So sad!!! With so many evictions, ejections, and many millions that are in need of finding a place asap, youd think they would help. Well, I went there, I spoke with a lady and briefly explained my situation, 2 disabled adults, my mom of 75 years of age and myself were living out of a motel. Apparently the guy she was tending to got more and more enraged, he had been telling her that the stabbing charge was not his fault and that really he was a good guy, he kept interrupting me as I explained to the lady, but he kept on. At no moment did anyone do anything to provide a safe environment. I knew I had to go, I told her forget it and ripped off the line of the visitor sign in sheet, in case the really good guy with the stabbing charge decided to take information. I called the next day left a message, no one called back. Not only are you not helped but there isnt any safety in there office either.

This review is based on my personal experience only. They were unprofessional from the beginning, least to say I didn’t get the apartment due to them as they did not put forth any efforts. I had a perfect apartment I was going to get approved for and they couldn’t have the agreements ready on time, even with me informing them that the land lord was needing to make a decision same day.Do your self a favor and go with someone else, it’s not worth the risk of losing a property for a business’s lack of interest for their customer.

Its a good place because the already have the available listing for the entire city.

This place is full of ish.. They have several units on various websites indicating that it was updated a day ago and still available but when you call they have none of the units listed. They only have units at higher prices. They try to get you in so that you can see other units out your price range.

My experience with R1S1 was truly amazing and Shevon Spence was the most professional and knowledgeable realtor ever. She knew what we wanted, she was quick on response, she was patient with us, and overall have a great personality. I’m thankful she found us a beautiful place of our liken. I recommend R1S1 Pembroke Pine because the staff doesn’t just find you a place to stay they find you a place to call home.

I have been waiting for a call back for the past 5 days... As well as waiting to speak to a supervisor concerning not receiving a call back and still nothing.... This was very upsetting considering the urgency of needing a place to live for me and my kids..... I wish I had a better review but I wouldnt waste my time calling

Theres no professionalism at this place at all. I couldnt reach anyone over the phone as well as in person. I took 2 days off of work to try to get some assistance with a place to stay and did not have any luck. Every time I come to the office, they would tell me someone is gonna call and I still have not received a call yet. Now me and my kids are living out of a hotel until I can find something in the area that someone else can help me with. I guess if you have a voucher that means youll be overlooked.

Ms.Linda and her Staff is amazing!!! They are very welcoming and family oriented! She was able to find me a lovely home although my credit wasn’t too good. Linda has definitely went above and beyond for my family! I will definitely refer EVERYONE i know who is home searching!

She was patient and kind and thoroughly took the time to go over every concern that I have. I appreciate her professional demeanor and work ethic. If you are looking for an agent to help with section 8 voucher and finding a rental, linda is the one to go to. She will get the job done. Sweet and down to earth. I highly recommend this place now. I have reached out to this company on numerous occasions and I get the same response: Give me your information and a specialist will contact you shorty.. it’s been almost 3 weeks since the first call and no one has contacted me.. It really sucks because I am really interested in renting these 3 particular properties. I have my deposit and all documents needed...

This place should be called BAIT & SWITCH. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We made an appointment to look at one specific address. When we arrived to the office we were asked 500 questions about our credit & where we wanted to live while I was under the impression we had already chosen a place to look at. After being shown & told about properties we had 0 interest in, Sherine THEN informed us the property we were looking at was no longer available at that price because “prices change every day”. So instead of calling us prior to our appointment to let us know about the price change, she had us come in & waste our time & not even acknowledge the address we had previously discussed. When I did bring the address up (which was in the confirmation text SHE sent me), she looked at me like I had 10 heads. My boyfriend took time off of work for this complete joke of an appointment. If you’re contacted by this place, RUN don’t walk.

There professionalism is amazing, they’re very patient people. Especially taking the time to explain to me how I did not have the credit for one property, yet they’re able to help me get even a better one. Those who are doing 1 stars don’t listen to them, I saw a lady in their just being rude to the nice employees. Remember kids, at the end of the day, one can choose to work with you or not.

This place is a joke and the people that work here are not honest. Its a scam! Theyll lie to you to get you into the office and then try and push surprise charges.

Tiana did a great job providing and assisting me in renting the perfect place. I must confess I did not want to give her my personal information, but realized for her to place our family in the correct community I must share these details. I inquired about a property and had a tour scheduled. Upon arrival, noone knew of the appointment and could not tell me about the property even after I gave the address. There is no privacy in the office. They attempted to find another property and discuss our private details in this communal space. They are very disorganized. I will not be a client.

