Absolutely the worst experience I have endured in my life. Set up order 3 weeks prior to event. Chris set up his crew to arrive between the window of 8am and 11am. They never showed up. My wife and myself called every half hour. After the second time chris ignored our calls until 130pm where he stated hi driver called us at 10am . Which was a lie. Then he abruptly was rude to my wife and hung up on her. When we asked for our deposit back he just ignore us. We are still awaiting our refund. Sp buyer beware...thanks for ruining our wedding reception dinner party....thanks for reply only one I got today....still no refund and no remorse.

They were amazing and you cant beat their prices. The delivery team was helpful, friendly and courteous. Working in the delivery industry the only thing missing would have been to be given a time frame for delivery. I called multiple times and couldnt get anyone to answer the phones. With that said I would definitely use them again

Great company to work with! From the first call to get a quote, to the day after the event when the equipment was picked up, Chris took care of every detail! We even added heat lamps a few days before, and all was taken care of. The only glitch was a 3 legged table, but they promptly delivered another one. I highly recommend Taylor Rentals!

I have used them for holidays and even my wedding. My brother in law uses this company every year for Thanksgiving and we have all now started using them for all of our large parties. Now it is time to address some of the major challenges that came w/ our special day: Taylor Equipment & Event Rentals. Rio Vista Park makes clear that chairs or anything else for the ceremony on the patio must be rented. Then they go on to make a recommendation as to who their patrons work the most with. I decided to go w/ their recommendation. I rented 230 chairs, 31 linens, 1 arch, 1 dance floor, 1 aisle runner, and agreed to pay the increased fee for set up and break down because it was outside of normal business hours - they shut down on a Saturday at like 1:00, knowing most of their business will be after that time, but whatever. This total was $1266. So, there were a lot of communications through both email and over the phone over the period of several months to cement details. Chris seemed totally professional and efficient during these interactions. The day of the wedding, I get a phone call in my hotel room notifying me that the equipment is not there and it is well after 2:00. The wedding is at 3:00. My decorating crew got there at 1:30 (because the park gives you only one half hour free outside of contractual paid time - another challenge). They needed the linens to set up the tables for the reception, so that created a problem for them. The wedding party gentlemen got there around the same time to complete the men only photos before the ceremony to cut down on photo time after the ceremony, in an effort to reduce the chance that some people would leave before we returned from photos. I tried calling Chris. As did some men at the park. No answer. I tried Chris again and left a voicemail. No response. I tried Chris on text simply by saying, Where are you??? He then replied, Who is this?I wrote, Stacie Rennie. Wedding Ceremony at 3:00. Rio Vista Park. He writes back, Ill call you in a moment. Its 2:40. He calls me and informs me that his guy said he was going to bust his a-- to set it up by 3:00. Everything is chaotic at the park and Bobby and I both expect things to run smoothly and do not behave well when they dont. The guy from TE&ER tells them that itll take 2 hours to set up the dance floor! So, the wedding party did not do photos before the ceremony because all of them had to set up the event and people did leave after the ceremony during photos because they were taking so long! I dont even know what it must have been like for everyone at the park before the ceremony, but I was hyperventilating at the hotel. They were supposed to pick up at 9...we left at 9:25 and hadnt seen them yet. The next couple days, he needs balance owed. Sends me two emails w/ no comments about this disastrous result whatsoever, no offer to make it right, NOTHING. I give permission for Bobby to handle it and you know what the guy does, he tells Bobby this is the first hes heard of any problems and he agrees to take off the set up fee and half of the pick up fee, saving us around $100. OMG! I still cant believe it. Moral of story: Do not use them.

Extremely happy with Taylor Rental in Peoria. On very short notice ... (2hours ) Taylor Rentals was able to provide tables for my weekend event. After another company who shall remain nameless .... called and told me they could complete my 1 week prior reservation.Thank you Taylor Rental so much for being there and making what I thought was going to be a disaster of of a situation into a wonderful stress free event. Carolina is the worst to work with,rude & annoying. We scheduled weeks in advance and we had no tents on the day of our event. They caused a lot of damage to our things as they were not covered. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

It was nice to find a place that I could get the tables and chairs quickly. I didnt have to put a deposit down with my credit card he sent me an invoice right away. I just had to have the chairs and tables back the next day after Thanksgiving because they were already going out again for more stuff. Taylor Equipment & Rental supplied all the equipment needed for a 2018 fundraising event at Scottsdale Civic Center Mall. They were AWESOME to work with! We have booked with them again for 2019.Their prices are very reasonable. Lots of changes in the order, etc., and they always were cheerful and accommodating. We have been using Taylor Equipment and Event Rentals for the pass two years twice each year for a event that we do at my store WSS. This May we will be using them aging. They reply right away to your request. There staff are friendly and professional. We always request a 20 x 40 tent and it’s always deliver on time. I as a store manager would recommend Taylor Equipment and Event Rental to any Business that would need a tent, tables, chairs for any events that they may need. You will not regret it. If we have any other events in any of our stores in Phoenix or Mesa they would be the first ones I would contact to rent any equipment.

