Great hair cuts, personable staff and convenient location!Ive been going to Helens Military Cuts every few weeks for over a year. In that time, Ive never had a bad hair cut. If I walk in and have to wait, the wait has never exceeded 5 minutes. The location is conveniently close to base outside the main gate and the price, while a bit more expensive than the base barber, is actually a much better value for what you get. The ladies here each have decades of experience perfecting their craft; You can come in confident youll be leaving with a sharp looking cut.

They know how to cut hair and cut it well. I never leave unsatisfied and my haircuts I get from this place are nice and clean and they last. This is just about the best place I’ve had a haircut at since I’ve been in Pensacola.

The go to place in Pensacola for your haircut. They can do any style your looking for. The one I get is a medium fade with a hard part and dont forget to trim those eyebrows. With the fade they user a razor to get the best look. After the razor they use a hot towel to soothe the pores. My barber (Tree) has been cutting hair for years and is very friendly. I love this place. This is a little hometown operation with an emphasis on making you feel comfortable. The prices are very reasonable. I personally go there often and get my haircut on a regular basis. They have three barbers there. They will chat with you while youre getting the cut of your personal choice. They can do all ages and genders. They are popular with the military guys because they will take a little more off and show a little more pride in thier work for the money, (where some barbers do a quick cut and overcharge and claim they did some work, like the exchange). They got a great sense of humor and will have you rolling. Youll love em! 😉

One of the Barbers there named Amy has been cutting my hair since I was 15 and Im in my 20s now. Shes the only person I trust to cut my hair. Helen the owner is great as well, but like I just stated, Amy has been cutting my hair for the longest. Prices are fair for what its worth, and its not too busy all the time, except for the weekends I hear, but not so much waiting for the most part. The atmosphere is as simple as a business can make it.

Being military- you know we are pickier than most women when it comes to our hair cuts. Ive searched throughout Pensacola- and havent found a better place thats better. I even bring my 2 year old son- they are great with kids also. Its only $11 for a cut- and def worth the time.

Been going to Hellens for years. Ever since i got stationed in Pensacola. I absolutely love the haircut i get from her. The small back rub at the end is my favorite part. Highly recommend.

Prices cant be beat anywhere in Pensacola. The employees have different interpretations of different directions, which can result in inconsistencies, but overall a really good place. Be prepared for a wait if you go during peak times, but the ladies will always make sure to get you through at a decent clip.

It has been a nightmare looking for a decent barber shop for my toddler. I called many places and every time I asked them if they do toddler’s, they always say “We can try!” And I called Helen’s and they were “yes, we do!” And they did amazing with my rambunctious 20 month old! It’s $12 for a haircut and it’s also the cheapest I found in the area!
