Horrible service, I had to call 5 times to get an appointment.. and then I told them I wanted at 1 they put me down for 12:30 got there and told me I was late I could not get my laser . Drove 1/2 hour for them to tell me that after they had called me and told me they were going to wait. And the laser they use is terrible, Im doing my arms and I had 6 treatments and see no different. Next time Ill know not to get it from here. I had used American laser and it was much better. You get what you paid for.

Jessica is partially correct. At Lasergenex, if you are half an hour late, we will reschedule your appointment because it is unfair to make the next person wait to be treated. :)
