Geek Squad refused to fix my computer because it was considered custom built. So immediately I went around calling nearby places and came across PC reboot. They fixed my pc in about 30 mins whereas geek squad would have taken 4+ days. Super quick and responsive. Highly recommend.

I brought my computer in at 10:30 a.m. received a call at 11:30 a.m. informing me of the problem along with an estimate, and my computer was fixed by 3 p.m. The price was exactly the amount quoted in the estimate and Barrington is very friendly.

Barrington was so helpful from the first call until me leaving the shop. I was almost certain that my very old MacBook needed a battery replacement, so that’s what I asked for when I went in. He was professional, patient and honest in checking to first make sure my charger was working okay. That ended up being the issue, which saved me a lot of $. Highly recommend this shop- where they care about having integrity over just making money on random repairs.

I was having serious performance issues with my pc I brought it in and they were able to immediately tell what the issues was and they gave me a quote and also gave me a good price on cable management. The back glass of my Samsung watch was cracked so I took it to this place in the hopes that they could fix it. The two guys at the shop said they never worked on the watch before but theyre willing to give it a shot. So I found the part online brought in the watch and in two days it was fixed good as new. The guys are knowledgeable and quick.

These guys were amazing! I use Bootcamp to operate windows on my MacBook. I am a kitchen designer and use sophisticated design software and also keep my company’s Quickbooks records. I dicovered this place coming out of the beauty salon last week..it was the best discovery ever!....My husband tried (for weeks) to remove the multiple viruses we had on the computer but its not as easy as it seems. PC Reboot was able to remove ALL viruses within a few hours despite him telling me it might stay overnight and he charged me much less than i expected :) he was also very polite and professional. Barrington the owner, is a really nice guy and his services are very affordable. I work for a law office and he came in and cleaned all of our computers because they were running slowly and also installed a new computer for the attorney. He had some trouble connecting the new computer to the printer, but he didnt leave our office until he figured it out. Everything is working great and he is now our go-to computer guy. Im considering using him for my personal home computer as well.

I took my laptop in for a virus, which I was trying to remove myself at home but it wasnt working. A coworker of mine referred PC Reboot to me and I called the same day, took it in, and had it removed! I had my laptop back within a couple of hours and I couldnt be happier. Amazing service! Best computer repair shop Ive ever been to! I had an old macbook pro with a damaged motherboard that I never had time to fix until now. He was able to fix it quick and for a very fair price. My macbook pro is now running like new with all my files intact. The owner is very polite and easy to work with. Brought in my laptop that had a bad virus. Tech was very knowledgeable and friendly and was save all my data without having to wipe my computer and losing all my programs. Had my laptop back and running the very next day. Came back a few days later with my sons Xbox that had the red ring of death and was able to get it fixed too! Prices are very reasonable and would recommend highly!

The guy is nice, and the store is organized but my computer broke up again after I paid $60.

My Thinkpad had several issues, including rebooting itself every 10 minutes and beeping. I had no idea what to do. Within a few hours, Barrington diagnosed the problems and had it fixed within a few days. He explained everything very kindly and clearly. I highly recommend his services.

Worst place ever! Will never go again or recommend. Took my ipod to get a simple screen replacement it took 2 WEEKS to even get it back and when i did get it back the camera was not working which it was working perfectly fine before and to top it off not even 24 hours after the screen cracked because of the sloppy job he did the screen was not replaced properly and my ipod now has a broken camera. Paid for nothing pretty much. He did not honor the warranty either.
