I hope this post help to other customers to not use this company as Security Provider. The equipments they use are cheap and after few months start the problems. The alarm trigger for no reason, the server is a cheap brand that has no hacking security and the main panel always has problems with communications with the sensors or the app.Customer Service is very bad and do not have the personal to address service or system problems.After 4 moths trying to fix the system issue I decided to cancel the service and took me 1 month to get connected to the right customer service department to finalize my contract. Please be aware and stay away from Vivint.
