The ladies were very nice the place looked clean. However, the quality of the lash extensions are trash felt like hard plastic NOT soft at all for $50! No curve to them just stuck straight of my lids.

Jessica did my brow tinting and face threading. They are on time very nice professional and the shop is very comfortable and clean . I give this place five stars .

I have been going here probably since 2015, I absolutely love how my eyebrows turn out every time, people always come up & give me compliments on my eyebrows & how nice they look! Not going to lie for me personally it is painful but i have pretty thick eyebrow hair so that is expected but the pain is worth how nice they turn out!

Love this place! I moved to AL and was so bummed because I would have to find another place near that does threading. Sadly, there is nothing in AL so I honestly dont mind the commute because I know my eyebrows will get done perfectly. Ive used them for almost 4 years now, and the experience is always great even with Covid restrictions.

I came in for an eyebrow threading & they were also able to squeeze me in for a brazilian wax without an appointment. Very professional and very friendly. I don’t remember her name(I think it’s Jay), but she is the very pretty girl with the blue eyes. Made me feel extremely comfortable with it being my first wax ever. Anytime I am back in town I will definitely go here for any threading/waxing services.EDIT: just wanted to update this review as I’m still dealing with the aftermath of this wax...it was fine the first 5-7 days, but once the hair starting growing back it was EXTREMELY irritated. When it finally was no longer irritated, I started getting ingrown hairs like crazy. I don’t think this is any fault of ibrow experts, I think I just have very sensitive skin. This actually prompted me to make a laser hair removal appointment this weekend because it is helpful with getting rid of ingrown hairs.I will never get a wax again, with or without laser hair removal. I do not recommend waxing to people with sensitive skin like mine. Not worth itThey always do a fantastic job on my eyebrow threading though!

Very disappointed with how they’re handling things currently. I’ve been a loyal customer since this place opened a few years ago, but not anymore. I walked in with my sleeping, 8 month old baby inside car seat and they refused service stating “you can’t be inside with a baby, it’s the law right now”... just walked away shocked.

Ive been going to this establishment for years and I always get compliments on my eyebrows. They know how to tailor it to your preference. Theyre all fantastic but Trish is my go to girl. Recommend to literally anyone who has ever tried to do anything to their brows.

This is my second time coming. i’m not sure of their names, but i was sat with the last second to last chair. she was very nice, did a good job & was quick. wouldve given my visit 5 stars, however, the last in the third chair right next to her was so rude to her customer and unpleasant to be around, it made my visit not so relaxing. i’ll be back due to the service i received was good, i just hope that girl has a better attitude.

Been coming here for years and have never been disappointed.. today I left mad and felt as if I wasted my money.. I will not come back to this location. Walked out with my eyebrows looking the same as when I went in, first time ever I left no tip. Had two people do them and they just acted cluless.. brought a friend with me too to get hers done bc I rave about this place and they forgot about her, crossed her name off the list without even contacting her that it was her time. Total mess.. ill only be going to the fort walton location from now on.

Crystal was amazing! Reccomended the Henna tint for my brows and I fell in love. A little pricey,but you get your money worth for sure.

Just moved here and was bouncing around trying to find a decent eyebrow threading business but luckily I stopped here and from the second I walked in Jessica made me feel at home and made it such a awesome environment to be in! Within two minutes of talking to her you can tell she is very invested in her own skill. I was so pleased with how my eyebrows came out, and she will make sure you think they are absolutely perfect before you walk out the door! Definitely recommend asking for Jessica if you come here, she won’t disappoint!

If i could give them 0 stars i would! I went to get my eyelash extensions done and paid $50 for them, they didn’t even stay on for 3 hours ! Each eyelash fell off after the glue hardened, everytime i blinked! I called and asked for a refund and they would not give me my money back for their poor quality service. Instead they told me to come back and get them redone! WTH who wants to get them redone when they didn’t even last me 3 hours after getting them done !???!??

I love this place! Quick, easy and much better than waxing. The employees are always so nice and efficient. The results last way longer than waxing or plucking for me so it ends up being more cost effective too. Happy customer!

I love Eyebrow Experts, I’ve been going to them since they’ve opened and I haven’t went anywhere else since. Trish does great work, and she always has wonderful service & she’s and everyone is always so nice. I would give them 10 stars if I could. :) I’d recommend them over anywhere really. Can’t go wrong with them.

I dont know why my wife needs to have her eyebrows did but that is not for the understanding of the male. At no point in my courting of her did I ever think that I would not date her based on the shape/quality/bushiness of her eyebrows. Never. She has much more interesting things to look at. However it is my understanding that the shape/quality/bushiness of eyebrows are extremely important. Perhaps some sort of Caste system or pecking order? Either way I dont know and I really dont care to learn. All I know is my wife likes going here and as such I like them.

When I lived in Pensacola I found this place to get my eyebrows threaded. The women were fantastic. My eyebrows always looked amazing, and they were quick without being sloppy. Wish I could find a place like this where I live now.

