Got the 1-up wash just to see how well it did. Actually surprised it got the wheels good. But it left patches on the body untouched. Full size truck with large straight sides shouldnt be missed.

Not a wash for your Jeep. I was excited to have my wifes jeep cleaned at this wash as I have been happy with the results on my truck. After paying and being directed into the wash, we noticed the brush on the right side of the vehicle was not coming into contact. I pulled around and spoke to the employee after noticing there is still road grime all over the side and was advised that they dont turn the brush on for jeeps. OK, Thank you for this advice, but it would be great if I was told this before paying $20 for a soap rinse. A refund would have been in order but I was too frustrated to ask for one.Owner: I would suggest you advise your patrons that drive jeeps or any other vehicles you believe would be damaged in your wash that it is not advised for their vehicle prior to paying for something they will not receive. If you are aware of the outcome for these vehicles, advise your customers in advance.

Great experience. My car is shiny now. I love the fact that you can use the vacuum for an unlimited amount of time. The vacuum is high quality with great suction. I will definitely return.

I agree with the previous review. Poor value, simply expensive for the lack of customer orientation. The gentleman that cleaned the interior of my car was very nice and did a great job, but I had to pay extra over the $45 I had already paid to get this done (to clean the dashboard and cupholders in between front seats nor leather seats cleaning was not included) because what I paid for it was only the drive-through exterior car wash and $25 vacuuming…. Really? It’s a shame that my other car wash just down the road closed doors, because it was much better than this! Do not recommended and will not return to this car wash.

The store looks really cute so I decided to go there for a wash. When the car entered the tunnel, the steering wheel got pulled to the left, which is very weird, but I didn’t think too much of it. When the wash was done, my husband drove out, the tire alarm went on, and it turns out the valve stem on the left front tire was broken, which caused a flat tire. My husband tried to speak to the manager, but the manager refused to take any responsibility and was saying there was no way the car wash caused the broken stem! Now I can’t go to work because I need to get my tire fixed! This is a horrible experience, will never come back again 😡To add a follow up, it cost me over $200 to replace the broken valve stem

Be wary of the more expensive packages. They feel the same as the lesser packages. I saw nothing extra happen. The facilities are clean and the vacuums work, but there were no towels to wipe the spots the wash missed.

Eco is there to make a buck. They need to be customer service oriented. No, they need to be a lot more customer service oriented. Also, it isnt an easy in, easy out car wash. You shouldnt have to back up twice before leaving the property, but oh well. Theyre there for the buck. They have my credit card number so I will rethink it after the first 30 days.

I’m a current costumer of the is small business, love the fact that is eco friendly and even the water used is recycled and put to hot use again without waging anything. Love the vacuum and airgun. I feel like I’m doing a detailing myself. Staff is very nice and courteous. Will defiantly continue to come and also they have a very good $2.99 happy hour Monday- Thursday from 6PM-8PM. Insider secret. Have not experienced any car wash like this before and love their mission of keeping our planet safe & clean.

This car wash in West Pembroke Pines is very busy I bought a monthly pass for both my cars it’s kind of expensive less you go two times a week sometimes when you go through it does not dry your car completely you have to wipe it down the vacuum system at the place is excellent you can get a good vacuum they also have Compressed air would you blow all over and it can dry your car or blow all the dust

I agree with one of the reviews posted about the Manager. I went to the My Eco Wash after seeing 4.5 Google rating. I took the ultimate express car wash package which costed $18. I wanted to know how different it is than Wax & Shine Package. I asked one of the employee and he said we do bug spotting (sounds something like this...) as part of $18 package and took my inquiry to the manager. The Manager came out of the room and the very first statement he uttered is WE DONT WANT YOU HERE. I was like What??!. then he asked are you the same person who came yesterday. I was like Dude.. Im here for the very first time.. . Whatever he spoke after that, was all in an arrogant tone.. At the end of the conversation, he did not even care to apologize after a mistaken identity. he need to learn how to talk to a customer. I wont visit here again.There are umpteen car wash places around Miramar and this place is definitely not giving an exceptional service. if you have an option, choose other places where they are polite to the customers.

I took my three day old, brand new 2021 Audi A4 through this car wash for a basic wash. After I drove out of the wash, I started to notice scratches on my car that went through the black car paint. It has been 72 hours and I still have not received a follow up email or text like the company said they would send. I’ve been through this car wash plenty of times and had no issues; however, this last time I went will be the last time I go.

