I went for a wax due to bug stains, yet the car was returned to me as if it was a regular wash with all the bug stains still on the paint. They told me that the stains cannot be removed. When I insisted to have the service done properly and had them try again, the stains came off.Complete nonchalance!I had stopped going there and they confirmed that I should have never went back.

Second attempt of going to this place for a car wash. There was no one to explain to me how to order for a car wash. I went inside the business to order a car wash and no one was there. So I went on the counter on the outside where everyone was standing around staring clients and workers with no one to assist me. Just ignored me as I stood waiting because I didnt know we had to shout out wanted a car wash to the workers....Very distasteful and unprofessional. Although I live nearby, I will not try a third time to get my car washed at this place.

Someone took my car keys, and I cannot go home, bad services . I have been waiting for over 30 mins. Paid for my car to be waxed and The new employee didn’t do anything. I will never come back to this place again.

I used this company about 2 years ago. It came up recently in conversation with a friend. I explained how unprofessional they were and how they even hung up on me when I called them on the phone about a complaint. Based on the complaints Ive read nothing hasnt changed. Im surprised theyre open. They draw people in with the Groupon. During the first wash, you get decent customer service. With the following washes the attitude is like: Im doing you a favor with so many car washes at a cheap price so take what you get.

I do not like this place. They have this promo that states buy 4 washes and get 1 free; we’ve been there PLENTY of times with a fleet of 5 cars and have yet to get our free car wash. Not only that we always get the same price every time we come, now they want to increase on us after giving them so much business.

Great customer service, the employees took pride in ensuring my car was spotless! Price was also very reasonable.

This place is just a regular car wash. They know absolutely nothing about detailing and on top of that guy whom I guess he is the owner is very disrespectful. I went there last Monday to enquire about getting a full detail on my car (I had just bought the car used and it needed a thorough cleaning) I spoke with the owner and he told me it would cost $85 to get the job done. I agreed and he told me to drop it off the next morning. I dropped the car off at 9am Tuesday morning for them to do the job then went about my business, I came back at 2pm and my car was still parked at the same spot, untouched I asked the guy when will my car be ready he said come back at 4:30. When I came back I saw they were finishing up, when they were finally finished I realized I got a mediocre car wash and they just vacuumed the inside. The rims still had dirt caked on and the trunk was still dirty. I complained about it the owner told me to come back and theyll go over it I told him Ill come back Friday. I got there at 12pm Friday he told me not to wait for the car because they are busy and its going to be awhile, I told him I can wait because I dont have another ride to pick me up. I waited 5 hours before he even touched my car. I watched other vehicles that came after me get washed before mine. Finally he did the inside and it looked better than before. He didnt washed the outside because rain came. He told me to come back Saturday or Sunday to have the outside washed I came back on Sunday and after waiting another 1 1/2 hrs I saw 2 other vehicles were put in front of mine. I went to find out when they were going to wash mine only to be told that Im getting a complimentary wash and that they are busy and its Easter and they are trying to make money. I just walked away and left. This boss guy made it seem as if I didnt pay him my $85 for a full detail service. It wasnt my fault why they did a mediocre job in the first place. I will never go back there, and I dont encourage anyone to even waste time going there!

Terrible. I waited two hours and ended up leaving. I was told my car would be quickly washed and that I could sit and wait. But, two hours later I get up from sitting and watching cars come in and leave that came after mine and nothing had been done to my car. I also asked several times when my car would be getting washed and I was ignored or told soon. I eventually went up to the owner told him that it had been two hours I was told my car would be done soon several times and still hadn’t been touched and he looked me up and down walked over grabbed my keys and handed them to me without a word.

Great job! Me and my daughter were very impressed. Good eye for detail! They have a nice air conditioned office with comfy couches and vending machines while you wait. Even helped me put a car seat back in the car when I was done. Would recommend to friends and family

Workers do a great job washing and detailing...management has a bit more to reach for. Got a Groupon for 6 washes. Got to use 2 and months later still having problems gettin the other 4 done. When I go there is always a problem with the machine that has my information in it to get the car washed. Told me that the refund would have to come for Groupon and that there wasnt anything they could do. Terrible customer service if you ask me

They charged me $ 35 and the car was super badly washed, super badly vacuumed. They didnt vacuum my suitcase. I feel ripped off

Plus last time I was there guy with dreads ignored me told me they were too busy and to come back tomorrow. It was 4pm on Monday. Unacceptable. How bout I come back never! The whole process took about three hours and the car looks amazing. My guy drives A LOT so this vehicle had a lot of road muck on the bumper and underbelly. Not anymore! Carpets are clean, mats are spotless, seats are much better... overall very happy with the result.

