Well Elite Nails, it’s time to say goodbye after 5-6 years. Here is my gel mani after 9 days. They started peeling after 5 days. This has happened the last 3-4 times I have gone. Also disappointed by the service, Kone stood me up for appointments two days in a row. Then I asked for someone who could do nail art and look how sad the Mickeys are, even after 4 tries. Don’t waste your time with this place.
It was a horrible experience honestly I wish I could pick zero stars the day I got them done my nail polish started peeling off. I go I. The next day and they refused to fix them. Then I left to go one vacation with my nails looking horrible. They then started to break. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worse enemy. And the last two pics are what they look like now
I always try to give this place a chance because its close to home; but I always leave her unsatisfied with what I pay for. The nail techs rush you out, they leave your nails uneven, and crooked. I learned my lesson, I rather not get my nails done then come here.
Not only was my nails cut unevenly but I was also cut by the man doing my nails . I was told by the manager “that nothing could be done for me. That they cut people often and if there was a refund for everytime they cut someone then they’d not have any money” . I was not refunded or even given half of my money back ! Don’t ever come here ! Not only was he rough but he was rushing ! I was also told by the manager that “ they work effectively and as fast as possible to get the job done “. Even after saying he cut me because he rushed !
I’ve been coming to this place and usually has great service and they do perfect gel manicures. However the second to last time I came, they had a person who was new doing my nails who I had to coach through my manicure and the the most recent time which is yesterday, a woman named Linda did my nails. She was rushing, didn’t know how to shape the nail properly, tried to get away with only putting one coat of polish, didn’t know how to apply the design (I had to do it myself!) and then had an attitude! On top of that there were visible imperfections and rough patches on my nails! I went to the manager and they only knocked off 3 dollars. Very disappointed.
I have just two people I let touch my nails . Nene and Con. The truth is you can see the difference in priceBetween both . Not sure why . I love them but the truth is if you have any issue the interest is not for the customer but for the benefit of the business . That is speaking towards the management aspect of the salon .The appointments are not always on time one time I had to wait 40 minutes to be attended for an appointment I made . I like the place because it’s clean and the environment is very spa like .

Always ask how much thing cost there they will charge to file you nails and consider it cutting as say its a fee to do this.They like to separate the parent and teenager and offer all these ideas to the teenager and the kid will say yes,but the parents isnt aware of it.. then charge you for it.They rush you to pay so you cant add the amount, but for them I quick with mathWatch out scammer.Also there license on the walls doesnt have there picture on it.Also they have more cameras than a bank. Something very fishy there !!!
I send all my brides in the broward area to this Salon for Pedicures. Kim is my personal favorite. Her massages, customer care, and work is outstanding. Love the price for a complete foot care ❤️Personally when Im in the area I use them.

I have this place multiple chances time to show me great service and professionalism for the amount of money that I pay for quality nails and they have failed me every time. It’s either the techs are rushing on my nails, someone is always rescheduling my times due to someone else’s mistakes, or they all of sudden have new hours they want to implement completely causing the inconvenience on you. It’s really sad, not to mention the very high prices for very mediocre work.
I wanted to like this place so bad, it is literally a 5 min drive. I am highly disappointed with my “gel manicure on natural nails”. I came in for a gel manicure on my real nails, they simply used gel polish which I could of gotten at Sally’s and did at home myself. (I have gotten this done at other nail salons and they put a good layer of gel for the base before using gel polish for the French manicure design. My nails are hard & last at least 2 weeks.)That same night while at dinner my husband asked me what was wrong with my hands. I looked down, polish was lifting on 2 fingers. Let me clarify that my nails were not chipped (the actual gel polish was lifting) by the end of the evening the polish was lifting from 4-5 nails. I called before they closed and was told to come back tomorrow so they could redo.Next day the same guy redid the damaged nails and added another clear coating to the nails that were still intact.Problem solved?Nope!2days later 1 nail started lifting again. I currently have 3 nails where the polish has lifted.*I did get my eyebrows threaded by a lady in the back. She did a great job!
The worst nail salon every! Very unprofessional. I’ve had appointments and had to wait 10-15 mins for my tech, but bc I was 7 mins late they told me I had to get a different tech. NO… I’ll never go there again
If I could give 0 stars I would! Con artist! Wanted to try something new so I decided to get a set of acrylic nails, short with a design on 1 nail. Dan told me that it would be 32.00 and I said ok. Then he said he would do two nails for 35.00 and I said okay. Later he asked if I wanted all of them done and I said no, then he said I think you would like better on all nail and I charge only for two nails 35.00. When I got to the register it was 50.00! When I told the manager that I didnt ask for what he did, I only asked for 2 nails, the manager said The employee Dan said I asked for the designs and he told me that it would be 50.00! Complete LIES!! Of course, the manager couldnt care less and said there was nothing she could do about it, the nail techs are independent contractors. In other words, as long as she gets her cut she doesnt care if the customers are happy or not! Find another shop that wont cheat you out of your money!
OMG. Let me start by saying this place is gorgeous!!! Beautiful lighting and tons of colors to choose from-GEL galore! Nina did my nails and it was sooo carefully done! The detail was amazing and she did not quite until it was done perfectly! She has gentle hands and was really nice. Jenna did my pedicure and spent a lot of time on it. I got the deluxe pedicure which is just 1 of the 5 to choose from! Lots of options which I love. With the holidays around the corner, they all still gave great customer service-from front of the house and back. Will definitely recommend all my friends and family here!

