The staff at Thunderbird Dental Studio takes care of every detail; they are friendly and accommodating. Dr. Sweet was courteous and thorough. He took time to learn of my concerns, and to offer recommendations. The office is State-of-Art equipped.

Had broken tooth extracted after 10 months.Virtually no pain during administration of anesthetic shot and during the actual extraction; also had only minor bleeding and unexpected pain free recovery! Dr Sweet called me at home on evening of the extraction to check on me; had no discomfort and no issues at all to report.Overall very positive experience ….getting a tooth pulled!Go figure.

Everyone has always been helpful. They taketime to answer questions or concerns.Will continue going there.

Amazing! I had such bad anxiety about the dentist that I tolerated severe pain for 3 years. Today Dr. Sweet changed my life by basically eliminating that anxiety, he was very through in explaining things and making sure I was comfortable. Things were very easy to understand and he addressed all of my concerns. The techs were amazing as well, Ricardo really understood the anxiety and was that extra support that everyone who deals with severe anxiety needs. Jackie made the X-rays fun and comfortable, and Dr. Sweet had the confidence you want and the proof to back it up. And Linda the front desk lady was super personable and she held down the fort like no ones business! I had no idea how much pain I was dealing with until I had the 2 teeth extracted, got home let the headache pass and I feel better than I have in 3 years. That’s with just ibuprofen and the lack of bad teeth, no fancy/fun painkillers. Not only that but now I can do it again and again and I will not let anxiety keep me from the dentist. I felt in very safe hands, I know it was only dental but I would trust them with my life if that was their field.

I broke a tooth into literal pieces and these guys had me in their office in less than 24 hours. The girl at the front desk is AMAZING. Seriously she’s so sweet and kind. Honestly everyone in this office was phenomenal. I saw Dr Stein and even though I do not handle dentists very well this man has gentle touch and did his best to keep me from panicking. 10/10 I found new dentist office hands down.Oh and to top the cake, they have very reasonable prices!!

I felt very comfortable during the examination and felt like the Dentist was being honest and I didnt felt under pressure. We was honest as to what needed to be done. His assistants were very nice and glad that they were able to advice me financially so that I could afford paying for their services.. I would definitely recommend them.

I am disappointed in the way the front office team handled my phone calls. When I requested a new patient appointment for my daughter they told me that specific dentist in my network was not in their office everyday so to call my insurance concierge team to double check I dont have any other providers from their office I can see in network. I did and my insurance confirmed it was just Manpreet Badyal who was considered to be in network and I do not have any out of network benefits. When I called Thunderbird Dental Studio back to confirm I can only see Manpreet Badyal they then told me they couldnt see us at all then. I wish the front office staff would have told me that the first time instead of requesting I confirm with my insurance only to deny us anyways.

I needed an emergency extract and they fit me in the next morning. They were super friendly and made me feel comfortable during the whole visit. I think I have found my new permanent dental office. Appreciate the help!

The whole staff is awesome from front desk to assistants to the doctors. I felt so welcomed, cared for and its very nice seeing the whole staff laughing together and getting along it definitely helps ease my worries as a patient walking in knowing that everybody loves their job and will do it to the best of their abilities. One of the staff, I believe his name was Ricardo was so compassionate and giving I was having a terrible day and his act of kindness made my worries go away for a while. Dr Sweet is an awesome dentist! He is conservative and does not recommend any unnecessary work. I trust and have confidence in him and the work he does. He is gentle, gives a good shot and explains things well. His staff is always very friendly and efficient.

Woke up Friday morning with tooth pain, called in and they were able to fit me in on Friday for a consult. Had an issue and they were able to schedule me on Monday with Dr. Sweet who is an excellent dentist! Jackie was at the front desk on Friday and was so helpful and welcoming! Ricardo took me back to see Dr. Karen and they both were so nice and helpful.

I fly/drive into AZ from California to see Dr.Sweet at Thunderbird Dental Studio twice a year and will never see anyone else. I have major anxiety when it comes to dentistry and he and his staff of dental hygienists are the only ones that have ever made me feel at ease...so YES I make the trip. After my dental office of 10+ years dropped our dental plan we went on a search. My wife scoured reviews etc. and found this office. Her research paid off as 3 members of our family have had terrific care and great results already only in a couple of visits.The staff (my experience was with Jesus, Becca, Jackie, and Dr. Stein) is fun and professional, from the dentists all the way through receptionist and billing staff. It is very hard being on vacation and needing to see a dentist. I picked a good one when I contacted the Dental Design Studio/Thunderbird Dental Studio. Staff were very courteous, professional and I felt I was treated very well. If I lived in this area, I would be bringing all my dental needs to this office. I felt like I had better treatment than I get from my regular dentist in my home state.

I’m scared of the dentist but they’re super friendly and welcoming here and make me as comfortable as I can be. I had a cleaning with Jesus today, he’s great! I also got fillings and Jackie, the dental assistant, she’s a little ball of sunshine! Love to see it!

Recently had a crown that broke and needed to get a replacement. Was referred to Jeremy Sweet and he took excellent care. He is very knowledgable and thorough answering any/all questions you could have. It was a pain free experience both in terms of the denistry and the care they give their patients. My spouse had to have impromptu dental work while on vacation. She was very pleased with Dr. Bruce Stein and all the office staff. In fact she liked them all so much she said she wished she could move all her dental care to this office.

