Charles Stallions manages my five rental units for eight years now and he has an outstanding track record of finding tenants. I also like the Concierge Booking System where I can get on my portal at anytime and see where I stand billing wise and any repairs that may arise.He had also helped me tremendously to be successful as a Real Estate investor by making deals after deals and with his flat free pricing. I would highly recommend him and his staff for anyone considering a Real Estate transaction in Florida.

We have been pleased with the management of our rental property by Charles Stallions Real Estate Services Inc since 2017. He promptly returns calls and gives straight answers to questions. He and his office staff make me feel my time is just as important as theirs. He has quickly handled any tenant situation that has arisen to the improvement of all involved.

The negative reviews amaze me! Mr. Stallion’s name was given to us by a prior tenant. There’s good reason he and his team have been so successful for such a long period of time. He is efficient and honest in his work, and his integrity is impeccable. He is extremely knowledgeable, and takes an unbiased assertive approach in everything he does. There are not enough accolades I can share. Tenant or landlord stop your search now, you found your company.

Do not have any dealings with Mr. Stallions, he is not a business man he is a con-man. Deceitful and greedy all at your expense. Will use excuses not to communicate in order for him to manipulate a situation. I have now had to hire an attorney to combat and hopefully regain losses due to Charles Stallions and his dishonesty and lack of ethics. I Hope this information saves others from having to go through the frustration and money it is costing me. Take the extra money it will cost to hire a PROFRESSIONAL and TRUSTWORTHY real estate agent. It will pay off in the long run because now, not only have I lost money on the sale of my home but I am losing my hard earned money on an attorney.

Worst experience with a rental process we have ever encountered. Used to 1 to 2 business day turnaround on approvals. They strung us along for two weeks before we just gave up. Every time we called for an update, they gave us the runaround about why there hadnt been a decision made. Would not recommend using them.

I lived out of state and he called me back within an hour and provided me an excellent attitude and an all around polite manner i have horrible credit and he was willing to wprk with me anyway

Be very careful he does not keep his word so if he saids he is going to do something you need to get it in writing