I just got off the phone with Linda and this woman refused to give me any general information on a property I seen online until I shared my personal information with her over the phone. But the previous worker, Tiana, told me she can give me that basic information. Before I ended the call, she said “we don’t have time to waste!” That’s how they speak to prospective clients...”we don’t have time to waste” when asking for basic information on property. It was disappointing to hear and know the woman saying this to me was a Black woman.Her tone and constant reinforced statement of “we have certain qualifiers” held the presumption I didn’t meet the qualifications, until I told her my credit score. Then she proceeded to give me ONE detail about the property.There are plenty of other realty groups like Mernard Home Group & more you can find that will respect you and your business.Linda, with all due disrespect, go to hell.

I want to take the opportunity to thank my fantastic Real Estate agent Mrs Shevon Spence. She has been a really patient and Understanding in helping me find the right rental property. I must say Shevon is very professional and has great customer service skill.

I went to the Pembroke Pines location a couple years ago and Linda Murdock was the realtor. She showed a girl and I a few apts. She told me one accepted us but we told her we liked a different one so she told me to sign with the one that accepted us first and she would reach out to the other one and if they accept me then she would tell the owner from the one I signed that we arent interested. So as soon as I signed it and told her; she told me immediately the other one rejected me. Which was a lie since it was showing available online and it I also saw other available units at the same complex days later.(I have evidence of this). Also Linda asked me to come by her office to finish the paper work and while I was there she was talking on the phone to a client about the same unit she claimed wasnt available. After she gotten off the phone I told her; You told me it wasnt available. She got nevervous and walked away.The girl and I both moved into the apartment a few weeks later and I was the only one on the lease and i can tell the owner didnt know the other girl was living there. Linda said we both would be on the lease. I kept asking linda about it and she said the girl will be added on the lease. Months later Linda yelled at me to come down to the office around 9pm and to come alone and she wont tell me why.(I have evidence of this) When I got there another guy was there. I first thought something was wrong with my apt. Linda told me the client wants to buy a house but cant since his credit score was under 700. So she asked me if she can use my information so he can buy a house and in return he can give me a part time job. I told her No and left. (i have evidence of the conversation).Several months before my lease expired I told the owner that the girl has been staying in the unit the whole time. He was angry told me she needed to leave. I told the girl and said just stay here the rest of the month. At the end of the month the girl told me shes not moving out unless I pay her. She said that because she told Linda what happened and Linda told her to say that. Linda yelled at me on the phone saying why did i tell him? And i needed to pay her 1680 to move out. (I have evidence of this). The girl called the police on me and the police said an eviction would need to be filled since its been over 30 days and she is receiving mail. I couldnt reach the owner since he went out of town. The owner had allowed someone else to move in the next month and was working on her paperwork and said I can keep that deposit so i used my credit card to pay 1680 to the girl to leave.The new roommate was all set to move in the next month and then the owner told me and her that he changed his mind and I alone can live there. The rent was 1680 and i had to keep using my credit card. (I have evidence of this) I moved out and reported Linda to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation which is why the office was previously shut down for a while. The state said she isnt licensed and the best thing for me to do is take her too small claims court and represent my self. I wanted to do it right away but I gotten so sick from all the stress I was under and was also having breathing problems. And then last year I couldnt because of the pandemic shut down. I already spoke to a couple lawyers. I just need to sue so I can payoff my credit card.

They show you properties that they know are not available just to rush a security deposit out of you in hopes to trap you into doing business with them. We realized this after SHEVON SPENCE supposedly submitted an offer to a property for us and making us wait 6 days to finally tell us that they had already accepted an offer. Then the reason changed to me not having enough renters history witch is BS since I was a home owner for 5 years and paid mortgage. This made us lose all confidence and she lost all credibility with us. She could not provide any proof that she even sent our offer and also could not provide a receipt or proof that the background checks were done. She made us go in circles with her for almost a month on the return of the funds. First it couldnt be zelled, then it would be mailed. Then it got lost in the mail. Then finally 700 was zelled showing a completely fabricated break down showing we only sent 1000 and 100 for background and 200 for application fees were taken out. Isnt it illegal to touch the security deposit for another other than that? Also, shouldnt it be in a 3rd party escrow? FRAUDS! After going in more circles and showing screen shots of the zelle payments to them another 900 was zelled to us. Still, we are down 2 bogus app fees and 2 background check fees (300 bucks) that were never done. These people are deceptive and will try to steal your money.

Recieved a call based on online inquiry. I live in Boca Raton FL the property is in Weston. Thats a long drive . I asked several questions and was truthful answering all her question. I sent personal info including credit score. Once I arrived for appt I was told I could not see property due to credit score. I explained I came a long way and discloses my score over the phone. I was told the person that set appointment s doesnt know all the policies and procedures. When I asked well what policy says you call someone and set appt. Thats when she went to the back and brought out a black women. I have no idea why cause she said the same thing. They are a fraud. To keep their business a float they cold call people with lies of showing properties. After looking up the property I was called about. I found it is in FORECLOSURE. Wheres the integrity? Wasting time, it take a month to get approved for any property and they scamming people to come to their office and look like they working.
