I UNDERSTAND SHE IS NOT THE OWNER, I ALSO UNDERSTAND SHE IS NOT IN CONTROL OF WHAT OFFER THEY DECIDE TO TAKE. The point here seems to be missed.. she IGNORED me completely rather than communicating with me.What is to call me and say Hey Yarixa the apartment was contracted but dont worry Ill keep an eye out for anything in your price range and Ill email it to you.^^^ That would be what communication looks like. Instead she rushed me to fill out paperwork for the apartment I was going for knowing it was pending and wasted my time. Making an effort to communicate and assist would make all the difference in my satisfaction. I had another realtor help me with no successful results but I was still very happy with her service because she called me with updates and answered my calls/ text messages and always followed through with calling back if she did not answer. Doris made an effort and I could appreciate that despite not having results.**Response to owner: She fabricated a story to cover herself. If she would have answered the phone or called me with updates, good or bad I would understand. However Margarita had not done that, she instead ignored me and never followed up with any planned times to meet or call me. If she had even answered one call to explain that and continue helping me in looking elsewhere fine I could accept that but she did nothing of that nature. I also asked her if she was unable to help continue with my search than to please ask one of her coworkers to assist me. I am an understanding person and I know if something cannot be done it cannot be done and thats that. She needs to talk to her clients not ignore them.Margarita Corea is very unprofessional, disorganized and rude. She showed me an apartment I fell in love with and I missed a whole day of work to start the process. Request any one else but her. She will offer to assist you with making an offer on an apartment knowing that there is a contract pending. She will lie to you and say she will call you at a particular time and if you call because its an hour past that time she will ignore you and then eventually get mad because you are calling eagerly wanting to know if you can move forward with putting an offer. She does not understand her job is about finding people a place to live and that is not to be played with. All of these awful things took place in such a short period of time. This woman is the devil in disguise avoid her completely or pay the price of someone wasting your valuable time.**Update: She is now calling me and threatening me, now she she decides to call me because I left an honest review.My advice to you Margarita is to communicate with people and help them more and you wont get bad reviews.

ZERO STARS FOR THIS SERVICE! AS AN AMERICAN THE BEHAVIOR OF THIS WOMAN WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRID! I was helping a friend that is older, who does not speak very good English, she understands but because of her accent many have difficulty understanding her, so I was helping her because I speak English Anyways,my friend was looking for an apartment for 55 and older. So we called to see if we could get an appointment for an application, the lady Alicia that I spoke with was not only rude but attended us as she had better things to do with her time., she had a NASTY ATTITUDE with me, while trying to see what my friend needed to apply, and explain to my friend at the same time. Then The agent decided she wanted my friend to text her Financial information, right then and there over the phone!!! Im like what??? I know we are living in a technological age, but really?, I dont even know immediately how much I make on such a short notice, Id have to crunch the numbers) All I can say is in all my life I have NEVER BEEN TREATED WITH SUCH LACK Of CUTH( education in proper professional mannerisms)...SHE WAS EXTREMELY UN-PROFESSIONAL! Then when my friend did not respond fast enough,SHE HUNG UP ON US !!! I in my wanting to give her the benefit of the doubt, I thought ok she is probably busy, Ill forgive her rudeness. So I texted her to see if she could possibly set and appointment in her office so my friend can bring her financial information in and my friend can ask any questions she may have directly to the agent while we are there. . But get this, SHE WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE US AN APPOINTMENT !!!! WOW!!!! I told her that her behavior was unprofessional, and she said I INSULTED HER!!!! UM???..HOW??? IM NOT THE ONE WHO HUNG UP ON A CLIENT WANTING TO RENT AN APARTMENT!and ITS THE TRUTH ! I GUESS SHE DOES NOT NEED RENTERS, ESPECIALLY WITH THAT KIND OF SERVICE! Miguel Tio tries to get new business by harassing people around the neighborhood. He knocks on doors at all hours, waking up sleeping babies and interrupting family dinners. This idiot doesnt know the meaning of NO SOLICITING..and even returns to the same homes a second and third time after being told to F off.

Great Real Estate company

One afternoon I went in to check out some of their properties and all the employees were very rude. It seems like everyone was trying to take a lunch break at the same time. Under different circumstances I would have thought it was a racial issue, but the first person I met was like oh my God, I was just leaving, (deep breath), let me see if i can find someone who can help you, and she was an older black lady. She should know better. Then the second pair made me feel like i was being interrogated... just asking multiple questions back to back, knowing that they were not interested in helping. I would never go back to that office under any circumstances and i would never recommend it to anyone not even satan!

This company cant handle their own office in Broward, so what would lead anyone to believe they can efficiently sell or rent properties. I called in regards to a rental that was recently listed on realtor dot com where they were listed as the rental agents. When I called the provided number and after several minutes of ringing, the woman that answered had no idea what I was talking about until I said it was listed on that website with your company as the agents. She at that point exasperatedly asked me to hold as if I was wasting her time. I sat on hold for 5 mins at which point I was given the number to the Real Estate Agent whose listing it supposedly was. I called and the number went immediately to voice mail. This was Tuesday and was the case for 3 days straight with no response to the voice mail I did leave. I finally called the office BACK and explained that I wanted information on this rental and that the number they gave me must not be right. She asked me what number I had and said that it was right then asked me to hold. I SAT ON HOLD FOR OVER 20 MINUTES! At which point they picked up the line, with Friday chatter in the back ground and hung up on me. I called back and no one ever answered again. IF YOU CANT EVEN GIVE ME A WORKING NUMBER TO YOUR OWN REALTORS, NOR HANDLE A FRIGGIN RENTAL, WHO WOULD BELIEVE YOUR COMPANY IS COMPETENT ENOUGH TO HANDLE THE DETAILED AND TEDIOUS PROCESS OF HOME PURCHASING AND SELLING!!!!!! YOUR COMPANY NEEDS TO RE-EVALUATE THE STAFF!!!! Thanks for showing me from the jump that dealing with your deplorable company would be nothing but a HEADACHE.
