Left my prior dermatologist because it takes a good 45 days to get a slot. This practice is incredible. Dr Matthew is in my opinion the best, listens to you, doesnt dismiss your concerns, goes the extra mile to explain and to recommend products that have worked for him. The offices are on the first floor which is convenient if youre running a bit late and the staff is friendly. The offices are clean and comfortable.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for about 10 years now and they are the best! This past month they added an esthetician to the team, her name is LINA and she is AMAZING!!! I started Laser Hair Removal in 3 areas and she took her time to explain everything, she told me exactly what to expect, and would warn me each time a particular area would hurt more than the rest. I can’t wait to get a facial with her. They have a entire menu of new services, the only down side is that when you call to make an appointment, you get the call center and then they have to email the office staff for appointments with Lina. I suggest you call the office line and leave a voicemail instead, they get back to you quickly that way. You will love Lina!!!

My experience at Advanced Dermatology Pembroke Pines, went very smoothly. I waited Les than 10 minutes from the time I walked in, to being led to a room. Dr. Gottlieb walked in less than 5 minutes later. He was very thorough and professional.

I visited the new esthetician there. She is gentle, explains the procedure and my results were immediate. I look 10 years younger and I already had good skin. My face feels so clean, sparkly and it is firm. She did not try to oversell the service but was able to examine me to determine what I needed to enhance my looks. I will return to her as needed!

I’m really happy with the doctor’s work on my surgery super nice, professional, friendly plus all staffs are great, the doctor was done with my surgery within 10 minutes !! What had happened was that I hit my leg at work about 5 months ago and a bump/knot grow on my leg so I waited 5 months to see if it would go away by its self and it didn’t, so I decided to make an appointment with advanced dermatology and cosmetic, and the doctor removed it fast n easy And explaining step by step The Best part of all, it was completely painless throughout the whole process! I would recommend this place 100%

Go somewhere else. When I went for my appointment I had to wait 1 hour to see the doctor. Could you imagine if I showed up an hour late? I would never get in. It is sad that a company has no problem wasting your time. Second they only have actual doctors there a few times a month so getting an appointment is practically impossible. The doctor I went to gave me a one a day prescription but explained that if I had a flare up to taken 8 times that amount. He said to call if that happens so I can get another prescription because my current dosage is for one a day and that is all insurance will cover. When I had a flare up I called and asked to clarify 8 a day for as long as the flare up is there or 8 a day just once. They said 8 a day for as long as the flare up is there and to just use the prescription I have. Realizing I am going to run out of this before I can get a new one I called back a week or more later and they told me that I was only supposed to take 8 a day once and that they couldnt write me another prescription. So two major problems here. 1. I could have poisoned myself because a nurse gave me the wrong instructions on taking the pill during a flare up. 2. I am going to be out of pills every single time I have a flare up if they wont give me more doses since I have to take 8 a day (even if it is just for one day). Luckily I have an appointment with a different doctor there in a week to hopefully talk to somebody other than a nurse and then I will move to a different practice.

Quick appointment, easy new patient intake system and quality staff.

Doctors are good but not the staff. Impossible to get in touch with the office via phone, you have to go in person everytime you have an issue with a prescription, which is quite often. They forget to send the prescription to the pharmacy or they submit the wrong paperwork. I had prescriptions issues twice, one telehealth issue once and wrong paperwork submitted to insurance once. All 4 times I had to go physically to the office because they would not respond messages. If you have the time to babysit, they are great.

Everything was fine till they never sent my prescription to the pharmacy. It’s been over a week of me trying to contact them multiple times a day and nothing ! They do not answer an of the lines I’ve called.

Dr was thorough and listened to my concerns, never condescended nor minimized my thoughts. Will return again

The visit was fine but it was a struggle for me to get my prescription, no one answer the phone and when they did they said that they will solve the problem and call me back, that was not the case, I had to go in person to get my prescription in order to start my treatment, which I was not able to start till a week after, which is when the office answer the many voicemails I left.

Friendly staff, temperature checks, mask mandates, and knowledgeable Doctors. Greatly helped with my Condition (Classified) Im sure they can help You too, and highly recommend a visit!

