Was driving through Pendleton on our way to Boise when we encountered an AC problem. Was after 5:00pm on a Friday going into a Holiday weekend, and they graciously stayed after hours to help me identify and remedy the issue and get back on the road. Were knowledgeable, polite, and professional and helped my family and I get back to our vacation.

I have had my check engine light on for a while. Was told by a different shop that it was my catalytic converter, would be $1,000+ fix. Went to these guys and they said the code could be anything. They did testing and found it was an air hose leak. My car is running great and didnt pay for unnecessary repairs. Thanks guys!

Pat at G&R Auto is fantastic. Ive always appreciated his willingness to explain things and to try less expensive fixes before we just start throwing money at potential problems. His honesty and knowledge is why his parking lot is always full of cars waiting to be fixed. I wont take my vehicle any where else.

This guy originally quoted us $40-50 to replace an accelerator pump, since we got the carburetor out ourselves, aftER installing he charges us $80 and we broke down Again and it still has a leak. When we took it apart again, we noticed none of the bolts were tightened, very unproffessional. Doesnt reflect well on the city of Pendleton, which we will be avoiding on our next trip. If you need your car serviced I highly recommend going elsewhere.