Very disappointed. I first went to Elite nails 7 days ago for a full set acrylic nails with powder. I paid $81 dollars (not including tip) for the full set + reg pedi. After about 3-4 days I noticed 3 nails lifting and on day 6 one came off completely.. so I decided today day 7 to go back and let them know because from my understanding that should like 2-3 weeks. The same gentleman that did my nails the first time fixed the 3 nails that were messed up and when I was done I was still charged $10the manager told me that the young man work so hard and that I should pay him for his time and she told me just pay them $7I’m sorry but I work in an office and I’ve never had my new set of acrylic nails lift after just a few days and i feel like as a new customer I should have not been charged for their poor job
$63 for gel mani and pedi. $3 extra per service if you opt for Opi brand. Dont forget to tip your nail tech at least 25%! Nini was so nice because she found two adjacent pedicure chairs so my sister and I could sit next to each other. Staff has always been pleasant and the salon is very well kept. Definitely would recommend making an appointment since it gets packed. We went on a Thursday night around 5:45pm and it was way less crowded than on Saturdays.

Worst experience ever! I went for a refill, I paid and tipped before getting them done and the guy didn’t remove cuticles; I had to complaint because the polish was uneven and he applied the color once again but with NO clear nail polish. I didn’t say anything else because I knew that I’d have to go to another salon to have mi manicure done again. First and last visit for sure
#7 was extremely extremely rude and unprofessional. She clearly was having a bad day and took her anger out on me. I asked for prices up front bcuz they fluctuate every time I come, from there it went downhill.while doing my refill she was removing a nail and cut me. She didn’t even apologize. She was rude and said I should come back another day bcuz if I kept moving she would cut me. Thankfully the receptionist was nice and helpful and found someone else to take care of me. I have been coming here for years and after this incident I am no longer going back there.
I am so glad I did not let the negative reviews prevent me from coming to this place to fix the disaster of a manicure another place gave me. When it was my turn and I was asked what services I wanted I gave who I presume to be the owner and the receptionist a run down of my situation. Both looked at my nails then at each other and immediately asked, where was this, was it here? Who?What they saw was an insult to their profession.The owner got to work and started preparing my nails. While the gel dissolved (we would later rule it out as gel because it did not react as gel does) I sat at the counter while the two women greeted and chatted with other customers, exchanging pleasantries, smiling, and laughing. It was a nice atmosphere and it was obvious customers liked this place. They tried to engagement me a couple times but honestly I was in such a foul mood I wasnt much of a conversationalist.Long story short, Eva fixed my nails and she was very nice the whole time, although bewildered at what was supposedly a ger manicure that was given to me less than 1 hour before.I WILL be coming here again, they took care of me, were friendly, and the product looks great - obviously time will tell if it truly lasts, but as of right now I am happy - and relieved!
Nini nail tech treated me so bad. She was aggressive, rough, coughed and hacked in my face several times. Picked a color, told me several times it was too light. Allowed her to finished my nails, asked for a new tech for pedicure, Jenny refused me services. Been here several time usually see Danny but hes no longer here. He was always kind and professional. Worst experience Ive ever had, Stay away!!!!!
I went there and waited over an hour for just a soak off and regular manicure. The manicure was alright. They also do bare minimum when doing a pedicure. They up charge for every single little thing.
This is a great place to get your nails done. I have been coming to Elite Nails on and off for over 20 years. The staff is always kind and they do a great job! I live on Hollywood Beach now and still drive to them to get my nails done.
Top coat turns yellow and they won’t fix it
This place no longer does good service. Everything is done in a rush. The gel polish peels off after two days, the overlay cracks about three days later. When you go back to get it fixed they have attitude and want to charge you for something that they did. Smh!!The customer service is horrible.