Great at washing but unless you get their highest package your car/truck will never be dry and you will have water drops all over which then you must put in effort to dry yourself after the carwash, not doing so will leave water marks all over.

I love this place. I am on the subscription plan and can get unlimited washes every month. Its fantastic and really saves time and money. The car comes out very clean. And detailing only costs an additional $15 if you dont want to do the work yourself. Spot on super efficient.

I went to Eco wash for the first time to get my car washed, paid and when I thought that my car would come out clean, it was not clean at all and the blower did not remove the water from the car, I went back to report this situation and the manager said that I needed to pay for another car wash to get it clean and recommended me to upgrade to a higher price wash, so I did, and the car came out same way, dirty and wet . I would never go back again to this place . I do not recommend it at all, if you want your car clean, this is not the place to go . The biggest problem with this place is the manager, he is a shark for money and he does not care for doing things right and seeing that if something was not done for what you paid for, take care of it . He does not do that . The other employees and very nice and they try to cover all the bad attention the manager does but makes it hard when he gets involve . DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH, PLEASE AVOID IT AT ALL COST, BECAUSE YOU WILL WAIST YOUR MONEY .

On 01/22/21 for the first and last time we washed our SUV on this not “state of art” car wash and the machine damaged the front grill of out car. Eco Wash Usa filled a report at the moment and mentioned they will call us once their insurance approved the repair. After wait patiently and call a few times the place, today, 02/17/21, almost a month later we received an email saying they will not pay for the repair and probably my card already had the damage. What a terrible customer service. AND YES THE MACHINE CAN DAMAGED CARS, I just read a few reviews saying the machine damage other cars.DON’T USE THIS CAR CASH, the machine can damage your car and they will not be responsible for any damages.

It literally has everything you need, no seriously it does, it even have a clean towel to use for your car and a pump for your tires thats after you get a car wash.

I normally went to a different car wash place but recently I moved to Pines and found this place. I little hidden and I found it looking for something different. I like the variety of services and the at the vacuum area the air to blow off the extra water is a great touch.

Great experience. Staff is helpful, they clean the bird poop of my car with a pressure washer and also the sprinkler rush I had in my bumper with a brush before going into the car wash. The car looked like it was hand washed but it only took 1 minute to get in and out

I got the monthly plan. Its excellent! I go daily or every other day.

While a full service car wash, the way in which the applications are applied when going thru the wash, are spaced very short. Once you exit the wash, it is a sharp right turn that no car can manage in one fell swoop without backing up first as the turn doesnt allow for such. The vacuums were great though.**Edit to aboveI should also mention that when I was there, there were NO towels available (at least not stocked) at any of the detail areas though there were signs on each station that there were free towels for use. As it was my first trip there, I bought the top package which should have included a tire shine. Tires lacked any resemblance of a shine. If I go back, I will include pictures of the process.

Car wash is quick but if you have a large SUV like my Yukon its a headache. The engineer that thought of this did not take into consideration large truck or SUV they thought that only small cars were going in. Every time I pass the main entrance to turn into the car wash, i have to back up and then straighten out just to get in. The wash itself its very fast one car after another back to back its all abut the speed not the quality of wash so if your looking to get everything cleaned dont count on it the ones in the gas stations do a better job. The ending they drizzle you car with water then add bubbles and then it starts to blow air right away while its still soapy. It needs to have a 2nd dose of water go over the entire car. They give you rags to dry your car but the point is not to have any soap or else your smearing the soap all over the car. Then at the exit they have the first station with the vacuums with a cone so no one can park there because its too close to the curb you always have to back up and turn twice just to get out. Bit of a mission will be canceling my monthly membership after this month.

Clean, well working machines and excellent customer service. Lazaro cleaned the interior of my car and was extremely thorough and attentive to detail. Attendance upon entering the car wash were great and explained all of my options very well. Office staff also helpful and courteous. Waiting room is super comfortable and extra clean. Will definitely purchase membership and continue washing my car here.

