Exterior wash is pretty good AND expect to pay a lil more for some detailing/vacuuming inside & out. Just a lil more (about $25 for a sedan). Liked wash, was surprised to find it was now$5 for basic wash, not great air dry, No towel dry and free car vacuums need to be cleaned so they can Suck vacuum better. All in all was good!

This place all of a sudden closed with no notice to their customers. Yet they still charge me for the monthly car washing club. The phone number on the Google isnt correct it just hang up immediately.

Im really impressed regarding the service I had here- I went because I was in the area and saw that they had a great promotion. If you get your oil changed, they will give you a free basic wash. I waited a bit (roughly 45 minutes) but discovered that not only did they wash my car, but they wiped down every surface and vacuumed. The level of care they provided wasnt necessary, but it was amazing.On a side note- Ive had other car places try to scam me (mainly due to my gender and unfamiliarity with cars), but Pines Express Car Wash didnt do any of that. Everyone was super friendly and respectful. Ill definitely be going back!

Good: The machine does a good wash for the money.The people are friendly.Bad: The facility is kept filthy. I live in this neighborhood and don’t need filthy kept business here. Take it to where you live. A new car wash is coming soon and hopefully it will be kept clean. Even the car wash bay has lots of trash.Employees are needed when the cars comes out the wash to help dry the cars. Just my opinions to turn the wash into a very good one instead of just good.Employees are on their cell phone when guiding cars into the bay. An accident waiting to happen. Very poor or no effective management training.The floor can be slippery when walking in for rags to dry your car, (huge liberality issue for the business) and it is extremely dirty. Sure, you track all that grime into your car and home. Please pressure wash the floor sometimes. Or at least hose it down.This is a place where people go the keep their cars clean. How ironic, the place is very dirty. Is this an indication how well they will clean your car.I have been going to this place since it was opened so it is not a one time slip upI will file a compliant with the city for business to keep my neighborhood clean. Dude for $5 dollars you really can’t expect to get a really good wash but man when I tell you this was some next level stuff going through this wash. It’s quick and cheap. Two guys clean up a little in the beginning on those hard to reach corners which is brilliant and my guys let me tell you. This is a wash that’s basically gifted to you for $5. Great experience

First time here. No one helps you when you drive up. When we came on a Sunday morning, the workers were eating pizza and listening to Bob Marley. We yelled and yelled for attention- no one came. We had to use the machine to order, but still had questions. Luckily, the guy scrubbing the wheels answered all our questions and got a receipt for us. All in all, the car wash was good. We got the managers special with bug removal and it did what it was supposed to do. I’ll return for a second chance.

I paid $30 for the managers special so that it would include the interior cleaning. Well the two people that cleaned the inside did not clean the cup holders in between the seats or do a one over around the car. There was soap left on the rear and drivers side. I am very disappointed and will not return.Dont waste your money here, its not worth it..

I ended up in this section when I was looking up the car wash to see if it was OPEN today, the LABOR DAY,I called the number and there was NO answer and NO recorded message. So I assume it is CLOSED TODAY. I saw some good and bad reviews and thought I should weigh in my two cents.I am a very happy customer for this car wash establishment. My family (3) and I, with 5 cars frequent very often. First we used to pay $5 per wash and now with $25 per month is an awesome deal. We have renewed it for many months. Also, my daughter when she was here for summer from UF, she used it very often as well. We are very happy with the service. We never gave car for personal vacuum or wash, but, we did it ourselves.All the interactions we had with employees are positive. I come during weekends, Monday Morning, Weekdays odd times and I have nothing but good to say about employees. Very friendly and courteous.Only thing is: Some vacuums have NO great suction. The ones in the shade. The ones on the right as you come off the wash are great but NO shade, so it is hard to stand in the sun and soak. But, all positive experience. Buy yourself a $25 card and do it yourself. I go with my wife with 2 cars as we are allowed 2 washes per day. We do it ourselves and feel good about it.Again, cleanliness is next to godliness.

The least expensive car wash they have is 5 bucks. I got the $10 car wash and the young man said for $10 more I could get the employees to clean the inside. If you dont want to do that, You get free vacuums after the wash and I could really get a deep clean and take my time. (10 min. Limit on the vacuum on busy days)

I didnt have a great experience paid 20 for a wash. They rush on the inside only took them 10 minutes to clean it out. They didnt clean up under my seats nor was my windows clean. I had to bring the guy back to see. Best thing about going into the hood & get a car wash you pay 20, but its hand wash and cleaned well. Also if you dont have a BMW or Mercedes-Benz they will not do a good job.

