all over the nail and then used a file to essentially peel my skin from the nail!! Then she applied a super thick coat of acrylic even tho I kept telling her I want thin and ‘squovel’ edges. I’ll have to go somewhere today to get it fixed because it’s so body and ugly. Not to mention there was no cuticle care or any soaking of the nails.

This is my go-to nail salon in Petaluma. The staff is super friendly and professional. There are lots of chairs so I rarely have to wait for a spot. I’m always happy with my nails when I leave!

I have had great experiences here. They do a beautiful job, are really friendly, and the pedicures are fabulous. Splurging on one of the spa pedicures is the best thing you can do for yourself! I used to go to the one by kohls but the quality of the gel manicures are definitely better at belle femme. Also the location is great because you can get errands done at the same time. Appointments recommended though. The take walkins but they are often very busy.

This is the best nail salon! The have many types of mani/pedi at reasonable prices. I do the deluxe which includes a nice scrub and hot stone massage then add the paraffin dip. About $50. All the staff is very efficient, gentle and caring

Cindy and Lam do an amazing job, my family has been going there for more than 6 years. All of my family have regularly gotten their nail services there. The service has always been excellent. They are the nicest people in the world and they design exactly how you want it every time. My nails painted, and even waxed there. It is a one stop shop at an excellent price. Highly recommend.

We came in on a Friday afternoon and though they were busy, they took two of us in a timely manner for gel manicures. Both of us were very happy with our manicures, and the variety of color options. The nail technicians were attentive and made sure we liked our nail shape. The price point was nice too, considering other salons around tend to be raising their prices for the same service. I will go here again.

Terrible different shaped ruined my nails not what i asked for at all! They have like dirty pieces in my acrylic nails. Literally asked for a specific design looked at for lest then a second and said they couldn’t do it.

I came here with my sister and loved it. I was in and out and treated with respect. I also loved the fact that I got to enjoy a delicious cup of green tea while getting my nails done. This place was so comforting and professional. I Highly Recommend!

My niece and I went today. This place was disappointing! Rude workers and my nails are all shaped differently! My niece asked for the same color on her toes and nails and they took it upon themselves to do 2 different colors. Never once did they ask me if the shape that I asked for was correct. They made 3 of my fingers bleed and we’re rough and never once apologized. Money wasted at this nail salon!! At this place it’s all about taking your money.

Traveled to California and was in need of a decent pedicure and gel manicure. The services at Belle Femme Nail Salon were OK; however, I wasnt 100% pleased. I communicated my concerns to the manager and he graciously fixed my nails. He did a great job, wish I would have waited for him initially. Great vibe and very clean salon.

The pedicure was great, but it’s my second time doing shellac manicure and first time didn’t last but the second was even worst I went on vacation and it only lasted 5 days. When I got back I told them what happened the girl on the front desk blamed it on my skin oils (never heard of this and never had issues with shellac lasting 5 days at other places) asked me if I wanted a manicure again I said is it complementary and she said no so I said no, she had an attitude and horrible customer service never going back

Courteous, thorough, and friendly. I do wish they would speak English. I think it is rude to speak a foreign language in-front of someone who does not speak their language.

Very upset ! First time there was on Mother’s Day 2019 ! My 2 daughters and 4 year old granddaughter took me for a pedicure! We told them in the beginning 3 pedicures and just want the 4 yr old a polish on her toes! Well as they were finishing the third pedi my daughter asked about her daughter’s toes! They replied “ Were to busy “ Excuse me we were paying customers don’t think I will go back! 🤬

Terrible, terrible experience here. The man that did my nails was extremely heavy handed and was burning my nails. I shared that several times with him. He did not even attempt to pretend that he cared. Also, Id called in for an appointment for a pedicure and acrylic gel. The lady that answered the phone insisted I come in an hour before close, even after I asked her several times if that would be cutting it too close. Once my nails were done, I asked who was doing my pedicure and I was told that they couldnt accommodate me because they were closed. Ive never been kicked out of a salon short of the service Id requested. The customer service was awful and their excuse was that the woman only wrote one service and she had already left so they couldnt confirm my appointment included a pedicure. My nails turned out nice but unfortunately, I will never return again.

