Unfortunately Ive been there twice. First time I said take two weeks off. Usually that means the ends and clean it up. But no, received a military cut removing three inches. I retired out in 98, dont need it. Stated my displeasure, and gave a second chance. Said Im growing it back out and she took it all off again! Done!!!!!

Was a customer when I first moved to the area. Neon sign displayed 11-6. Arrived with my son at 4:50 and told as I enter, We are closed. Granted it was not Kristy. Have many options and moved back to the area. Dont like business with mixed messages. Lost this customer. Years ago enjoyed the hot towels and clean cuts.Another bad experience 8/6/19Son 14 is taken in by my wife and shares a picture of how my son wants his hair cut. Female barber starts cutting and tells my wife she understands. Son goes in with long hair to be trimmed before school, walks out looking like a new recruit in the Navy, nothing like what the picture shows. Son at 14 not pleased how he will enter 9th grade with a military hair cut. One star because its cut even. BEWARE THEY ONLY KNOW MILITARY CUTS. Hugh fail on following directions and requests.

She thinks shes all that and shes pompous. She asked if I had a girlfriend, first and foremost, why are you asking me if I have a girlfriend unless youre interested and she clearly wasnt, so whats the point of that question. Its rude to ask people personal things like that unless you know that person.

Well I will say this. Wear your thicker skin if you go here. Heather is great. Kristi is a true Patriot. Came back to get a touch-up today. Thank you Heather!

Friendly, clean place.. wasnt use to paying 15.00 for a hair cut (used navy base) but after getting it there for me and grandson, it was well worth it.. plan on paying the little bit more for her to cut my hair, well worth the extra money..

Kristi is a very talkative and interesting person. Shell strike up a conversation with you pretty much about anything you want to talk about or she wants to talk about. My hair cut was clean and neat.

After having a rough first haircut experience a few months ago at a different barber, I brought my 4 year-old in after being referred by a friend who said Kristis was great with kids. Im so glad we went!! We were in and out in 10-15 minutes, Heather (his hairdresser) was quick and gentle with him, and shaved in the coolest lightning bolts and gave him blue hair gel! What a success! My son is still checking himself out :-) And the price was more than reasonable. Thanks Heather/Kristi... well absolutely be back.

Great cheap cuts. All the ladies here know how to work with a guys, and gals, hair. Nothing too complicated. Simple, fast if not busy, and friendly. Looks like any other barbershop, but more spacious and fun envrioment. Even if you dont know what you want, theyll do you good.

Alicia (spelling?) was my barber today, havent been into this shop in over 3 years but still quality hair cuts. Not a long wait at all even though there was a pretty good line. Alicia was very sweet. Definitely will be coming here while Im here for the next couple months.

My husband loves the cut and service he gets at Kristis. I like how he looks when he comes home from there! Weve been taking our two little boys there for about a year now as well and they get great cuts. Kristi is particularly great and patient with kids. There are toys there for kids to play with, too, which is super helpful.

We just got our three year old sons hair cut here and his hair looks absolutely terrible! I am very upset and will never be going back here. We are going to a different salon to get his hair fixed. We wanted to keep his hair kind of long because its beautiful and now we have no choice but to chop all of it. I would not recommend this place at all.

I am active marine corps, from camp lejeune. I was a little worried about going to a barber in a different location, but I couldnt of been more happy to have gone to this place. Very old school, a good vibe and a skillful haircut. My hair is long btw, I also got a hard part. Very very pleased with my haircut and the price. I highly recommend this place.

The haircuts are great, but Kristi is not. All of the women who work there with the exception of the owner are really nice and do great work. Kristi frequently and loudly complains about customers after they leave and makes racist remarks. I will only get my haircut if she is not working.

Get the best hair cut you ever had at this marvelous place! I went here religiously with my two younger sons while I was stationed in Pensacola. Kristis dedication and support of our police and military is unsurpassed. Not only does she give the best possible cut every time but she also keeps her price well below the competition! Heather is also an upcoming star herself, my oldest son has some behavior issues due to his medical condition and her patience and understanding of his condition made every visit pleasant. Kristi was also the barber that we chose to give our youngest sons first hair cut which meant the world to us! I can tell you Ive been gone for 6 months now and still cannot find a barbershop even close in comparison! I look forward to my visits in Pensacola not for the white beaches or bright sun and high temps but for the amazing haircut awaiting me at kristis barbershop!