I did deluxe gel pedi along with dip manicure. We started with one person with pedicures then I was pass to someone super new fir the manicure and it was a total $h!t show. I asked for oval and he gave me pointy for the four nails with extensions. He didn’t clean my cuticles at all. My nail were super Croocked and the nails with white paint had left over residue from the previous pink polish. I came the following day to get it fix since the night before I was there for over 2hrs and had things to do. I was giving the same person that F-up my nails to fix it and he didn’t fix it at all.All in all this is my first and last time.
Great salon. My female client go here all the time. Customer service is great. I wish they had an ATM here so I could tip without having to run next door to the dollar store every single time. All in and all it’s a good shop and would recommend. Just needs an atm to make it more convenient to tip is my suggestion.

Made an appointment for my cousin and myself. First we had to wait 35 minutes then when we came only one could go and the rep said 5 minutes- another 30 minutes later she’s like we have some that’s almost done and you can go that person was my cousin. Never again.
I have been getting my nails done here for the past 5 years and I loved it until today, thanks to Hanna. Today is mothers day and I wanted my 12 year old daughter to feel special today. She got her hair done and I wanted a little manicure for her. Hanna was finishing up with me and there was no one waiting so I asked if she could do my daughter. I asked her 4 times without a response. But each time I asked she looked at my daughter. Perhaps little girls with down syndrome are not good enough to be serviced here with Hanna. And after 5 years of loyal service here, I will be looking for another salon where my daughter will be both acknowledged and serviced. What a great eye opener on mothers day
This spa is not a bad place but they do try to get you in and out as super fast. They dont really care about the little things when it comes to your nails and the employees do not really care as mush as they should. With that being said I absolutely LOVE the lady who does eyebrows here. I have been going to her for years now and refuse anyone else.

Every time I go the prices change! I paid $60 for a gel fill and toes polished. 3 weeks ago, same service and included a pedicure and eyebrows and paid $81. Either I paid too much today or didnt pay enough last time.
It’s too expensive. The guy I had did not do a good job on my feet. Got a lot of paint on my skin and it was $74 for a gel mani pedi. That’s just ridiculous. There are better places for that kind of money.

Ive been a loyal customer for almost 2 years now. Excellent services to me and my 5yr. old daughter Kim is Great and knows exactly what I like. Clean atmosphere and friendly employees. I recommend making an appointment. Kid friendly as well for those who allow their little ones to be serviced.

I normally i have a great time at this nail salon and the nail tech is always very nice and I always tip him with no problem but on this Specific encounter on Monday when I asked the nail tech why was my amount so much and for him to explain to me details why was it basically the same thing as the time before and I got less work he got upset and told me to never come back again it was an embarrassment for the nail tech to try to make it seem as though I was complaining about the price when I was only asking him why was the amount so much when the previous time it wasn’t. Also the pricing that he made for me was a made up price and when I brought it up to him he had to change the prices to amount to what he told me and when I brought it up to the manager she also even said I was overcharged For a few items because I wasn’t told it was more for a opi gel not a regular gel and something else . I realize when you start to ask questions about the prices that you pay they get upset
Been goin here for two years no problem. The lady asked me to pay before getting my nails done. Have never been asked that at any place I did my nails. Is that what they do now here? I am a person of color not sure that’s why I had to pay before or after.

I’ve been a customer of this place for many years and always spent over $80 since I get pink and white French and gel pedicures. The last time I went, the guy who attended me (Alex) was rude and created additional charges to my bill. I don’t mind paying for quality services but quality customer service is a must. He argued with me in front of others customers because I questioned the charges. He said “I ask too many questions”. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location. Make sure to be aware of all charges because they will add an additional $5, $8 or even $10 and tried to justify it without making sense.
Taylor gets a 10/10. Shes best at her massages and pedicures. Her customer service is great! Shes known for her designs but her massages are even better.

I was looking for a new place to do my nails. May 24 was my first time there. I got service from Sun and although being a pleasant person she fed up my nail. She burned my nail with her tool. She pressed down on my nails in a rough attempt to get nail polish off with a paper towel. Then I almost lost my mind when she broke my nail by nicking it with her tool on the side. She was way to rough with me. The receptionist when I immediately showed her what the lady Sun did, didnt seem to care. She made the long weak nail excuse. You dont know me. Own up to what you did. Calvin took over.He put a tip on the broken nail so it will have time to grow back. If he cut it more than half the nail length would be gone. It looks great!I still cant get over what took months to grow Im obsessed with my nails and them being healthy and strong.