Don’t go to this carwash! 2 weeks ago We took our car for our routine wash. The final cloth machine at the end of the wash that dries the car, slammed into the front of our car causing it to rip off our grill and scratch the paint off our hood. We filed a police report. Fast forward two weeks: I get an email today from the owner stating that they won’t be paying for the damages because maybe my grill had something protruding that hooked the cloth. 😡 The incident is on surveillance video showing my vehicle went in in perfect condition (nothing protruding) and got out damaged with the grill left behind on the ground. This is unfair and it is no way to do business! If this happens to you there, they won’t be taking any responsibility. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and more.

Had to run my Jeep twice the first time to get the car clean. Second visit bought the $12.99 wash and much better. Love the free vacuum and air gun. Clean facility and nice staff.

The car wash ripped my rear wiper arm off. No apology, no refund (initially), certainly no fixing it. Just a manager/owner who threw his hands up, said “we’re not responsible” and turned his back on me and walked away. Horrible customer care. I didn’t really think they’d pay for it but the “zero cares given” attitude plus the waaaay overpriced washes means I won’t be returning.They eventually refunded the wash but only after my asking them several times.

Best car wash I’ve been to in a while. The vacuum works great and they even have a machine that cleans your rugs. Employees are also willing to lend you a hand if you need help. Lightning is great, which makes it perfect for cleaning your car at night to avoid water marks. Overall, this is definitively going to become my spot.

This place opened in the neighborhood and I ended up getting the Monthly managers special for 40 and really think it is worth the value. It is unlimited use and I have gone in once or twice a week depending how dirty my car gets. There is pressured air, vacuums, floor mat greater and floor mat washer. It can get busy on the weekends, but there is usually someone friendly there to help with getting the line moving. They keep the trash cans clear and the place is very well maintained. Just watch out for the big dip where the drain is when your leaving.

I come at least once every 3 weeks. Always a great experience here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Always someone to help with the car wash select screen. And you get what you pay for. This car wash system really gets in there. Thank you everyone!

First time using an automatic car wash and decided to try them out since they just opened in the area. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Pricing was reasonable. It cleans well but not as good as a hand wash of course. There was still water around the car when I came out. The plus side is they provide towels in case you want to hand dry those areas. Overall, it was a great first experience!

It missed a couple of areas, didnt dry some areas but other than that is why I rated it three. If your not into detail then its just ok.

Ive been looking for a car wah like this for a really long time. I usually have to go into the machine twice and sometimes it becomes a disaster having to deal with the mangers but not here. I bought a car that was just extremely dirty and took it here for a wash and vacuum. I was surprised It was a great way to clean your car its very detailed wash. The vacuums I give them 100 stars! I highly recommend them on the wash but it is a little expensive.

This is the best car wash that Ive ever been in my life. I had to pleasuree to meet Andy and his son yesterday and they truly care and love the business. Dillon was very helpful with the details of the wash. Towels, pressure wash of rubber mats, high air pressure hose, etc(they also have a carpet mat cleaning machine). Did a Good job washing my car and my husbands Dodge Ram Diesel 2500 fit no problem. We bought the family plan, its a great deal considering the prices at Miramar Mobile gas station went up significantly.

They were so helpful and nice. My husbands truck was gross and they made sure it was nice and clean before I left since I was having to use it for the day. Will definitely be returning with my minivan. Thank you again.

State of the art equipment, but the monthly plans are ridiculously expensive especially for Family. I would not be touting the word “unlimited” when you limit to one a day, that’s roughly 30 per month, false advertising. I would take a look at the local competitors, you can get 2 washes per day and there’s no restriction on the cars which is a lot more reasonable for a family. Heck even with the one per day limit if you removed the one car requirement you would at least not penalize families with a $50+ plan .. I would be willing to pay a little more than the competition but not $30 more

If I had to describe my first experience at My Eco Wash in one word, it would be “fenomenal.” For me, getting a car wash is a chore that, quite frankly, ranks low on my list of priorities and my car ends up paying the price. So, for me, a car wash needs to be quick, easy, and convenient. Needless to say, My Eco Wash nails each of these.However, what stands out to me the post is the fact that this a true family run business. Upon arrival, the owner’s wife greeted me with a warm smile and directed me towards the terminals where the owner and his son were waiting to give a helping hand and personally great each customer.I highly recommend this car wash to anyone who lives nearby or is just in the area!!

Im not a fan of the actual car wash. Ive gotten better washes a a gas station. The interior cleaning startion on the other hand is heavenly. I throughly clean every aspect of my interior plus keep my tir air on par.
