Frank s automotive had been quite helpful for fixing up Honda Crv. They fixed up transmission fluid leak. They were swift and efficient on the work. The pricing was appropriate as well. Turns out Frank Automotive will be my default Auto shop from now on.

Something was wrong with my power steering pump. Turns out that the problem was a hose that connects to the power steering pump. My car was dropped off and picked up the same day and the price was reasonable. I was very satisfied with the service I received at this establishment!

Locally owned and operated for many, many years. Explains issues in simple terms and easy to understand. Helped an out of town couple replace a ruptured gas tank on a weekend when business was closed. This is a business that goes the extra mile. When business burned down the owner was committed to staying in same location and built an entire new facility when moving across river would have been cheaper. Domestic or imports, maintenace to major mechanical, the longterm staff here is experienced and very knowledgeable.

I cant express how happy I am that I found this place when I moved from North Carolina. Finding a mechanic you can trust is very hard and Frank is exactly that: a mechanic you can trust. He repaired the brakes on my car and kept me in the know the whole time, and it was a very reasonable cost when all I as said and done. I will definitely be going there again when my car needs work next.
