Disappointed in customer service...brought in lawn mower blade to buy replacement. ( mower purchased from Lowes). Associate in lawn care said I should go online because it wasnt carried in store. Went to customer service asked them to look and see if it is available online. They referred me back to the lawncare dept. They said they needed a part number, which is not listed in my manual which is why I brought the blade. I asked if they can just look that up for me. Again they referred me back to that dept. and I explained he told me to go online. Found blade at Peoria Store and they were so much more willing to help me instead of telling me to do their job. Never shop at Lake Pleasant location again.

Walked right back to the plumbing section and John immediately recognized that I was looking for something and helped me find it within seconds with a friendly, enthusiastic smile. Fantastic customer service and knowledge. Home Depot should aspire to be like John.

Their stores are always clean. HELPFUL staff unlike brand HD. The give all vets 10٪ off. Most of all great prices and awesome quality.Walk slowly and spend a little time = huge savings. One thing I learned about Lowes is take your time. Many times I feel as though I hit the lottery. They have discontinued items damaged items, unclaimed special orders for pennies on the dollar. LikeSide by side Refrigerator 125.00Dishwasher 88.00!Black glass top stove top and oven 190.00240.00 ceiling fan for 74.00.How? Be friendly and ask! They dont always have stuff discounted. But if your patient and friendly. The floor associates will tell you about what I call hidden deals. Never has this happened at brand HD.

This Lowes now has self checkout which makes the lines much more tolerable. Staff is friendly and courteous and always willing to answer any questions asked.

I was in this store early and needed some birchwood cut and some shelving ideas and the proper hardware. Danny was beyond helpful. He knew exactly what I needed and had me out of there in about 10 minutes.

Much cleaner store than the other guys but still good luck getting good service when you want it depending on the time of day.

Staff is exceptional! Only reason 2 stars were given. Manager Jim however...Ive had a couple bad experiences now with him when needing items that arent readily available on the floor..mind you, only twice dealt with him. Asking for a particular number of large items, pulled out of stock up high to meet needs, then left to deal with chasing down a flatbed cart and loading myself. When complain, comment was that they figured I wanted pallet..if that was the case, why did I ask for a particular number, and if I wanted the pallet, whered the forklift go to load it? Customer service was unacceptable on his part. No follow through which is not good.

I was a Home Depot guy for close to 30 years. The quality of Home Depot and their customer service.... antique as their name.Thankfully there is an alternative with Lowe’s. Lowe’s has excellent customer service and they appreciate your business. You don’t have to look for help at Lowe’s... they are there and eager to help. Customer service? Lowe’s every single time!

So Lowe’s is a great store to go to when you need basic diy supplies. I very rarely find something out of stock. Store is always clean and staff is great. Sometimes the checkouts can be backed up because of their ore Covid design they lose half at this location. Would appreciate them providing self checkout like the other orange store.

We have been shopping at lowes for a lot of years. Mostly we Have had good results. The few times we do have problems, customer service has been good.

Great location to get your home supplies

I ordered a dishwasher on March 8 and set up a delivery of March 22nd. I was advised at the time that the California warehouse had plenty of them and the delivery date wouldnt be a problem. I was called on March 19th that the dishwasher wasnt on the truck and that they need to reschedule the delivery till March 30th on March 29th I received an automated call advising me that my dishwasher would be delivered the next day between 230-630. I then received a call on March 30 that the California warehouse was out and I maybe could get it mid-May. Canceled the order, been doing dishes by hand for close to a month just to be jerked around and lied to.

I would like more friendly helpful people other than that like the store way better than HOME DEPOT!!

Asked for help 2 times,only to be put off, was told a manager would be over to help me 15 min later no one, poor service

5 star rating for sure! Went to buy an unfinished picnic table today. I had a lot of help locating them, paying, and they kind women who help me sent out two people to help load it. All of the employees were very polite, helpful, and kind! They rocked👊!So excited to paint my table!

My wife and I hit Lowes at least once a month for all our major items for the house. Seems least expensive than going to grocery stores. I also like the variety of plants they have at this location. And very surprising never had to return a plant that didnt survive very Hardy. The one I usually go to is off I-17 just west on Thunderbird. Employees are very nice and knowledgeable about their assigned job locations.

We registered for the kids workshop event and got a confirmation email for picking up the stuff from Lowe’s N lake pleasant store. To our surprise when we reached the customer care desk for pick up, the staff person came with a list not having our kids’ name. I showed the email and confirmation with dates which I had received, but this staff member was so disappointing and dis-interested as if we are asking for a favor or charity.Horrible experience and I felt so bad that have cancelled all my future registrations.Being a Lowe’s card holder and loyal customer seemed a waste to me for long anyways.They try to copy and compete with Home Depot but not on the right track.

Went to do a return and was denied because o didnt have a legible drivers license. Nothing in posted return policy says you need one. When I pointed this out to Asst Manager Bryan, he rolled his eyes and taking a tone like you would with a child stated But how else can we link it to you. Left my Lowes Credit Card with customer service and am at Home Depot now.

We have been doing a full home remodel over the past year and have been very happy with the staff at this Lowes location (Happy Valley and Lake Pleasant Rd). The store is kept very clean and organized and the curbside pickup has been super handy and reliable.

