I have taken my car to local car washes and after seen how these guys take care of your car, I will never take my car to anyone else. I was thinking it would be just another wash but noticed small details that I have not seen from others. You guys just won a customer and will recommend to all my family and friends.

Stay away. They do a horrible job and charge you more than quoted. I litterarily spent 15 to 20 min cleaning the car in front of them. None of my callipers were even touched, boot marks and dirt all over the front mat. Worst car wash experience ever

Jordan has a very unprofessional staff that has no experience with a clay bar.. as his staff indicated “they wet sanded without know how to respray clear” and now they deny any wrong doing . Would not trust them at all!!

I had been to this place before and had a great experience. Sylvester did such a great job on my car. I went today and they have a new management. I only wanted a car detail which it should have been $20. As soon as the new guy saw me, he said I needed a wax and I said I only wanted a car detailed. Because my car had some stains from a tree he wanted to charge me $40. I came home and I washed it and it was sparkling. I’m a 57 year old lady. He just wanted to take advantage of me.

They tried to sell me a $120 indoor detailing for my 6 month old car. They do no do a good job, it seems mediocre and they charged me what they have listed for a large suv for a mini van.Worst of all, the scratched the display! The used a rag that had something abrasive and now my touchscreen is completely scratched. Of course nothing can be done but I really wouldn’t take my car and spend my money there.

They turned me down after I called ahead, and someone informed me that they were going to wash my car. It was closed to 5 PM, but it seems they didn’t want to do the job because I only wanted the regular car wash, not the $130 something service they were trying to sell.Again, someone told me to go there over the phone, and then they didn’t want to do my car.

This place did a great job. Told me 90 minutes but was 60 minutes. Attention to detail and hard workers. Highly recommend. Decent prices and will be returning.

DO NOT use this service! Very rude people and did not finish the service on my car!! They left the interior completely dirty and the man was SUPER rude when I told it wasn’t clean inside and started screaming with me. I will never come back.No usen ese car wash! El servicio es HORRIBLE y las personas súper groseras! Yo les dije que había quedado sucio adentro y el señor súper grosero empezó a gritarme!

This place only cares about money. They ripped off the sunroof fabric while my car was in their hands and tried to cover it up by tucking it back into place instead of manning up and simply tell me what had happened. Im sure I wouldve been ok but the fact they didnt say anything to me was effed up. Anyway i got several quotes from companies that specialize in this and went back to speak with owner asking him if they would at least help or pay bill in full. They said NO. Now i have to cuff up $350 from my own pocket to fix what Mr Pro Wash guys did to my BMW X5.

They tried to charge $80 for wash and wax only, but I said that was expensive so they washed only and “cleaned the inside”. After the wash there were water spots on the outside of the car and it was still dirty enough to visibly write my name in the dust in the sides and back of the car. The inside was vacuumed but door handles untouched and still had debris even though i cleaned them out beforehand so that they could be easily wiped down.

I take my Jeep to get cleaned here and these guys are the best! Matthew did a amazing job on my car

Great service. The car looked awesome after the detailing. The guys here are very attentive and work fast. Nice cuban coffee shop near by for those who want to wait in the shade. I enjoyed a cooler weather on the chairs outside the car wash. Will be coming back for sure.

Please do not use this car wash!I received my car and was still super dirty inside, when I complained they didnt want to finish it.They were rude, unresponsive, and with a lack of attention to detail.

My first time having my car washed at Mr. Pro and they accommodated me although they were closing and I was the last car to arrive. The young man that washed my car was very professional and didnt rush the job although they were closing. Thank you for such a great customer service experience!
