Took our RAV4 there and paid for the silver package ($25), and they did an incredible job. We have gotten 5 compliments from different friends/family on how clean the car is just in the past 3 days since getting it washed. Definitely recommend and definitely will be coming back!

I paid their highest package $35 and they did not even clean my windshield correctly. Poor quality and service for a high price charge.

Open at 8am but really is after employees wash their cars and chat. No sense of customer service.

I should have checked these reviews before I went. I actually had no problem with the staff, service, or final cleanliness of my car. Why Im giving 2 stars is whatever they used to clean the windows left a film that the morning dew clung to this morning, no matter how much I ran the wipers I couldnt see well. I made a turn east out of my neighborhood and the glare on the hazy windows was so bad I HIT THE MEDIAN IN THE ROAD AND ALMOST DAMAGED MY CAR. I had to pull over and completely dry the windows. Im going to get some proper window cleaner now because whatever they used is DANGEROUS.

Did an okay job but left some parts dirty and had to be reminded of others areas they didnt clean.

Honestly i expected more from the exterior carwash. I saw so many great reviews got the $20 package with the 4 dollar wax. And it looks like a 5 dollar car wash. Now the rims were as shiney as the first day i got them. But disappointed in the car wash no attention to detail. I took it home and saw so many areas that were barely washed let alone touched.

Worse carwash that Ive ever gone to, I should have checked these reviews before I went. $30 dollars for a rip off, they do the cleaning in such a hurry that at the end almost nothing is cleaned. And worse you got to pay before you receive the service.... Dont ever made the same mistake that I did by taking your car there

I took one of my cars yesterday and was not happy with the interior and some spots left uncleaned on the exterior. Today I took my wifes car and I explained my experience to the attendant. He said that the $16 wash did not include the interior defects I was complaining about. I went ahead and paid the $20 in order for these things to be covered. When they gave me my car back, I was beside myself. Carpets were left with sand and not vacuumed. Spots on the interior and exterior of car not cleaned. I took care of these things within 10min when I got home. I will never return to this place again.

They were giving back my truck still dirty. I had paid for the ultimate package which was $29.99. Dirt and black soot still left under the fender flares (had to rub my finger to show the manager since they didnt see it), the sides of the truck still left with dirt streaks, and under the door handles were still left dirty. First and last time I come here...

As I was waiting for my car inside the market, the car was done but no one from the car wash call me or let me know my car was done. My car was park on the side and an 18 wheeler truck parked behind my car and 3 other cars that were parked there by the same car wash people to suppply gas for the gas station.when I asked why no one called me, one man said to me, We dont have to call you, you have to wait for your car outside as he gave his back to me and walk away.on top of everything the car inside was a mess.Never coming back.

One would think that if you pay for the Super Interior package that everything inside the car would be cleaned, but not here. Unless you read the fine print of the cleaning package itself, youll be left with a car thats clean everywhere except the seats, or in my case, the seats will be dirtier.To make things even better, they consider cleaning the outside of the car to be spraying it with water and drying it. No effort is made to try and clean anything that requires them to scrub for more than 2 seconds. There were several spots on the vehicle where with just my fingernail I was able to remove left over dirt.When I attempted to resolve this with the manager, they only offered to clean the things theyd already cleaned, and refuse to do anything more unless I pay them another $50 to have them do the job I expected them to the first time.This place is a scam and should be shutdown.

This place is a mess. Worst service, staff not reliable and management is mediocre. For sure not recommended.

I would give ZERO stare if I could. Never again. I have used this car wash in the past because it is easy and convenient. But like all the reviews, they damaged my car. When I reported it, no one spoke english to speak with me. After walking around for 20 minutes I learned there was no manager. So I went inside and told them I am calling the police. All of a sudden three people spoke english, SURPRISE! After much arguing they refused to do anything. Not even attempt to buff the marks. I wasnt looking for anything more than to fix the spot where one of the hand dry clothes scratched my hood. I made a police report. In the end they know its not worth the effort for the consumer to pursue the damages. Shame on them for how they treated me.

This place is scam. Total top off ... Wash only had of my car for $21.Dont take your car. You will be disappointed.