Waited an hour + before work for two men plus the person she was working on, when it was my turn someone that came in after me got in the chair, said his name was in the list before mine. I had to leave after waiting an hour and a half with no hair cut to make it to work on time. If your not a regular customer or have time to waste, avoid this place at all costs.

If youre navy and you go anywhere else in the fleet, never again will you get your hair cut as well and with as much of a personal touch as you do here.

Way too overpriced and Kristi charged extra for the smaller things. I asked for a small hairline or rail (whatever you want to call it) on the side of my head and she charged me $5 extra dollars for it. Really?

I love kristis! Heather is the one that i normal go to and ask for, but with that being said, i have had a cut by all the staff and they all do remarkably well! I am a very loyal customer and wouldnt go anywhere else in pensacola!

Ill start off by saying that kristi does give good haircuts however, if you do not tip her she will go behind your back to all her customers and tell them that she didnt get a tip. She will also say things to her other employees; like I will pay you 10 bucks to mess up his haircut the next time he comes in. So needless to say kristi I the (not so nice brother) will no longer be going to your establishment to get my haircut. Have a good day.

I am in love with the haircut my son recived at Kristis and she is an amazing barber! Sometimes things can be uncomfortable for people convo wise but it is not my place to judge. I went there to get my son a haircut and it turned out better than i could have imagined. My 6yr old has only met Kristi once but he cant wait to see her again in 2 weeks and get his haircut again and chat with her some more! Ive been to Kristis twice and the overall environment leaves everything to be desired. From the misogynistic quips about women all over the walls (such as If a man locked his Dog and his Wife in the trunk of his car, which one will be happy to see you once you unlock the trunk) to the militant right wing/Tea Party crap. As soon as you walk in, there is a wall dedicated to bashing Obama. For example, there is a food stamp with Obamas face on it. Has no one ever heard of corporate welfare or tax inversion (where a company moves their main office to a foreign company to avoid taxes), both of which costs the US billions, upon trillions of dollars, which is MUCH, MUCH more than food stamps could ever dream of costing us. There is this also a photocopy of about 20 mug shots of black men with Obama shirts on, as if this is any indication of Obamas merits or lack thereof. Im sure you could find just as many mugshots of people with Mitt Romney t-shirts on, who were arrested for either white collar crimes or redneck/hillbilly related crimes (I mean, if were going to generalize, lets...).Also, Kristis grandson was there and she talked to all of the customers, of which there were several, about the boy being born from a union of alcohol and something else (I couldnt hear), that the parents werent married, and that a paternity test could prove her son not to be the father - ALL of this with the child in the same room. That is NOT OK! Lastly, the boys other grandmother picked the boy up while I was there and as soon as the woman left, Kristi started bad-mouthing her saying the other grandmother and her boyfriend live in a single-wide trailer (along with a lot of other people, if Im not mistaken). Its all just so unprofessional and unacceptable in so many ways.

Ive been coming here for a few years, and never had a problem, and the haircuts are consistently good. This morning (Sunday), however, I was treated to a hot-headed Tea Party-esque rant about the President, accompanied by a slew of pejorative terms about homosexuals by Kristi herself. Im disappointed that a business owner with such a sought after service to provide (a decent haircut in the Warrington area) would go so far off the deep end, and risk marginalizing her customers and losing their business. Im genuinely disappointed, as I now have to find another decent barber in Pensacola. Never again, Kristi, never again...

I dont necessarily agree with all the political sentiments expressed from the owner or the things on the walls, or even the conversations that go on (which arent often initiated by the barbers), but if you want a good haircut, there is nowhere else in the Pensacola area to go. It doesnt matter if youre in the military and need a high and tight or you like your hair a little longer with a hard part, they do it all and they do it well. The straight razor edging and massage are the finishing touches that make the experience far exceed the low price. Bottom line: if youre an adult and can handle discourse involving viewpoints you dont agree with, and you need a good haircut, come here. If youre a child that feels uncomfortable at the sight of funny signs and posters meant to incite a laugh, then maybe have your mommy and daddy drop you off at Great Clips next time. Adults (looking for a great haircut) only. Moreover, if you happen to get in a conversation with a barber where you dont agree with something they said, maybe try listening. You might actually learn something about someone who sees the world differently than you do.