The car wash is $15 and they charged me $10 extra because of it was “real dirty” when all they had to do was vacuum a little bit more than usual. Then my windshield wiper was broken cause of them and made me wait 4 hours for the car to be washed after they said it will be ready in one hour. DO NOT GO HERE TERRIBLE PLACE.

Simply the best in Broward! I have the biggest smile on my face after seeing the hood and bumper of my car all buffed out. Its amazing what they can do these days. Id recommend getting here when they open if you dont want a long wait. If you are in a hurry, dont come here. They pay attention to detail and get it done right.

Made my truck look brand new! He took his time and answered all the questions I had too. Overall, cool dude and knows a lot about cars. He even recommend me what products to buy to keep my truck looking like new. Will call him again for my next detail/wash. Happy to support entrepreneurs like him that go above and beyond.

Buyer beware!!! Especially for people who buys the package car wash deals here .The owner of this place is not really the problem. The owner is a decent honest person. He is usually busy dealing with customers inside the office in the plaza (a few units down.). The worker at the outside stand is the problem. Trying to run a side hustle to get your cash before the owner comes back out to check on them and will tell you he is not around or he is gone and he is in charge for now. So they can tell the owner it was a big tip from the customer . That is all . Will try to ignore you or does not want to wahs your car properly if you do not pay the guy outside cash so he pocket the extras .He is walking around even if the office is locked . Big heavy set dude . If you are not paying him cash right away . He will send you to the office after he gets another customer car in who will pay cash right away. The car wash is usually just like any other place as in quality of wash and cleaning.

I brought this coupon from group on and i tried to go 2 times already but no success, they closed the office before business hours, even they told me they will be open up to 6 but they were closed already at 5:00 pm on Monday they always make excuses not to get this deal and charge customer on cash. this is very unprofessional dont buy this deal.

The owner is, very stand-offish. Always seem angry, and has an attitude. Every time I go there it’s an issue. I wouldn’t be going back there. Don’t go there if you want to be respected

Best Car Wash and Detailing you will find. Can’t beat the price and they truly take care of your car. Usually a quick service but if you have to wait, they have an AC waiting lounge so you don’t have to wait in the hot sun. I will always come back to this car wash. Owner and workers are awesome!

First of all, I reached this location at 1PM today. IT IS NOW AFTER 5PM. The manager and owner hires individuals who do not speak English, and have high expectations of their customers having a good experience. He expects the non English speakers to talk to the customers. They cannot comprehend dissatisfaction. They cannot comprehend when there is an issue with the service they provided and the car. They do not know how to handle customer service. Yet the manager and owner believe it is best for their company and best for the customers to interact with individuals who barely speak English. They do not know how to handle a disgruntled customer, which is part of being a business owner. The workers did not know how to discuss the issue or concern with me. They just stare at you. The manager should never place a customer in an uncomfortable position like that. There is absolutely no way for me to know OFF RIP, you do not speak English. The manager and owner think its acceptable to have the workers act like they speak fluent English. The owner and manager have no respect for the customer. Once they cant see why you are upset their lack of great service, they provide zero acceptable customer service. None. I did not have to get my car washed at this location and I will never use this location. The service is TERRIBLE. And the customer service is JUVENILE. For you to go back and forth with a customer after you had me speaking to people that dont understand anything? Havent seen no manger in sight for hours and out of no where here u, the manager!, come being RUDE? I CHOOSE TO BELIEVE HE WAS BEING SEXIST. He did not want to hear a word from my mouth, but yet he knew the issue already. But would not let me speak about my car until almost FORCED. You knew he spoke no English when you hired him. It is your job to ensure the environment is safe for employees and customer. Every person washing a vehicle said it is not my responsibility and walked away, when I asked why has my car sitting for 1 hour unattended while people who came AFTER ME ARE FINISHED? No one identified as a manager until the boys looked like they were struggling with comprehension. I WAS UPSET. NO ONE IN SIGHT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BUSINESS UNTIL IT WAS TOO LATE. It is way to much for a customer to experience just to have a washed car. I paid for a detail. You owe me good service, a good wash and respect. Thats all I ask for at a place of business I dont want to be liked and I sure do not care to be liked. But u will not disrespect me. Just give me the service I paid for. PERIOD.

