FIRST AND LAST TIME I COME HEREThe only reason why I found this place was because I got off from work late and all the other barber shops were closed. First and foremost I came in and a few who came in after me got head of the line privilege. Second, the cut was too expensive ($30). Finally, in the middle of my haircut the barber started to shave my facial hair. At the beginning I only requested a haircut NOT A HAIRCUT + SHAVE.By the time he started to shave my face the damage was already done and I didnt complain. I just kept my mouth shut while he was giving me a shave. Next time if I am ever in a situation like this again then I will just wait the next day for a better barber shop. I should have known better than to get a haircut at a barber shop located inside a mall.

I asked for a taper and to cut the top to my bottom of my eyebrows becuase i had curly hair that goes over my head. he cut my hair on top to the top of my forehead and literally gave me a mullet. he cut one side of my neck and not the other. cut one side of my head and not the other. terrible barber, i’m sure they have good barbers there but the one i went to should get fired for how bad this cut was. even the person at the front asked “what did he ask for” knowing that he just made my head a 5 minute craft video. Terrible.

Always top notch, pete always holds it down. Everytime i walk into that place they make sure i walk out looking fresh.

A great barber shop for a guaranteed good cut and edge up! The customer service is great. The professionalism is on point. It is clean and comfortable with plenty of comfortable chairs. The price is very good. The barbers take their time without wasting time and make sure it is perfect. They have a great diverse atmosphere which is not seen much here in Pensacola but is very appreciated. I am so glad I found this place!!

VIP Barbershop was recommended to me by a friend who failed to tell me how pricey the haircuts were and I had to pay extra for a goatee which the barber did a halfass job. I had to go home and clean it up myself.

The haspanic dude who cut my hair didn’t clean the clippers so now I have bumps on the back of my head🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I received awful service from a big Hispanic guy. Im not sure what his name was. I asked him to give me a fade on top and lightly trim the top. He used clippers rather than scissors on top. I couldnt believe it. I had to ask him to even it out with scissors after he said he was finished. Id avoid this place.

Guys name was Streets, he should be at the $5 haircut place. He was nice but should be at a butcher shop instead of a barber shop. Also they need an active phone number so you can at least call and see who is working on the day you come in.

I brought my autistic son in for a haircut recently. The barber went above and beyond for him. He hates haircuts. However, the music is too vulgar. For me, listening to it is like nails on a chalkboard.

The guy that did my son’s hair started out very nice while cutting my 5 year old son’s hair. He started getting very irritated with the slightest turn of his head. My son always sits pretty still and other people that have cut his hair say how good he is.He spoke very low, so I ask my son to turn his head or look down, but he was acted irritated by my son not doing what he asked.Well he made some comments under his breath saying “all you have to do is sit still, it is super easy” and when he started around the neck my son shivered and he threw his hands down.At that point I told him to stop and we left.If he doesn’t have patience to work with children then he should have never taken us period.

Initially quoted one price and then, after he was done with the sides, wanted more money (guy with louis vuitton blue wrap) to do the top and then proceeded to do an awful job with the top

Left me a bald spot in the back uneven cut left really long noticeable hair and really short noticeable hair please do not go here
