I had the screen replaced on my iPhone. A few days later the bottom of the screen stopped working. I was unable to tap on anything on the bottom of the screen. Then a thin green light appeared down the entire right side of the screen. I’ve had my phone screen replaced here before and never had an issue before. You can tell that they have downgraded the quality of their parts. Going cheaper is not always best

Used my warranty to fix my Samsung note. They fixed it in one day and answered all my questions. Plus use actual Samsung parts. The before pic is below

I had a terrible experience in the past and I was a bit hesitant to come back. What a wonderful surprise to find out that they are under new management. Service was top notch! Chris was knowledgeable and respectful. I highly recommend this place! They fixed my son’s Razer laptop.

I have brought phones, tablets and a PC to this location to get various issues fixed and I have been very happy with their service. Most of the times they were able to fix the problem I had and they even gave a discount when I brought multiple tablets to be fixed at the same time.They were not able to fix the problem I had with my computer hard drive, but they have a very good policy of not charging for the diagnostic portion.

If you need a place that offers a great customer services. This is the right place. Cesar was very knowledgeable and great attitude titud to help the costumers. Not just me, but I saw how he helped the previous customer. I recommend this place.

The service here was wonderful! My charger broke into my tablet and I was nervous for days that I would not be able to retrieve the 1000+ notes I have on there. I walked in, Cesar and Cenniel worked quickly to fix the tablet, and I walked out within 15 minutes. They were both very kind and without any hesitation, very quick to help. It felt like I was going to a friend for help, not a franchise.

I have been to this location 6 times and every time I have received superior service. Even if they don’t have what I need in stock, they offer up solutions. They didn’t have a screen protector and they said if I bought one, I could bring it in for them to install it. That is unexpected customer service. I highly recommend them.

Ive just picked up my laptop that had a battery replaced today. Mat has been super nice and professional. All of the staff are very kind. I brought in the battery replacement myself, Mat told me hed call me when it was done. I dont even think 2 and a half hours had gone by when I got a call saying it was ready. They did a great job, replaced all the hardware (screws, etc) and left it looking good as new. I could not be happier. In these difficult times, with so many of us unemployed its really a surprise when someone isnt trying to rip you off. I appreciate them being fair with the pricing and honest about the time to fix.I will be recommending Mat to my family and friends. They also fix mobile phones. Really great to have a repair company like this in the neighborhood!

Update:Came once again and the folks here are ultra professional and do their best to get you what you need. I would recommend asking them about Asurion home+. It is a very good insurance plan for our technology driven lives! Once again, great location and great service.The associates at this store went above and beyond to help resolve my issue with my kids Playstation 4. Another place tried to charge me $230 for a repair telling me that the hard drive was damaged. I took it to UBREAKIFIX in Pines and they told me that it was an OS issue and diced it for much cheaper! The staff is definitely driven to get the best customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend their services.

My phone just completely went dead and couldn’t power on. It was an older iPhone and I needed it to work in order to get my data transferred to a new phone I had just purchased from AT&T. Thank God for UBREAKIFIX! Matt quickly gave me a DX and said my battery was completely gone and then checked to see if he had a battery in stock for my phone. Once again, God was good and my phone was fixed within an hour! Very grateful and thankful for UBREAKIFIX. My phone was not charging normally so I took it to ubreakifix in west pines. Ive been to other ubreakifix locations and the service has always been good and they were not the exception, they cleaned my charging port and in less than 5 minutes my phone was up and working again, Im really happy with their service.

This is the place to go if you have an issue with your electronics. My iPhone had a meltdown and I brought it to Matt for a diagnostic. He worked with it for about a week before concluding it was time for a replacement. So although my phone was broken for good, I very much appreciate Matt for working with it for so long and giving me some great and honest service! Hopefully I won’t need another round of phone diagnostics, but if I do, this is the only place I’ll go! Thanks Matt! ^^

Came in because my charging cable wasn’t staying in. I thought I was going to have to replace the charging port. I came in and they immediately took a look at it and cleaned out the port. Got it to work and told me I could replace the port down the road if I wanted. Refreshing to come to a place and have them genuinely take care of you and care. They took care of my issue and didn’t try to scam me or make me do something I didn’t need at that moment. Hard to find businesses that you feel comfortable going to and knowing they will take care of you. I will be back here every time I have any issues
