I had a bubble in my Pontiac’s tire the size of a softball. So I saw they were open on Saturday and gave them a call. The man answered, Ron, and told me they were closed due to lack of help and he was only in for picking a few things up. Instead of telling me to call on Monday, he ordered my tires right then and set me up for an appointment Monday. They were expedient, polite, and incredibly helpful. I will never stop using them while I live in Pendleton.

After the shortest distance the tow truck driver had ever done (like 3 blcks) The Shop got to the cause of my trouble right away. It was mid afternoon, so they got to my car the next morning and I had my car back that afternoon. And their price was fair. I appreciate the service.

Outstanding service in our time of need: We were passing through when our car broke down. The Shop was able to diagnose the problem quickly, get the required part shipped, and then install and test it. They went above and beyond, even storing our bikes while the car awaited repairs. They gets cars, and people. Bonus points for humor.

These folks are honest, efficient, and genuinely care about getting you back on the road safely. Ron has never tried to sell me something I dont need and he has always quoted me higher than the final cost of the service. It is always stressful to have car issues, but if theyre going to happen, I wouldnt take mine anywhere else.

My wife and I were driving across Oregon and found ourselves in Pendleton with our car making a crazy shrieking noise. We called The Shop and asked for advice. They said to bring the car by and take a look. Ron discovered that our AC compressor was failing. The simple (temporary) solution was to remove the belt on the compressor. Obviously well need to address the compressor at some point, but in less than 10 minutes at The Shop we had a simple solution that got us on the road again. These guys are life savers! Thank you so much!

Found ourselves stuck in Pendleton on our way to Vegas from Seattle due to major snow storm. Had our truck checked here on a Saturday morning. The main shop was closed but the annex beside it was open. Awesome dude with tattoos (forgot his name, sorry) checked our oil and quickly inspected the truck for free. Life saver! Nice people deserve good business.

Car broke down in Pendleton. Tried to go to this business because the they were supposed to be open on Saturday. Started calling the at noon and a few more time in the next couple of hours. Showed up at three and no one was there, closed even though the business sign said they were open until 4. Still stranded until Monday.

These guys are the best. When my Jeep quit running on the street in front of the shop, the owner pushed the car into the shop and Danny diagnosed the problem and got the car running again. It was late Friday afternoon and I was on my way from San Diego to Kennewick, Oregon. A potential disaster averted by people who cared about others.

So grateful for these guys! Were driving cross country, they got us in on a saturday, found the part and got us back on our way!

What a great place! My alternator died and I got to Pendelton. When a new alternator couldnt be found in Pendelton he charged up my battery and sent me to Hermiston where he found out there was an alternator and someone to install it on a Saturday! Thanks!