Had my first face threading experience. Good job. I do wish more information was given about the proper care of your face after this procedure and what to expect. I ended up with small red bumps on my face that I may have been able to avoid or expected.Update: red bumps only lasted 2-3 days. Love my peach fuzz free face. I will be back.

I saw J and she was fantastic. I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted. I have never had these services before and was noticeably nervous about having the tinting done. J explained everyrhing to me and talked me through the process. She listened to what I had to say and didnt do anything that I didnt want. She did miss a few hairs with the tinting, but I chalk that up to first time being in her chair and we will know better for next time. I am definitely going back.

Love this place, Trushna in particular. I spent a lot of time trying to find an eyebrow place in Pensacola, I had a lot of bad experiences, but I have been coming to Trushna for about a year and she is AMAZING! I am never disappointed. It is a 45 minute drive just for me to come here but I do it without hesitation. She is the best.

I went there on Nov 11, 2016 to get my eyebrows threaded and a waxing. The lady who did my eyebrows and my waxing was great, she was attentive and we had very good conversation. When I was leaving there was a sign that stated that the combo I got would be 45.00 when I got to the register a different younger lady took my money and charged me 54.00 when I asked about the sign she said they were no longer running the special and when I asked about the military discount it seemed as if she ignored it. The service I recieved was good the customer service was not.

This is the first time I’ve ever had my eyebrows done and it was great! It was very affordable and completely painless. Dipti was very friendly...and it’s a great environment with good music too!

They did an okay job. Lashes didnt last long and a little overpriced. Their henna work is cool though.

So I went to this place after going to the Eyebrow place in the mall and they messed up my eyebrows horribly. I waited about a couple weeks to let my eyebrows grow out. Googled this place and drove the 25 min get here. My first impression was that it was well lit and very clean. I have a 10 month old and they even had a little toy for him to play with. The staff right away sat me down and started doing my eyebrows. Normally when I get my eyebrows done, the pain is really bad. But this time I barely flinched. She got my arch back on my eyebrows. I will never go anywhere else but here. Amazing Job ladies!!

1st time Microblading experience and Im in love with my brows! Not only did D do an exceptional job on my brows she was very accommodating. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Dont hesitate to go see her. It will be the best decision you ever make!

Eyelash extensions were very heavy and when the glue dried it kept poking me. I had to go get them professionally removed because of how uncomfortable it was. They said that too much glue was used and they would not recommend going back because it seemed they didn’t use eyelash glue either. Definitely don’t recommend for eyelashes.

Dipti (first chair) always does an amazing job! Shes the only person I trust to thread my brows. I have been going to i brow for years and really love it. The place is very clean and all the girls are very efficient and have great team work.

Ive been here a handful of times. Most of the times Ive been impressed. It really depends on who does your brows. I havent ever had a terrible experience though. Just not always 100 % happy with them. But its good enough that I keep going back.

My only complaint is the fact they close at 7. Other than that, I have never left unsatisfied with the results. It’s the only place I will go to get my eyebrows threaded.

Do not go here unless you want them to mess up. They talk trash about the customers right in front of them. I have went to the same girl several times and each time she kept chopping my eyebrow off more and more. When I told her that I dont want half my eyebrow missing she rolled her eyes and did just that. No, Im sorry. No refund. I sat in my car and cried because I had an event to go to that week and no time for half my eyebrow to grow back. I tried to give this place a chance but they were rude to me and just laughed in my face.

Dipti is the best. My first time here and got eyebrows micro bladed! I love my eyebrows. I used to get the waxed but I will never go back to that! I see Dipti all the time, I’m kinda spoiled with her. Costly but definitely worth every single penny!!!

Dipti or D is excellent. After majorly overplucking my eyebrows as a teen, Ive spent a long time growing them back out. I needed them to be shaped up but was worried to be back as square one with skinny brows. D listened to me when I told her I wanted them to remain thick and full, and gave me the exact results I wanted quickly and painlessly. Im thrilled with the results (thick and beautifully shaped, symmetrical eyebrows) and highly recommend iBrow Experts! The other women there were so sweet as well.

Waste of money, they did my eyelashes and I had to go back two days later for them to fix it even though they screwed them up I still had to pay AGAIN. and here I am 4 days later after them “fixing” them they came off again. So don’t waste your money here. they advertise that the lashes last for a week but they don’t.

It was my first time going to iBrow Experts and it was a wonderful first experience! I went in to get my eyebrows mircobladed and Dipti was the one who took care of me. I was very pleased with the way she did things. She asked what I wanted and I gave her a visual, but also wanted her professional opinion. She took what I said and tweaked it a bit and gave me EXACTLY what I envisioned. I couldnt be happier with the outcome! i am a very picky person when it comes to anyone working on any part of me and Dipiti exceeded my expectations with great customer service and doing an awesome job on my eyebrows!