Be aware, they submit claims to your insurance individually instead of all within the same visit so you end up paying more out of pocket!

I was patient of this office from January 2021, I had appointment today, this morning (6’/9/2021) signed in to see Dermatology Dr,Jay Gottlieb, front desk told me, you have no appointment, it is for another day. I came home to look at the record, An called to set up another appointment but the secretary told me “ this office do not take my insurance any more “ right in the middle of treating they refused me.It is horrible and irresponsible way to treat patients like this.Thank you

First time in my life that took less than 10min.to see the Dr.after walked in Their facility.Any other places, they overschedule, patients keep waiting about 1 Hr.Other Drs Offices,after waiting at the front 45 mi, then the transfer you to a2nd.waiting room area,and they run a movie for you...by the time you see the Dr.and finlsh... IT IS ALMOST 5:00PM.The staff are very corteus and very professional.All other Drs. Offices should learn from Advanced Dermatology.Congratulations, to the staff.Magnificent way to take care of the patients.

My 11-year-old son had a huge wart on one of his toes. Wed been to another dermatologist several times and it hadnt gone away. I told Amy Greenberg that I wanted to be very aggressive in getting rid of the wart. She did a great job of explaining to my son what she was going to do and why. She made him feel comfortable (both physically and emotionally) and at ease and gave us good advice on how to care for the wart removal site once we got home. An absolutely superb experience.

The staff and Dr. Mark Kaufmann are great and welcoming. I have been two different dermatologist and Dr. Kaufmann is the best and will continue to see him.

I would like to reviewed how this office actually was but I never made it pasted the scheduling department. The saying first impressions are lasting impressions. The person whom i spoke passive aggressively said I was lying at-least four times. Extremely condescending an wouldn’t allow me schedule an appointment stating I there was a “profile” with a similar name as mine. After explaining I’ve never even been to a derm in my life he still did not understand that that persons “profile” an me are different people.

I had an appointment today with Dr. Amy Greenberg. She was amazing! Listened to everything I told her and took care of whatever issues. She explained everything so well. The nurse and the staff were so friendly, and the wait time was GREAT!

Scheduled an appointment for the treatment of ingrown nail online for Tuesday 6th October. Got confirmation from the clinic next day that my appointment is scheduled with Dr. Mark Kauffman. Visited clinic at the scheduled time and was taken to another doctor. Though doctor Jay was nice but couldn’t treat my ingrown nail and told me that they don’t do ingrown nails here. I was surprised as they had mentioned Ingrown nail under the services. Prescribed antibiotics which I didn’t need. Worst experience ever. Worst thing they removed Ingrown nail from the list of services. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

My wife and I have been patients for probably 7 or 8 years now. Maybe more. We return for all of our dermatology needs for one huge reason - i.e., we respect and value the service provided by Ashley Pardue-Gomez. I am 57 years old and have visited many dermatology practices. Without a doubt, Ashley is the most engaging, patient and empathetic doctor I have met. Sure, her bio states she is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. However, based on our experiences with Ashley, her knowledge and quality of service are superior to all the doctors we have encountered in this profession.

The doctor Mark Kaufman came across uninterested in my issue was non informative and not friendly at all, spent maybe 3 minutes with me a first time patient, I was actually asking a question as he walked out the door .. The staff was ok but when asked if anyone of the doctors specialized in rosacea they responded they all did yet they have no one that does laser treatmentVery disappointed

The last few times, though, I feel that I can only have them address one issue even though I have other concerns. I don’t feel like I should have to schedule multiple visits if I’m trying to have treatment for more than one problem.

Absolutely a waste of time. The doctor spent seconds looking at the issue and then within minutes of talking he said that he’s been with us for too long and must move on to the next patient. We waited longer in the waiting room than the time he spoke to us for. Unbelievable. Also said that he cannot tell us what the issue is and that we should go to two other doctors, mind you we paid $100 for the visit.

In spite of COVID, all went well, the scheduling, the wait, the session with the doctor, ....recommendations.