Um..... Well lets see... They moved... They raised their prices and they lowered the quality of service... Lotta more places il be interviewing for my pedicure and mani services. 👎

You risk it when going here went in two weeks ago and the guy who did my gel manicure did such a great job but a week later I came in and got a different guy who was rushing it and because of that the gel peeled off of my fingers in a week

Super clean nail spa. Love the pedicures, manicures, eyebrow wax, massage chairs, lemon and rose petals pedicures, eyelash service, facials. Its a popular place but they stand by their work. Step out feeling beautiful at Belle Femme Nail Spa aka the best beauty bar in Petaluma. Its not the Four Seasons but if you want a place that gives beautiful results try Belle Femme. In the shopping center with Trader Joes and Ross, in between Big 5 Sporting Goods and Ross. Plenty of parking.

First time here. Heard the pedicures and manicures were amazing and they looked so relaxing! i however got a full set of acrylics and that was not relaxing. he took off my old set which really hurt and then immediately started putting a new set on. he got up many many times to attend to other people and did not apologize or say excuse me. he seemed to be rushing my nails and with every person he had to say sorry we dont have time come back tomorrow he got more agitated and began going faster. i felt like i was a burden and it made me really anxious. he was going so fast that he was very rough and i felt that he filled my nails too much. to be honest my nails kind of ache. however they do look nice. not how i asked them to look but at least im not having to re do them. and i did tell him that it was for an important event and he just nodded. BUT i will definitely return for a manicure or pedicure just not acrylics. ALSO i would like to note that the people getting manicures and pedicures had people who were taking their time and really making the experience nice. i seemed to have gotten the manager who was trying to run the whole place and do my nails. i didnt feel like he was even paying attention to me. he was constantly answering the phone, taking appointments, handling walk in, and otherwise directing traffic.

This place is horrible.I came here one day with my mother I got a full set and payed 30$ for it and as soon as I got home my nails started falling off. First. Y pinky and now my thumb. I am very mad. And the owner did my nails I’m very disappointed. 1-10 I give it a 3!

Literally hated every second of being in this place . The employees were highly rude and offended my friend and I .when I specially told them I want a pink tip manicure . When taking off the nails he left a huge hole near my finger and put super glue directly on it . He rolled his eyes and said wow & took his time in the back. Finally after he was done painting my nails he moved us to the drying area. Where my friend accidentally ran into me leaving a smudge I asked him if he could fix it and went on to another customer . Horrible customer service outrageous price for a manicure ... Will never return .

I went here for the first time to get pink stiletto acrylics. The guy that did my nails cut me two or three times with the electric sander and then put alcohal on it. All the acrylics were uneven and the nail polish chipped. Wouldnt recommend if you have any type of ocd.

What a waste of time and money! I had to sit in an uncomfortable position with my arms stretched over to one side so that the guy could do my hands and feet at the same time, so I didnt get to relax at all. They were so sloppy that my French tips are sloppy and theres color smears where its supposed to be natural and whats worse is Less than 48 hours later and my nails look horrible, every single fingernail is chipped and the polish is just falling off when I wash my hands.. Next time I will save the money and let my 3 year old paint my nails, guaranteed she will do a better job than these guys did! Save yourself the time and money and go ANYWHERE else!

Ive been trying to find a nail place up here (moved here about a year ago from the East Bay) but keep being disappointed.I paid $40 for a basic mani/pedi.. which I think is kind of high since in Fremont I can get a mani/pedi with my own box of tools and get offered water/tea.. get my legs scrubbed and get a shoulder massage for $30.They did an ok job, looked a little like I did it at home, nicked me once, and the guy who did my pedicure kept playing with this little bubble I get on the side of my foot when pressure is applied.Manicure lasted maybe a week, pedicure til a had them done again about 2 weeks later.