I come here because theyre clean. They open up a new package of the instruments theyre going to use on you for your pedicure. After they finish the pedicure they have someone come and clean the area. I didnt give them a higher score because I feel their polishes arent until par. They dont last long.
Im shocked about the work ethic at this salon. Little Sue my nail tech always looks MAD, shes has NO customer service skills and has a very bad attitude toward her job. She really needs to reevaluate her career choice. Perhaps some schooling and education would help her. When you choice a profession, you should do it with a smile on your face especially in that industry of work. Its face it, getting your nails done is not cheap, therefore customers should be treated with respect and kindness. At the end of the day, without customers, means lack of business. I have many high end friends in that area that I will definitely share my experience with them and encourage them not to recommend this place. Hope the owner realizes the type of people he has representing his company. Sadly, his good techs are gone. Wonder why?
Not very happy the lady that did my nails was very unhappy when I was upset she was very rude.... next time I’ll just wait till Tuesday to go to my normal place unfortunately I was unable to have the time to wait this place seemed like it would be good who knows maybe i just got a rotten egg out of the bunch the guy next to the one doing my nails seemed to be more customer friendly not sure I will ever go back!!!! This was my first time at this salon with my wife and daughter. They explained the various manicure/pedicure options very nicely and provided the benefits and feautures of gel nail coverage vs standard options. I was not having any work done today but Nina notices my hand nails were cracked and rough around the edges while I was waiting for my daughter and wife to get there nails done and offered to at least cut, file and trim my hand nails. Nina was so efficient and careful with my old sensitive hands and nails. I will surely keep them in mind for any future work.
I recommend you make an appointment with your mail technician. Theyre usually very busy on weekends. I prefer Mai if youre getting a full set with fake nails but Sarah if youre doing a manicure with your own nails. Both are very sweet and takes their time to make sure youre satisfied!
I have been a long time customer of 10 plus years and lately the phone service is HORRIBLE. The people answering the phones do not listen to the customer calling. It is HORRIBLE. I keep going there because of Tammy and Aymen even though I do not live close by but I think it is time for me to move on from this place. I called last last week of 8/30/19 to schedule 2 appointments for Saturday, 9/7/19 and it was scheduled for Sunday, 9/8/19. It is like they give you the appointment that the person answering the phones feels like giving you. I miss Christina on the desk.

I could do my nails at home better than this place. I asked for dip nails and they had no shape. The color came off the next day I went. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
Bubbles on every nail. Returned to have fixed and after having manager attempt redo, I am leaving 100% convinced I will NEVER return. Sloppy job, poor attitude, disinterested... One positive? Receptionist is pleasant and professional.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars they have horrible service and when my girlfriend asked for a refund they said no they don’t do refunds which they never said before. When she tried to speak to the owner the owner walked away from her not resolving the issue. She went in for a white gel manicure and regular pedicure and in less than 24hrs they turned into and ugly color and had marks on them. And their customers service is horrible and the owner used the excuse that they don’t speak English. Rude is rude no matter what language. I recommend that no one ever goes there. They obviously don’t care about customer service.

She messed my nails up so badly trying to do ombre (she did not know what the hell she was doing) and the manager did not even show her face to apologize after I complained. The only one who apologized was the black receptionist. Worse Service I Have Ever Had!!!

