Best place for auto-repair.Have had my Subaru Impreza in several times now. Tune-up and back brakes first go around. Front brakes just got done. First go around had a little issue with air flow and Mike got it back in and corrected in no time. With the front brakes I had noticed that it was dragging a little driving home and was actually smoking by the time I pulled into the garage. Called the office and Mike had me bring it back in the next morning. By the afternoon new brakes were on and everything works great. I have always felt like they are going above and beyond to make things right. Never over-charging and very reasonable to start. Will never go anywhere else. Great customer service all the way around and top notch repair work.

True hardworking, and honest mechanics This shop did all that it could for me in commendable time. An alternator was replaced in a tight timeline of a day. My vehicle was a small RV and I had everything in it. His charitable response to such a task saved me from being stranded for some days. I recommend this shop for quality work.

Our trip to Utah arches was cut short due to car trouble. Car was towed to Auto clinic and since it was Sunday shop was closed. Owner, mike, came in early to open shop. Although he was super busy, he looked at and tried to fix our car. Since it was not an immediate fix, he indicated that he would work on at his earliest convenience. Super nice guy and crew, even brought us ice to cool off in this 100 plus heat.Thank you for your service, very much appreciated!!

This has the feel of a mom and pop shop and the quality of a mega branch. There is no beating around the bush here. There is no scamming here. He will tell you exactly what the problem is. Tell you how much it will cost. The best thing is he will go out of his way to try and find you the best deal. Straight forward honest and has you and your family in mind. Only bad thing I have to say about this place Is they have to much business and it takes awhile before they have a open slot to get you in lol higher more people I need my truck fixed

Mike and team saved the day for us! When our car broke down outside of Pendleton last night, AAA recommended this shop and our tow driver confirmed that they are great. The car was promptly repaired first thing this morning and for a fair price - and we were on our way with barely a disruption in our cross country move schedule. Mike is extremely trustworthy and efficient and we appreciate the courtesy he extended to us.

They gave me two options to get my vehicle fixed and stayed after hours to get it done. Very respectful and professional at the shop, they treated me very well. Returning from vacation in the Wallowas, our engine light came on, and flashed occasionally. An Auto Clinic mechanic was assigned to us in minutes, analyzed and resolved the problem, and we were back on our way home in less than an hour. The charge was very minimal.

Hands down the best mechanics in Eastern Oregon, perhaps the entire state. In the last ten years they have repaired several vehicles for myself and my family, including an old Isuzu fifteen years past its prime and a Kia that I still drive to this day. The staff are honest, upfront, and respectful.

They fixed my car last Christmas, after asking around I was told this was the best place. Well I was told that for a reason... They were fair and honest, and it ended up being cheaper than I thought. Mike answered any questions I had and never made me feel stupid (Ive been to places like that). Actually, he taught me some fundamentals about cars that I had no idea about. They always try to find you the best price and work you into their schedule as soon as they can. I really appreciated them coming through for me.

I love bringing my car here. They offer to diagnose the problem for 50 dollars which you can then put towards repairs if you choose to do the repairs with them if not they keep the 50$ diagnostics fee.They are able to get you in pretty fast.They are able to get your car repaired fast depending on the issue.I have not had any issues with them.Thanks to there accurate diagnosis for my blower motor I was able to fix it my self and save some money :)

We have taken our vehicles to Mike since he took over. He is honest and stands by his shops work. The only issue we ever had was a failed new spark plug wire in Arizona that his shop put on during a tune up, and he took care of everything. The mechanic in Arizona that fixed the issue complimented the work by his shop and said we have good mechanics. My husband has driven all over the over the 11 western states, and he prefers to wait and take our vehicle to Mike. Unfortunately, everyone else knows he is great and now we have to share him. Sorry Mike, they wont let me give you 10 stars.

I broke down on l84 barely made it to a motel called first thing in the morning. Mike got me in and trouble shot problem got parts out of tri cities. Debbie drove me back to my motel .Mike and his guys fixed my truck and I was on the road home by4 it runs perfect and the cost was very reasonable Highly recommended what more could you ask for THANKS

We thought we were having transmission problems and when we went in today they took the time to ask questions and give us information about what could be causing our problem. They gave us some ideas to go try at home and didnt charge us a thing. They were very friendly helpful, and honest.

We had a check engine light come on as we were driving past Pendleton. We stopped at the Auto Clinic and they were friendly and helped us right away. They pulled the code and explained the possible causes of it. Since it wasnt anything very serious, we were able to continue with our trip without delay. It was nice to have the peace of mind that our car would be okay until we got home. Thanks guys!

I was traveling through the area, and ended up stranded in Pendleton for a night due to a spotty alternator completely draining my battery. These guys were super helpful in getting the right part ordered, and fitting me into the schedule - even though I came in in the morning with no appointment. Very friendly, and great service!

We highly recommend Auto Clinic of Pendleton. They went out of their way to help us when we found ourselves with problems with our motorhome while driving through Pendleton. They worked us in and got us back on the road the same day.

Was driving from Colorado to Washington for a concert and experienced my Check Engine Light while crossing the Utah/Idaho border. Had already planned to stay in Pendelton for the night so I called Bob at the Auto Clinic. Used a free CEL reader at AutoZone to find out I had a bad ignition coil. Bob called the parts store to make sure the part was available the next morning when my car was scheduled to be worked on. Bob put in a new coil and reset the CEL. Has not come back on and I drove at least 1500miles to return back to Colorado after my trip. He gave me peace of mind for the rest of my trip, not to mention the quick service he performed.Would recommend this auto shop to anyone traveling or local.