Worked with Taylor 2 years now. Very satisfied overall. Very flexible with changes as our event needs change a lot. Only reasons that kept from 5 stars were they forgot our sandbags (they adjusted for that) and they were running a bit behind on delivery time (we did have an earlier than normal business day time). The tables and chairs we rented were in great condition, and this service was flexible with us about pick-up logistics.However, the drop-off process was very unorganized and added stress which we have not seen with other rental services. This service did not call to schedule the drop-off time until the day prior, which wasn’t initially a big deal. Then we were told that the original date did not work and they needed us to choose a new date. Then the equipment was dropped off a mere hour before our event.All of these scenarios were workable and we were able to make it work, especially knowing that they were having technical difficulties of their own that weekend. The real problem was the uncertainty. I called they’re main office about six time within two days to finalize timing and when I was assured that I would get a call back I rarely did. We had another rental service on standby two hours prior to the event because we simply had no clue whether we would have the rental materials or not.Every phone call I had was pleasant, as the operator was polite and understanding. I just wish this process was much more transparent then it was because it added a lot of unnecessary stress.

Very convenient - they let us pick up the the chairs we rented the day before and return the day after the event with a one day charge. Staff on the phone and in person were pleasant to work with. I would definitely use them again for extra chairs!

Taylor Equipment rentals went above and beyond for my nephews wedding I hosted in my back yard. James took the time to help us with the lighting and it really made the event amazing. The ambiance of our event was perfect thanks to him! So we not only rented the tables and chairs, but at the last minute he did lighting and it literally made the event so memorable! These guys were awesome! I rented tables, chairs, tents, a dance floor, and a bar for my wedding reception. They called and asked if they could set everything up early. You never get your setup done early. But these guys made it happen. They even came back a second time to put up the drapes on our tent because they were worried about dust collecting. Not only were they extremely friendly, but they were also informative about how to care for their equipment and make everything look the best it possibly could. Im not the first person to leave them a 5 star review and I definitely wont be the last. Theres a reason theyve been in business here in the Valley for years.

Attended a wedding that was supposed to start at 3:00 pm. The Crew with the tables and Chairs told the Groomsman that contract says they get 2 hours to set up. They showed up close to 2:30. Very Unfortunate for Guest, Wedding Party and those guest and wedding party that assisted in set up. Witnessing the Chaos, I wouldnt recommend or hire this company to provide any type of service.

Great service overall! The only thing that was strange was arranging the payment. I’ve used this company twice and both times I feel like I’m having to track down the person who provided me the quote to pay for the rental. And he would answer the phone only to tell me he was “at the dentist” or “at a dinner with his family” and I just wondered why he would answer at those times. A bit unprofessional, but other than that delivery is great and the equipment is just what we needed!

I had placed a last minute online quote late on a Thursday evening for chairs I needed on Saturday afternoon. By 7am the next day a quote was ready and they said it was no problem getting me what I needed delivered by Saturday. The quote was much cheaper than what the very resort we were staying at had given me. When I cancelled the order at the resort they then offered to match the price. My experience with all the people at Taylor was so pleasant that I let the b.s. quet manager know that I preferred to keep my business with Taylor as their price had been fair to begin with. Taylor delivered and picked up as promised and as many people as I have shared this story with will now use Taylor if they ever need table or chair rentals. Brandon was extremely pleasant and even though it wasnt a huge purchase I felt as though my business was as important to them as a larger customers would have been. Highly recommend them to anyone. We ordered two tables for 10 and 30 chairs for the tables and 10 extra. The furniture depicted as clean and white was not. The beat up tables worked only because they were covered with the linens which were very nice. The “white” chairs were so beat up, scratched, and marred that they looked dirty — though they weren’t. When the truck pulled up to unload I told the driver our party was in the back yard. His response was “we don’t install”

I rented a Bobcat from Taylor. The machine was dirty and poorly maintained. But that was the least of my problems... The representative told be that he would charge me for 4 hours, but charged my wife, who picked up the trailer with the Bobcat, for a full day. I called every day for a week and got the run around. I finally gave up.I will NEVER rent anything from this location again.Update:I finally reached the manager and he was able to fix the issue. I have changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars.

We brought in a lawn mower for a simple repair that we didnt have the time to do at home. The owner said that we would get the repairs done within a week. 4 weeks later and we havent received word every time we call they say they will call us back but they have yet to do so.*Edit:Got the mower back, and it broke during mowing. We returned it and received a loaner and it will be in the shop for longer.
