Had my iPad screen replaced. They gave me a price over the phone so I dropped it off on a Saturday. It was ready Monday afternoon. They called to let me know it was ready. Good service and polite. This was my first time using them. With a family of 5 we have phones and tablets needing service often so I will be going back again.

The technician was beyond courtesy and helpful when it came to fixing my broken laptop screen. He was straightforward and upfront when it came to informing me; Whether or not, he had the material (screen) on hand to fix my laptop or if he had to order it then offered me a realistic timeframe. But, thank God, he luckily had the screen in stock and was quick and speedy in repairing by replacing my broken laptop screen.

Poor quality LCD screen (Blacks show as dark brown) and was installed even worse with the lip of the screen lifted. Their after market screen cracked on me after one small drop. A small crack made my screen completely unusable. I shouldve gone to apple

The service was very good. Rafel (sorry if I missed spelled it) he was very helpful he let me know from the time I walked in what could be wrong with the phone and what he could and couldnt do. It was a total of 30 minutes or so for him to fix the phone I appreciate it.

Worst service ever. They fixed my iPhone in 2 days so I brought them my tablet which was also broken. Its been over two months!!!! They say theyll call or send email updates when its ready but never did. After 3 weeks, I called and they said oh yes, its ready! I went there (25 min drive), we test it and its not working... They say they have to order a new piece and that it will take 3 days... Almost a month after, I call since I never heard from them and they say the piece will be there next Monday then it will take 3 days. I called again last week, they say we are working on it, it will be ready by 5pm and will call you. A week after I call to confirm and the guy tells me hell work on it today... Really, werent you working on it last week. This is ridiculous and a complete waste of my time.

Thanks guys! I’m glad I’ve finally found a place who doesn’t over charge me, who doesn’t try to fix what’s not broke or push anything upon me I don’t want. Do not go to Dr fix a phone or bulbs plus, they will fix your products with faulty screens & push you to buy used batteries and other pieces for your phone that they say are bad & nothing is wrong with it until they change it. Went to Pines location. They have fixed my phone a few times before, but my most recent interactions with them, they replaced my cracked screen with a defective one that sometimes wouldn’t respond to touch, which sometimes made it impossible to answer phone calls. It would have been fine if the person who replaced my screen would have replaced it again, but he refused and kept telling me that it was a software/update problem. How could it be a software problem when it was working fine before he replaced the screen? Went back three separate times to get him to replace my screen and he refused all three times. Went to a different place and the technician replaced the screen immediately and I haven’t had the problem since. In total I spend $180. $110 for him to replace my screen the first time and another $70 for the other place to fix his mistake. Not a good experience.
