I cant say how much I love this place. Sara is extremely professional and understanding. The office is private and secure as well. Its very easy to feel comfortable here.

I’ve been coming to see Shelby for many years. Back when she was on Brent was the last time I saw her. I was in desperate need to see Shelby again, living in Texas now I decided to make an appointment and make the drive. The woman I spoke to (not Shelby) said she’d find my file and call to confirm my appointment in the next couple of days, she didn’t. I just figured she got busy and forgot, no biggie. I called the day of my appointment around 9am and left a message, no call back. I get to the new address that’s listed on google and it’s a health care academy that’s locked. I have called probably ten times with a majority of the calls being sent to voicemail. I’m so incredibly angry. I can’t imagine Shelby being okay with her business being ran like this. It’s terrible and I can’t believe I just traveled across states to be flat out ignored.

I’ve been going since 2011; they have the BEST laser machine in town. Candela is one of the top laser hair removal systems to date. I did a lot of research years ago and thankfully came upon Shelby Owens, who by the way is the first registered electrologist in the State of Florida. After maybe 6 treatments over 2 years, because you cannot get laser on tan skin, never believe what these other businesses tell you. Laser away is a very honest business. My hair turned into baby fine hair and grows in tiny patches now. I did my legs, armpits and Brazilian. Honestly, I do not have to keep going but a touch up once a year, since 2014, compared to not worrying about shaving for a whole year before the baby fines come back is totally worth the small fee I pay. They charge per pulse which is wonderful! Sara is her helper and she does a great job, very knowledgeable and kind. They are affordable and friendly. I will never go anywhere else.