I am hesitant to write a review but I feel so strongly about my experience that I feel I need to. We will be leaving this dental office and looking for another. Weve been going here for probably 2-3 years or more. It has always been a good place and we like Dr Stein. This last time however they have a new person at the front desk and I was greatly dissatisfied. She lack professionalism, she is loud, she is rude, she did not greet me when I came in the door, I sat in the lobby for 15 min before being called back and not once did she even recognize I was in the office. She walked right by me to another patient in the lobby and didnt even look at me. Before my appt I tried to make some dental appts for others in my family and she dismissed me. I just figured it was someone filling in for the prior front office staff. The hygienist I saw was nice and good but she is only contract there for another few weeks. There are so many dentists in the valley and I dont have to deal with a front office staff person like this. My husband was there just a few days ago and he didnt say anything to me when he got home, knowing I would be going and not wanting to influence my thoughts. He too is disgusted and will not be going back. She was just as rude to him on his visit.

I usually dont give 5 stars, but my experience at Dental Studios was prettyamazing. All my questions were answered, I was advised of a couple of different plans that I could choose to get me back on the right track of actually eating food again. I saw Dr Stein he was great the hygienist was very kind and listened to what I wanted to tell him and the woman at the front desk was especially nice. I have another appointment with them.

So thankful we finally found a Dentist we can trust. Moved from out of state and its hard to find good health care. The office staff was great and very friendly. The hygienist was great. Did an awesome job. Dentist Dr. Stein wasnt pushy and made us feel comfortable. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

Took time to listen ...she could teach a master class to other hygienists in how to put client at ease and promote optimal comfort while using the ultrasound to clean. Moved here from Dallas and my husband and I are so glad we found this dentist. Dr. Sweet gets straight to the point, but you can tell that he cares about you and your oral hygiene. I appreciate the time he takes to explain things and is willing to stop in the middle of a procedure if you need him to. I haven’t encountered a single negative staff member, which I appreciate.

A clean office with friendly, efficient, and caring staff. I was seen for a dental emergency and it was revealed during my exam I would need a root canal; I was nervous just hearing the words. I must shamefully admit, it’s been many years since I’ve seen a dentist and I’ve always been anxious in the chair. However, Dr. Stein and the staff made my procedure the most pleasant I’ve ever experienced at a dentist office. They worked quickly and efficiently, and were very thoughtful of how I was feeling throughout. Dr. Stein also called me at home to make sure I was still doing well. With any issues I had with my temporary crown, I was seen and well taken care of. Thank you again to my care team: Dr. Stein, Amber, and Hanna! 1st visit was for cleaning and x-rays...Danielle was professional and very pleasant...everything went well. Laura at the front desk explained the costs for work needed and options for scheduling...again, professional and pleasant.2nd visit was to prep for 3 crowns...although it was a lengthy procedure (for me) all went well. Dr Sweet and Ricardo were very pleasant and professional...everything was explained to me up front and all my questions and/or concerns were addressed.I am glad to have found this dental office through my Cigna insurance website and look forward to ongoing dental care.

Had a veneer come off this morning and called right away to get an appointment. They got me in for an appointment and had me in a temporary crown by 5pm. July 4th weekend rescued! Speedy service and great dental office! I will never go to another office while I live in Arizona! Dr. Stein and Dr. Sweet are really good with their patients and take great care of them. Had a terrible toothache and was able to book an appointment online in the middle of the night for the next day. The doctor recommended a root canal and prescribed medicine for the pain. Was scheduled 2 days later for the root canal. The staff was very helpful and friendly! Would definitely recommend.

Everyone was friendly and professional. I felt confidence in each member of the staff I interacted with, and every effort was made to make patients feel as secure as possible from Covid 19 infection. Patients call to notify the office they have arrived. When they are ready for the patient, they call for the patient to enter, and once in the chair, as items were used, surfaces were wiped down. Everyone was in a good mood, and made the experience a pleasant one. (If you are a new patient, I would advise arriving a bit early to fill out forms; they are very thorough, but they do take a bit of time to complete. Unlike many offices where a medical form is filled out, seemingly never to be looked at again, the doctor read my form before coming in to see me and asked me questions, without having the form in his hand to refer to; it made me feel my concerns mattered.)

At 63 I’ve been to a lot of dental offices, unfortunately most of my experiences were not good.then I met Dr sweet and his staff.the Dr and staff really care about their patients and will give you every option available for your specific needs then do everything to make you comfortable and happy. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

My temporary crown broke on the weekend so it needs to be fixed immediately before my real tooth breaks. So I called for appointment on the first hour of Monday and they took care of it at noon on the same day. I am glad and thankful theyre able to accommodate my need without having to wait too long. Thank you for your help when I needed it.Today, May 7, my permanent crown was put in place. It did not take time to wait and put in place the permanent crown. Everyone was great and informative. This office was very clean and the other location Smile Dental Studio on 35th ave if the same as well. Only difference is this one doesn’t have TVs to keep you occupied while getting dental work done like the 35th ave location does. Hannah was very helpful on getting me scheduled with all the new guidelines since Covid. The Dental hygienist who did my dental cleaning was gentle and super nice. I still miss Jacquelyn the Dental hygienist who I have been going for over 12 years since before when this company was called Smile for Life. Keep up the great work.

I called in the night before to be looked at for a chipped tooth, they got me in the next day and were able to fill it for me the same day. It was quite the reassurance to have them look at it before the holiday, didnt want to keep chewing on it and making it worse. Everybody was so helpful and friendly.
