I worked there. Moved to Virginia, but miss these guys every day!

Terrible place to be employed. They look down on employees, the job you do is never good enough and when they finally get caught up on the work.they were behind on you are laid off. The first two floors are good to employees and people/patient, but the third floor who schedules people for blood drives and such could care less for employees or people as a whole and its sad.

It is a good way to give blood rather than waiting for a blood drive somewhere else. Convenient scheduling for me.

Nothing better than donating blood at the donation center ! Friendly staff, quick donation time, usually painless !

One would think it would be hard to have a bad experience with a service organization, but the Red Cross manages it. They do try hard with their customer service, but overall seemed not very interested in having me donate blood or plasma that day, they really did their best to try to talk me out of donating and went over the top seemingly being lazy to have to process a new donor to their rolls. Their system seems flawed and certainly while saving lives might be their motto, not being lazy is not one of their virtues.

The manufacturing staff are great. And the volunteers are awesome.

I donated some whole blood without any issues. They were nice and appreciative.

While the staff is usually quite friendly, there is always something not working that causes a slow down: apheresis machines arent working right or the computer isnt turned on or the network is down....

These guys are great! Heather is the best blood drive coordinator we have ever worked with!
