Emily was amazing with my infant son! So nice and professional Ive been struggling going to different labcorps with my children due to unprofessional and rude untrained phlebotomists its always so scary to take your baby for blood work not knowing who will be person to take it and if they are trained in taking blood from infants and children and if they have a bad additude it scares the kids and babies and makes the whole experience so much worse but she took my 5 month olds blood and he did not cry ONCE! He was comfortable and happy the entire time I will deffinitley come to this location and ask for Emily in the future if I ever need to do any type of bloodwork on my children its a little out of my way but after trying multiple locations this is definitley worth the drive I cant express how greatful I am to have found someone that was so no nice and professional and was so good with my son (:

Technology is only useful if you use it. Just went to have some lab work done. We arrived to a full waiting room. More then the 10 maximum occupancy on the door I might add. Then we proceeded to check in at the kiosk, payed an outstanding bill, then went to the vehicle to wait for the text message we SHOULD have received. Over the course of the next 2 1/2 hrs I checked inside twice and was reassured I’d receive a text. On my third trip inside I noticed the waiting room was empty. After checking with the receptionist I learned we had been skipped without having received a text message. Needless to say I am less than pleased.

I had an appointment today, I had my lab order on my phone, the man behind the desk called my name and when I got there he was laughing and he asked where’s your order? And I pulled out my phone and he laughed again and stated that they needed a hard copy, I told him that I did not have a hard copy and he said to go get one and come back before 3pm or reschedule. He just seemed rude to me, it made me feel like he was laughing at me because I did not have a hard copy.

First, the Thunderbird Office unlocked their doors 20 minutes late. This resulted in about a dozen individuals crammed into a small waiting area which made social distancing impossible. When an older lady in a wheelchair was called to move into the test area, no one would open the door and hold it for her. She became quite upset and had to rely on other customers to help her.Second, I wanted to be certain my doctor requested a particular test that was quite important to me, so I asked a Labcorp staff member to check my order and be certain it was there. I was told the test was requested and would be performed. When I visited my doctor to review the test results, I was told the particular test I asked about was not performed - the LabCorp staff lied to me. Poor customer service. Lie to customers. I wont be back!

Male at the front desk was extremely rude. Asked if I was going to just walk in and sit down in a rude way. Clearly doesnt understand how his own online check in works which instructs the patient to come in sit down and wait to be called by a technician. The lady next to him was much nicer.

I received an email from Labcorp confirming my appointment and it stated “please either print out your documentation or show it from your mobile device.” Check-in was easy with a kiosk and I was impressed that they are ahead of the game compared to most doctor’s offices that have a lot of paperwork to fill out. Then the office admin called me to the desk and told me they needed the document printed out. I showed her the email where it states it can be from the mobile device, and asked if I could email it and they could print it there. She said they couldn’t because their fax machine was broken. She said if I want I can go to a FedEx and print it out. I ended up going to 3 FedEx locations outlined and Google, and they aren’t updated. The first one was an On-site at Walgreens that couldn’t print it out. The second, a US Postal Office near by that doesn’t have a printer. And third wasn’t even a FedEx, it was a Whataburger. All of this could have been avoided if the email outlined proper expectations or if the admin assistant could have been willing to work with me and accepted electronic version instead. I didn’t even go back because I was so frustrated and an hour wasted in my working day.

Just like many others have stated, horrible customer service.I was informed Labcorp is shutting locations down and that’s why they’re so busy. They need to hire more people to handle the constant overflow.The front desk guy was rude, accused me of cutting people and told me not to check in.He wanted me to wait for hours outside the suite, without checking in(no guarantee to be seen)That doesn’t make any sense. Everybody there was clearly upset and stressed from their lack of professionalism and communication.I wasn’t going to let them do work on me after being disrespected like that, I went to the surprise location, which was better. I still had to wait an hour and 30 minutes after checking in but it was slightly less busy and the employees were nicer.

The phlebotomists here are very good with infants. My 1 year old didnt cry at all. The phlebotomists were very patient with my child. That was the 1st time my child didnt cry getting her blood drawn. Crystal, Christine, Jasmine, etc. those phlebotomists are excellent. My child gave the phlebotomist a hug when she finished putting the bandage around my childs arm.

