I had never shipped 2 wheels before and wanted to make sure they were protected since they were very valuable. The staff assured me it would be no problem. As per their recommendation, I opted for their packaging service and insurance. Glad that I did! The wheels arrived without any issues.

This store is wonderful. Everything is state of the art, the staff is friendly and took great care of me and my big packages that I sent out yesterday. I would recommend this store to anyone who wants swift and friendly service. I am new to the area but I can tell you, I will for sure use this store for all my shipping needs!

Great versatile place. I usually come to drop my Amazon packages here but today I needed to Notarize an urgent document and send it out next day and just as easy as returning an Amazon return I was out the door in no time.

Go here to send and receive my packages on a weekly basis. Service is always fast and cordial, had the manager get involved once or twice when I needed to ship delicate items and always felt reassured with his input. Good UPS store

Horrible service never experienced this before at this location, the lady with the extra long nails is rude,nasty and no customer service. She is a disgrace to ups. No customer service skills I guess that’s what happen when you have no education or common sense.

Great UPS store for shipping, mailboxes, faxes, copies, purchase supplies and materials, special handling and much more. They are very busy here and the store is small. Employees are on top of everything and very helpful and professional.

We needed a Notary and found this UPS which was open till 8 pm. We were waited on promptly and our documents were quickly and correctly notarized. Outstanding customer service and we highly recommend!!!! Thank you!

I brought a number of pictures to be shipped from Pembroke Pines to Richmond, VA . I left them to be packed and shipped. Two were packed in individual boxes and the remaining 5 pictures were shipped in one box. When I opened the boxes I found that none of the pictures were wrapped individually and no effort was made secure them so they would not move around during transit. The result of the haphazard packing was that the glass was broken on 2 of the pictures and the frames were damaged on 2 others. One of the pictures that was shipped by itself was a portrait that was over 60 years old. The picture came out of the frame and was scratched. If I could give this store a negative rating, I would.

Pick up fedex items quickly or they will lose it.

Visit this location often amazon returns and other ups mails. They are always friendly and super fast with plenty of parking. I prefer to go to this location vs others. They are also open later hours so it’s a definite plus.

The only UPS store that is open until 8 pm and is practically a life save. Michael was so generous enough to stay open a few minutes to allow me to get there. I was nervous he would be moody, but he was so pleasant and he didn’t rush the service. Great customer service is hard to find so I’m really appreciative.

They charged twice as much at the UPS store in Weston I went into the store to fax one sheet it was 2.25 or 1.99 plus tax .....the Weston store charged me 99 cent ....i ask why this store cost double they said because we can .....

This store does not allow you to add labels to the boxes at the store you have to bring it in a with a Label attached to or they cannot help you