Leaving one star because I cant leave zero. Dropped the car off at 1PM. Told it would be ready at 4. Nope, come back at 7PM..... Couldnt find the owner/manager....waited 15 minutes for someone to find him in another store. I told him I didnt want the perfume (I have asthma) and he never told the cleaner. Told him I didnt want the tire shine... he never told the cleaner...Charged me $95 for the full service, didnt clean the engine or wax the paint. Ive used them a few times in the past... never again. Im done.

Two stars for the water...I think management needs to close the shop for at least 3 hours and have a meeting with the employees. Their focuses should be customer service and teamwork, with an emphasis on customer service. If they do that, the business will thrive. With that being said, I have to spend my money elsewhere, even if it means spending more.One more thing. It smelled like some sharted in the vehicle. This was after the cleaning.

The staff are nice and the hand wash they do is pretty decent for the price you pay, especially if you have a Groupon deal. While I was satisfied with how my car was washed, I had arrived around 8:15 in the morning which is when they should have been opened already according to their website. The staff did not show up until closer to 8:45 AM. Reading from some of the other reviews, it seems as though others have had this happen to them as well.

The reviews are good, but theyre super slow. I went in the nail shop next door for about 2 hours to kill time. They thought I left and put about 5 cars in front of me cause they didnt see me. I left with a half washed car, inside not done etc. And on top of it the manager sat there speechless. I wont be going back.

Gave one star because of my first visit, not totally satisfied but tolerable, my second visit Horrible, owner was late to open, as was our first visit, and we couldnt get our vehicles taken care of until the office opened. We had purchased Groupon. Worker was awful ☹️ poor job washing, and got upset when I pointed that out, another worker had to finish my car, and this was after 3+hrs. That was our last visit even tho I had one more I decided it was less stressful to lose that money. Wouldnt recommend!!!!!! Lot of other great car wash including doing it yourself.😎

Worst experience, took my Girlfriend and my car there to be washed. Came in, Lady attendant tells me to pull over to the side(I was getting my car wash and carpets shampoo’d) my girlfriend’s car they moved directly under the tent (she was just getting a wash) 3 different cars pulled up after us and was seen before my car and during this time they STARTED on my Girlfriend’s car. An hour later they still haven’t touched my car my Girlfriend car is now finished (7/10 job). I asked the attendant when will they start my car... she then asks my to point out my car (which I did) her response was: “Oh I’m so sorry I didn’t see your car there) WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE save your time & money and visit any of the other car wash’s on Pembroke.

Manager has lots of issues with groupon customers, especially those who repurchase after 120 days as printed. He is losing money, he then becomes annoyed, behaving in unprofessional manner,etc. I then paid over $17 for my car wash. The inside was not cleaned and person cleaning said he sucked up all my change on side door in vacuum cleaner..Bad customer service!

The Groupon is a scam either the machine is down or you cant use it after a certain amount of time of time and cant purchase another till after 30 days. Scam. The employees work hard. I paid cash and tip even though I had already purchased a Groupon I couldnt use . Do not shop here. The owner is very rude. I dont even think he pay the employees because they young man thanked me so genuinely. He said this means more than youll ever know I asked why... He said I sometimes dont get paid for doing these cars so he depends on the tips thats sad I gave him a $10 dollar tip. Man I wish I could have done more. To all that had positive reviews for this car wash Im happy you got what you paid for.Ive been coming here a while, yes I get a half decent job if I catch a good car wash men, however they move from spot to spot so its hit or miss.i was. coming here because I leave close by so its just was convenient. Nothing worth buying a groupon or driving 20 to 30 minutes to.They used to be half decent and now they have a office its worst. Im good after today I went running back to my Mobile detailer, yes he charge 25.00 but Im satisfied I dont have to go over his work.

This is by far my worst experience from any service provider I have employed. I was amazed at the lack of common courtesy and regard displayed by the person identified as the boss. Even though I had previously confirmed an appointment was not necessary to use his facility with a Groupon, he was all too happy to tell me he is not accepting anymore Groupons for the rest of the day. This was at midday. I had to pay $20.00 to get my car washed. He even tried to charge me extra for VIP service. Of course, I declined. The worst thing is, the car was not washed/detailed properly. I didnt even bother to complain. I just took my keys and left. I will definitely not return to this carwash. Groupon members and prospective clients alike, beware.

This car washs employees will steal every and anything you have in your car. The chico dude with the braids (sometimes wears a ponytail) will RIP you off of everything. the saddest part is the owner covers for the employees. they also have a drug thing going on at this carwash, they all are either dealing or smoking weed. Totally ridiculous