This place was incredibly unprofessional. Ive gone twice and have had a terrible experience each time. This specific review is for this most recent time. The front desk lady was not wearing a mask nor gloves; she was very loud and obnoxious; while checking my paper work she randomly stated, Im going to go get me a hula hoop and buy me some suspenders. Then Ill have myself a little bubble and no one can be around me.; and, while I was getting my blood drawn, she walked into the room and began talking to the man about how they were going to be audited and needed to keep everything clean. She then grabbed her chest, looked at me and stated, Im getting the hiccups. Ever since I stopped drinking, I started getting the hiccups. Im just going to start doing edibles and maybe that will help.. Along with all of this, they closed for an hour and when they opened back up, it was later than their specified time. The restroom was very unclean where I had to give a urine sample. Overall, I had a terrible experience and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The office was locking the doors and instructed us to not let anyone in the doors.. not a problem.. however I witnessed a diabetic person getting shaky in the lobby and she asked if she could go to her car real quick to get something to help and asked if she could come back in..The front desk was very snarky and unhelpful. I had to take charge and just let her back in. Not a friendly place.

The entire staff was friendly, helpful and extremely pleasant. The only thing that I could complain about if I wanted to was that I made an appointment for myself ahead of time, but still had to wait. However, my wait was very short and you should always consider unforseen problems or circumstances that are beyond their control.Overall, I am very satisfied with the service that I received at this location.

ETA update: They do accept my insurance. I called my insurance to verify. This woman needs to be retrained or something.Woman at the front desk was exceptionally rude. Handed over my paper and she instantly started making a fuss about it being in my purse for a while. Yes. It has. Because my car was stolen a month ago and I only just recently got a new one to be able to show up. Then informs me they dont take my insurance even though I was here in May and it was fine. Not to mention my PCP is in the same freaking building and referred me here last time. I didnt bother arguing because I had already gone to a different location thats closed (but does not say its closed on anything online. Nor even at the actual hospital until you trek upstairs to the actual door. Its even still listed on their check in board).What a frustrating day to get absolutely nothing done.

I used to go to 59th & Thunderbird and frequently spent as much as an hour waiting. When I moved, 91st & Tbird was closer. I had an appointment for 11 AM, I was out the door at 11:11 AM. Staff seemed friendly and the place was spotless.

Ive been here for over an hour, when I walked in there was only 6 people in the office. There are three employees working in the office. They just informed us that they are going to lunch so we will be waiting longer if we choose to stay, there are 12 people here now. Very poor customer service at this location.

After reading other reviews on this location, I was skeptical to say the least. MY experience was great! They got me in sooner than I expected, I only waited about 20 minutes. If you are concerned about time, make an appointment as they take those patients first and on time. The nurse who took my blood was efficient, very competent and did a painless job on to top of that. As to the volume used for speaking to patients, many, many of their patients are older and dont hear well, so it appeared to me they were all speaking with loud clear voices in an attempt to be heard. There was no yelling.

Ive been to this location 3 times now because its very close to my home and it wasnt a terrible experience.The wait is reasonable if you have an appointment. If you dont have an appointment, you should expect to wait a while.Every single member of the staff that I have interacted with on each occasion (all different people) seem to hate everyone and everything. There were no smiles or basic customer service manners. I get it, they dont really have to because people will still go here even if they are horrid.The techs have always done a good job finding a vein and making the blood draws decently tolerable.

Scheduled my dad an appt online today. And they got him back very quickly. The lobby wasn’t too busy. My issue was with the front desk. The lady was very rude and seemed frustrated. online my dads insurance was incorrect and when he asked she was irritated that she always sends both cards. I don’t know if she knew him or if she’s the only front desk but she didn’t even look his account up to verify. If it wasn’t for how quickly they took him back and the phlebotomists I would have only gave 1 star. I’m not sure if it’s because 4pm is approaching or what. But she definitely doesn’t like what she’s doing. I manage a clinic and work the clinical side and this would be unacceptable.

I went first thing in the morning, I arrived at 7:02 and there were already about 10 people in the waiting room. I ended up waiting 45 minutes, but considering there were 10 people in front of me I didnt think that was too bad.The person that drew my blood was that best that Ive had. Many people in the past mentioned that its difficult to find a good vein in my arm. He had no problem finding one and after I was called back I was out in minutes.I was a little apprehensive to come to labcorp because of all the negative reviews, but in the end I didnt think it was as bad as people claim.

It says on the Google app they close at 4:00. We got there to pay a bill at 3:25pm and they were closed. You need to change the hours on the app. Their new hours are, closed at 3:00pm. Now our bill will be 2-3 more days late.

