I had to rush & get a quick haircut and all barbershops were unable to take me on a walk-in basis!!! I drove-by on an errand and with not too many hopes I inquired! A very efficient professional, named Love, greeted me, and unlike many others, asked me in great detail what I needed. Being clueless I did not provide much guidance, so she spent several minutes explaining types of haircuts. We settled on one and... Well, she took her time really comparing sides and using several shavers (6 or 7 of them) with gentle touches and pinpoint accuracy! She really-really put in the effort and the results showed!!!Very Happy with her Service and will visit her establishment if I ever return to Pensacola & am in great need of a (quality) haircut!!!!

Only gave it a 1 bc a zero wasnt an option. My husband and I drove 40 min to get to the shop just to find out that the owner Tracy apparently doesnt check their appointments that you schedule directly from their site.. so when I called her she said oh I didnt see the appt, I just left a few mins ago because we were slow! I was actually 30 mins early for our appointment. She never once offered to come back or do anything to possibly make it right. She apparently has it good enough she can pick and choose when to go to work!

Do yourself a favor and DONT let the heavyset female barber ever cut your hair. She has absolutely no business cutting anyones head..She took forever to finally finish my haircut, was extremely unprofessional and to top it off the actual cut looked TERRIBLE.

I started coming here about six months ago and absolutely love the experience I have received. Saed Is a true professional an artist at his job always remembers who I am when I come in and what my hairstyle is. Great price is very reasonable and what I like the most is that he takes his time and does not rush when cutting my hair. When I am in his chair I have 100% of his attention.

Didnt even try to honor my appointment, and ended up doing a terrible job on my haircut..Wish I could give zero stars, as one is way too much.

Walked in this place for the first time and Saed was able to get me as soon as I walked in. I have to say finding this place online was pure luck! Not only was the haircut perfect but this is the first barber I have had that was able to cut my beard with out butchering it in the last 10 years. I was hesitant to let him touch the beard but I am now glad he did. I will definitely be a customer from now on. Not only was the hair/beard cut perfect but the low price caught me off guard!

Saed is an amazing Barber, professional and friendly. I was not able to get a consistent cut, tried many different places and just havent been happy UNTIL I was introduced to Saeds shop by a friend. My hair is curly and can be a bit of a pain in the past, always wore a hat almost all the time. Saed cut it clean and showed me a great way to keep it styled and trimmed my beard up fantastically to match. I havent wanted to wear a hat since. With considerable uncertainty and anx about what to expect, I took my 84-year-old walker-bound father to SWAVE for the first time yesterday. My father was looking a little rough with his hair grown significantly longer than he has ever worn it, his facial hair overgrown on his historically clean shaven face with his mustache looking unruly and undefined. I needed help. I brought him in for a haircut, shave and mustache trim.Oh my goodness! What an absolute wonderful experience!!!!