Horrible! Car came out with the back covered in soap! They just hosed it down again, so it was not dried & had streaks when I left. Car was still dirty. The vacuums are shut off way before 6 p.m., so I was not even able to vacuum the dirty car. Horrible service! The manager on duty just shrugged his shoulders & said we close at 6. So theyre able to take your money WAY BEFORE 6, but shut down everything because they want to leave at 6 on the dot. After having to repeatedly explain how dissatisfied I was to him, hes like, what, you want your money back? Took a $20 from his pocket & snatched the receipt from my hand. Beyond ridiculous! Never coming again. Another truck that came out after me had his entire truck bed full of soap as well & had to ask for towels. How you stay open while producing such horrible service & products is beyond me. This event happened today, June 3, 2019.

Spoke with the manager who should have at least offered to rerun the car thru the machine and didnt even get that courtesy. Save your money and wash it yourself or go to Hialeah and get proper service for the same price that includes drying, vacuuming and a smile. Will not be returning here...garbage.

I was on my way to Valvoline Instant Oil Change when I saw the free car wash with oil change banner and decided to check it out. Right from the start, the staff was attentive, friendly and fast, especially Ernie the GM. They didnt try to up-sell me with a ton of other stuff like most places do. If youre looking for a fast un-out-place that means what they advertise than this is the place for you. Thanks again Ernie and staff!

Its basically a regular drive through car wash. My car didnt get thoroughly cleaned. You have to vacuum yourself (free) and bring your own drying rags.

Hi Have been using this car wash ever since it has been open. Since this new change of service I like and appreciate the new way it is being run, I purchased the $25 a month for up to 2 cars a day, I use this service as much as possible and feel that I get my moneys worth and then sum.The staff that I always encounter have alway been great.After reading what some people wrote I had to write this.This wash is better than any gas station wash around.Thank you and keep up the good Work.

This doesnt even deserve a Star.This was the WORST WORST WORST place I could have chosen. I paid $20 for a full basic service all they did was put my car through a 2 min. Car wash machine (which you could probably get for $5 at a regular gas station) and then they offer a basic free vacuum which the people could do or you could do for yourself. I was so upset when I saw that my car didnt really look much cleaner after the machine that I did it myself.I should have taken my $20 and gone to pines and Dykes by the Costco and for the same price they hand wash it.

I paid $30 for this crappy car wash! They left the whole front dirty. My car is white and you can see the black dried dirt. When I went inside my car they didnt clean my rear biew mirror, they didnt clean my cup holders and there was dust visible. SMH go somewhere else! Estafadores!

Dont bother with this place. I went there and purchased the managers special, the car still came out dirty in spots and was dripping, droplets all over. On top of that, they spray a tire shine solution that gets all over the side of your car which collects dirt, and less then 24 hrs later youll need another wash to get it off. What a complete waste of money.

They scratched my rim in multiple places. The attendant was unable to guide my wheel onto to Rail to get into the machine and then throughout the wash it got scratched more. They made every excuse in the book when I spoke to them about it. They wouldn’t give me the owners phone number and told me it was my fault and that I should take it to court with them. Never going there ever again and I may actually pursue a suit.

Prices are outrageous and they do not vac at all for you. Wash did a good job cleaning the car, except for rear area of my small suv.

Sadly disappointed. $180 for a full detail and my car seats were dripping wet when they returned my car to me. My car windows teemed with precipitation ON THE INSIDE of the car in the morning after, which left a funny white residue on the inside of the rubber liners around my windows. Also, my front window has streaks all in the inside, constantly visible as I drive. My floors mats were completely soaked as well, so I have to hang them at home. My cup holders were still messy and unclean.Dont get me wrong, my car is mostly clean and I love it. But it is definitely NOT detailed. It kind of seems like they just rubbed a wet and dirty rag all over the inside of the car. Theres no care for details. I really wanted to like this place. Its sad, really.Not worth the $180. Going elsewhere.

Got stuck inside their old drive thru carwash for 10 mins because the belt or roller went out with soap sitting on my car. Had to manually drive my car from under the washer. The manager didnt even come to apologize for any inconvenience after spending 30 mins there. But sent a worker to offer me a $6 refund. They couldve at least offered a full wash or something for next visit or vacuumed my car for me (Which I had to do myself, even after no car wash) And apology for the malfunctioned machine. Thank goodness for the car mechanic that offered to come rinse the soap off with a water hose. But my car still had soap and water stains from not being dry. This place has really bad Management and customer service. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