I dont even care about the long wait, Im a very patient person. What I dont have patience for, however, is bad customer service. This is the second time I have come to this location and just thought I would give it another chance. The old front desk lady is still as rude as she was 3 years ago. What gets me is that shes super chummy and nice to her other co-workers but very rude to the customers. When I first came in a couple years ago I was getting routine blood work done. I was 7 months pregnant and with my husband and 3 year old daughter. I had my paperwork in my hand and was handing it to her and she said paternity test? before even looking at the orders. Not to mention this trip I heard her and the other office ladies talking crap about other patients. They dont say please or thank you for anything and they rudely bark out orders. She yelled to a patient to come up and said I need your address with an attitude. I think saying please and thank you should just be part of being a person on this earth, but should most definitely be used to ensure a good customer experience. Needless to say, if I need blood work done in the future I will not be going to this location.

The front office is great. I went 2 times in the last 2 weeks. I just walked in about 8:00a no appointment. The 1st time was a little busier but had less than 1 hour wait. The 2nd time I was there about Friday 8:40a, & it was not as busy. I had less than 30 minute wait. The service was great & the people were very nice. I will go to this one anytime I need bloodwork

If there was an half star they wouldnt even get that. Computer keeps crashing. Was here at 7am now after 8:30. Just take my blood. Music is ok but loud for an place of business. Not to mention there dumber than a box of rocks. No wonder why the computer dont work. It only as smart as the people using it.💩💩💩. The doc was good at taking my blood.

Other times was good but this last time she didnt have something she needed to do my blood work told me she had to order it so I come back a week later and she still did not have it I told her I was going to the labcorp by Adelante care she told me they wouldnt do my blood work cause a doctor there didnt order it I went anyways and they asked if I was a patient there I said yes and they did my blood work.

So amazing that my issues with them were repeated by every client that came through the door while I was waiting for blood draw. They do not process order from doctors. Nor do they accept them from clients (really?).I tried to schedule an appointment via Internet. System locked up taking me back to very beginning and no longer were appointments available. On second try got an appointment and when I arrived none of the information was available that had been previously entered. 2 people in front of me have same issue. After waiting 5 min I was asked for order, which dr had to re submit as they could not acceptIt from me??? Then I was told to sit and burn and they would watch for the drs orders. Next customer same issue. It became obvious why Sonoran quest is booked 4 weeks out and lab for has sameDay appointments.If they cannot get registration correct, how can I trust that the results are mine?SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSEL AND GO TO SONORAN QUEST.

Had to get blood drawn and got to this site around 9 am on Tuesday (11/15/16). Was told it would be a little over an hour wait. But it went by for the most part pretty quick. Staff was friendly, even though they are under staffed, and once I got back, they drew my blood and barely felt a thing. Dont pay attention to all the bad reviews, people with brains would understand why the wait time is so long due to being under staffed. Its not the phlebetomist fault.

I was told previously to just DROP off a specimen before 4pm. 3+ office staff just ignored my knock and wouldnt even respond to me asking them if i could drop it off. The place was really busy when I arrived so i signed I through the kiosk thinking it would save time. My appointment was at 12:45 I arrived at 12:30. As everyone kept being called before me I went to the window and asked how much longer the lady seemed very flustered and asked if I checked in. I said I checked in though the kiosk and she told me that those are there for no reason 😑. So I get checked in finally at 1:30 and 3 more people go ahead of me. One of the phlebotomist comes out and says sorry for the wait the computer is being retarded (um your a healthcare professional and should not be speaking like this) I am a nursing student and was not impressed by the level of care. It was very disorganized, chaotic, amd unfriendly. Will not be returning to this location and I dont recommend it to for others.

Sucks that I am forced to even give one star. This place is LOUSY, customer service is non-existant. I walked up to the desk, clueless as I have never been to a place like this. I asked if I needed an appointment and with the snottiest attitude she replied no, now take a seat. I was waiting for 45 mintues & ONE patient had been called back(from 2:15-3:00) & the waiting room was still full. I just walked out what a waste of time. Please re consider ANY other possible option before coming here. My son was getting fussy and the staff kept giving me the look through the reception desk window. 😑

They mixed up my paper work,, and withdrawn my blood illegally for someone elses lab. Asked my doctor why I was being drawn for a lab that Ive never been drawn for. She researched it and noticed I was never was supposed to be drawn for that lab. She got the paperwork from labcorp, and someone elses name was on a lab that they drew on me. Fighting with labcorp about the bill. They said they did nothing wrong. If not corrected, will pursue medicare fraud charges against labcorp. If you can go to Sonora quest that would be better.