We are moving from MN to AZ. Our new home does not have a refrigerator or a washing machine or dryer. I order a refrigerator on line they told me there were none available in white I would have to order black I could call the store a week before delivery and see if they had white maybe they could swap it out. I called here and spoke to Jack. What a helpful person they did not have white but he could get one before our delivery. We found that my online order did not even go to his store but he said he would take care of it make sure I have a white refrigerator on our delivery date. He also said he would get a washer and dryer delivered at the same time. We are only in town for 3 days so this was a great time saver for us. I am sure this is A LOT of extra work for him but all he was concerned about is that we have what we need. I can not even express how impressed I am with this level of great customer service at such a big store. I hope Lowes knows what a great employee they have. We do not have a Lowes near us in MN we always went to Home Depot or Menards. We have NEVER received such great service. Lowes will be our go to store once we move here. THANK YOU JACK!

Ken in the appliance center was great. He helped my wife and I select a new gas dryer, an LG 7.3 cubic foot smart appliance. Ken went the extra mile to find us a gas dryer. Great Customer Service! Thumbs up for Ken!

Great experience at this location today. Tom in millworks was truly helpful. I typically go to another location, however, the workers at this location seem to enjoy working at Lowes. Thank you Tom, we were the ones that bought the French door. Very helpful employees.

On 11/14 I noticed they were running a sale on the 6in Nickle Recessed lighting trim for .99 each. I had bought 10 on 11/04 for 4.98 each. I chatted with one of their online associates and they advised Id need to reach out to customer service. I sent the email on 11/14. They didnt reply till 11/16 and advised that because the item was no longer available to ship at .99 they wouldnt honor the 30 day price match. This is the second time in 2020 that they have failed to honor a 30 day price match. Why do they even advertise they have a 30 day price match if they wont honor?

Im not sure how Lowes stays in business. They never have enough cashiers. Been in return line for 15 minutes and none of the employees have spoken even being 4 ft away. Same experience everytime I come here.

Do not use Lowes for flooring. I have a 3500 sq ft house and was going to floor all of it with Lowes I went to them because I didnt want to go to a mom and pop flooring shop and experience average or less then average customer service and unreliability.Well thats what I got form Lowes. I had my measure estimate appointment set up. I am very busy during the week and when I take time off I lose big money. The morning of my appointment with them I received a phone call stating the estimators car had broken down and they could not make the estimate. I asked you only have one estimator for all of Lowes in the whole phoenix area ? I was told they have one other person in the east valley but could not send this person. This is exactly the kind of thing I was trying to avoid by going to a large company that I thought would back their customer service.I have called the store 2 times and been back in the store once to complain and try and get this rescheduled and have go nowhere. I talked to Kevin in flooring sakes who said he would call me back yesterday and never did. I will now be using home depot instead

I needed some merchandise from the top rack in the seasonal section. Larry B. from the garden department went out of his way to find the rolling step stairs to retrieve what I needed. Not even his normal assigned area and he went above and beyond. Thank you again Larry for the great customer service!

Just shopped the garden area; selection was good depending on the plants. Did not find any good sized red yucca plants but did get sage and oregano for shaded area and a small palm for indoors.

I paid Lowes $35 on 4/14 to come to my home and measure my door so that I could order a storm door. Someone came and I did not hear anything from them. I went to the store on 5/1 at which point they told me they did have the measurements and I had to pay for the door for them to order it. To date, I have made several calls, each time the employee to whom I speak, promises to reach out to me tomorrow . It is now 6/6, I do not have a door yet and no one has ever called me back.

Nobody could tell me where anything is. Also looking for corner molding for 5-1/4 baseboard. I was told by the associate at the Peoria store. They dont exist and theres no way for them to get them. I Googled them and they had plenty of them out the Surprise, AZ store....SMDH

We have a bathroom project in process and have made a few trips to Lowe’s. On more than one visit Rhonda has gone above and beyond to assist with finding products, answering questions, offering tips and ideas and always with a smile and positive attitude. Also, during one visit we had stopped back in to purchase light globes that we liked but they were not in stock. However, Mario set out on a search, located a new shipment that had just arrived, sorted through boxes and found the six globes we wanted. Thank you Rhonda and Mario for making our experience a great one!

Bad experience today. Inventory control issues. Needed wall faceplates. 9 outlet and 2 switch plates. Surprise on line showed in stock. Nope. Associate said Happy Valley hae them. Nope. A lot of travel to finish this project.

If you are going to match paint Home Depot is a much better solution. I am an owner of a handyman business and I shop at HD for pretty much most of my projects. That being said, this Saturday I am trying to take care of some painting in my new house. Lowe’s color match was off by at least 2 shades and began to explain that it was the best they could do. Moreover, went to Home Depot and they match the paint perfectly.

Well what can I say? Sad really. This use to be one of my favorite destinations to explore and get a deal on computer components and other software etc. Now it seems a ghost town. One in 10 shelves has any products. I guess Amazon is crushing them. I think theyre down for a 10 count and not likely to get up again. They certainly dont appear to be putting up much of a fight. Ill be sad to see it go.