They just want to get u in and out. They could care less about service. My sis and I got a gel mani pedi and 2 days later we BOTH had chipped toe nails!! Also prices are inconsistent. My sis was charged less than me and we got the EXACT SAME SERVICES!! Also the lady cut my finger and I started bleeding, she didnt even apologize. Everyone was so rude, just trying to rush us out. I didnt even want to tip ( I always do) because of how terrible it was. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.
My daughter and I have been coming here and ONLY here regardless of the less quality job they sometimes Ive paid for. We come one day at 7:10 and for my daughter alone and an empty shop and no go. So needless to say, thank you! We found a better place!!!
Horrible manicure from the technician at the far right booth. She was looking around and rushed through my manicure the entire time. She didn’t even push my cuticles back or have me wash my hands. Fixing the cuticle is the main part of the manicure for me. Then she was cutting them DRY after the soaked for maybe a minute. This is when I knew something was wrong. So, I tried to tell her I was unsatisfied after she zoomed through my cuticles, and she told me I was wrong and she can’t fix that part of my nail. Great. So then, we did the glitter and when I asked her to put a little more on each nail, she got upset. “You said it look okay. Why you say okay if you don’t like it?”. Horrible customer service. I’m just mad that I didn’t ask for somebody else to help me get what I was going to pay for... $30 and three days later my cuticles are dry and full of dead skin still... Luckily my gel polish came out decent, although, it still wasn’t like the pic I showed her to begin with. Needless to say I didn’t leave a tip. WILL NOT be going back.
So I’ve been to this place at least 7-10 times to be able to give this review as honest as possible.TL;DR DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. DON’T GO HERE. STAY FAR AWAY.1. When they take polish off, they file it off. So don’t expect much soaking on their behalf because they are usually trying to accomplish their job as quickly as possible because people are always waiting to get their nails done.2. Be mindful of whom your nail tech is, they each have their own style and honestly not every single person listens and does EXACTLY what you want.3. Don’t go in super close to closing time because they will make sure you’re aware of the inconvenience you are causing them. I went in once an hour before closing and I wanted my gel overlay soaked off because they were separating from the real nail underneath. Helen, didn’t want to waste her time soaking them off, she then proceeds to use a scraper to rip them off essentially damaging the weeks of nail Growth (nails ripped off with the overlay, pieces broke, etc.) I had intended in the first place. I was completely unhappy and told her to cut them all short to begin the process of growing my nails out all over again.4. I have never come back the second I made the mistake of revealing the place where I work, from that moment my nail tech decides to ask how much does this cost, do I get a discount, could she get my discount? I politely told her I had used all my discount for the year for my friends and family. But as she continues fixing my nails from the mistake she made, mentioned in #3 she keeps persisting in asking about my job, my discounts and her getting a discount. It was EXHAUSTING. This was what ended it for me. The last thing I was is my nail tech now to always do my nails and talk about my discount and how she can get it. It’s honestly unprofessional.5. SHAPES. They don’t know their shapes. Coffin, almond, stiletto, all the complicated pretty ones they have yet to master tactfully on all nail sizes. They can only do them on “long nails” and even then they take short cuts to making the shapes which leads to error in the finish. I have only had one success coffin shape but one nail was always off from the rest. So I wouldn’t call it super successful.6. The receptionists are usually super friendly and if you need to find a specific color they’ll try to help you find it as best as they possibly can.I can go on and on about my experiences but if you’ve reached the bottom and still want to try it, you have been cautioned. It’s usually not the first visit that disappoints, it’s the second and onwards, especially if you have had acrylic/gel overlay work done that needs to be maintained.Just don’t do it and find someone with an IG account who might take a little longer, you need to make an appointment super in advance, but you’ll be much happier with the work and health of your nails.
The workers never listen. If your paying for something you want to get your moneys worth. I told the lady I wanted stiletto nails but short . She kept telling me I wouldnt like it and she has to do it long . I had to beg her to get them shorter and they were still long ! So I got them done over at artistic nails, way better.

I have been having my nails done with dip powder every 2 weeks for several months. on the day of my visit to Elite Nails, my regular place was busy so I took a chance. What a horrible decision! Everything is rushed, there is no concern as to our nails/hands and the finished product lasted 10 minutes before I needed to fix them myself. Its been 5 days since Ive had them done, 4 broke and 2 lifted from my natural nail. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Ill go back to my original salon.
Aweful customer service. Starting with the front desk girl. No customer service skills what so ever. Wait time is ridiculous. They make you wait for someone available for hands and then you have to wait again for someone a available for pedicure. I spent 2 hours and I was only able to get my acrylics off and a full set done. The place really needs good management.

It felt as if I didn’t matter as a client, my service was poorly done and then I was brushed off as oh well. I was cut on my finger and my dip I had to leave and go somewhere else to get it redone. Might be good for other but I was not treated well.

Listen to what I tell you... Dont go there. Terrible customer service and terrible nail work. Girl got an attitude because I didnt pick the color fast enough, I asked for an off white for a pedicure and she put in an awful white that looked like whiteout. Since they want you to spend money on their special pedicure services, if you ask for a regular pedicure they wont even put lotion on your feet and you walk out with rough heels. I specifically asked for acrylic nails with regular nail color and they purposely put in gel nails and gel color without my consent. My nails looked crooked and lumpy. Very dissatisfied.This place is all about ripping you off for work you can do better at home.
The quality of work is inconsistent here. Sometimes Ive gone and my eyebrows and nails have looked great, other times Ive come out with two different looking eyebrows and badly done acrylics. I recommend Sandy Diep for eyebrows and John for acrylics as they are the most consistent. I generally come here because the distance is convenient, but theres nothing spectacular here. As with most salons, even if you make an appointment, you will be waiting no matter who you book with. I dont know his name but the person at the front desk who is in charge of everything is very snappy and not polite. They dont allow you to pay with card unless the charge is over $10 and that doesnt include tip.
