Wonderful. The customer service was excellent, especially the manager of the store. He took the time to help me out with the right packaging to save money and went over the address (different country).

1st time here, found it on google. Great place, went in and out to deliver my package shipping with FedEx. Then noticed they also accept USPS!! That’s great since the USPS on pines and university is always packed, so found out I can just come here! No lines! Love it!

I have received the best service here. They were extremely helpful and very organized. I also like that they are bilingual and can help almost anyone walking in, not just an English only speaker like me. Definite 5/5 stars and will definitely always use their services.

Traveled over a half hour across town to make it prior to the 6:00pm closure. I called several times with no answer. Only to arrive and there is a letter posted on the door closed at 5:20pm to the public. This is completely unacceptable. If your times has changed it should be updated on your website or voicemail. Last time I stop by this location.

From the moment I walked through the door. I received the worst customer service ever. The representative for the Pines Business Center Lana was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful.I truly believe that; she needs to go back to school for a lesson on proformance in the work place. Unfortunately, this behavior is acceptable and employees are not held accountable for their actions.I will never recommend a friend or a family.

If I could give it less than one star I would. The lady who did my moms fingerprints was very pleasant, she didnt speak much. The lady who seemed to be in charge was TERRIBLE!! Very rude, was not helpful and acted as if we were bothering her. I dont usually write reviews but I thought it important to warn people not to go here at all. Terrible customer service from Manager, not people friendly at all.

Terrible. All of the reviews have the same theme, the owner is rude, unprofessional & you should find somewhere, anywhere else to go. The owner clearly wants to nickel and dime you. She basically told me that she would not honor a same-day appointment for me unless I used her internet to book it (which is $2 a minute). I asked for clarification to make sure that I heard her correctly & she rudely stated that they are a business center here to make money... gee, thanks. Well... not only is she NOT getting those petty couple dollars for their overpriced internet, Ill never use any of their other services so how short-sided is she? I would recommend you go anywhere else before you come here. The owner is so rude & unaccomodating. I wish I wouldve read the reviews before I stopped in this terrible business.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a U-haul location. Owners want to do everything they can to collect extra money for clean up or damage. I rented a truck to move a few items for less then 10 miles and 2 hours and before I know it Im getting an insane bill. If you do rent, check your credit card statement! Just terrible.

Try to charge me $1 for a 3-inch piece of tape and proceeded to have an attitude with me the whole time she was speaking to me like she did not want to ship my package I mean isnt that her job isnt that why you own this business shipping packages would not recommend this place to anyone

In case you dont want to read a lot, just dont go here, thats my advice. There are many places in the area with same services and are professionals.Received truck with under 1/2 fuel tank, returned it with same amount and they charged me for fuel anyways. Only used the truck for two hour and returned, if I had time to waste I would have kept it until the next day. Im sure they scammed somebody else with the same truck in a single day.The manager was rude and unprofessional, it upsets me that the Uhaul brand is associated with this store, I have only had good Uhaul experiences in the past.
