My husbands doctor contacted OPC right after his Amputation. Someone came to the hospital to talk to us, and get us on the road to walking again. From there we were introduced to the rest of the staff. These people seemed like new friends. Very friendly and professional staff. We are completely satisfied with the first prosthetic. Look forward to seeing them again, when he wears this one out.

Over the past five years as a therapist I have worked with Shane at OPC numerous times at a variety of different facilities with wonderful results. He is prompt I’m meeting with the patient and maintaining a relationship for continuing customer service with any issues in the future. The OPC rep, Shane, came to visit me on the second day of my stay at the rehab center. He provided detailed information about their products and processes. It was a no pressure visit, just professional and caring.I had a BNA (below knee amputation) and he provided a limb care cast on the spot. It instantly gave me confidence about protecting the residual limb and wound area.They continued with this personal, professional assistance throughout the process of measuring, producing and fitting the prosthetic limb. They were more than willing to travel over an hour from their office to my home to provide this excellent service.I recommend them with the utmost confidence and praise. I would absolutely recommend OPC for all your prosthetic needs. The ease of appointments times, fittings, follow up once ordered, professionalism is incomparable.
