Their customer service is lacking and they are falsely advertising their work hours. On their website and on their voicemail it states they are open from 7:30am to 4pm Monday through Friday. I was in their hallway at 3:30pm on a Thursday trying to drop off a sample and their doors were locked. I knocked repeatedly and no one answered, I called and it went to voicemail. Fast forward to the next morning at 8:30 am where I have tried calling their office FOUR times to try to verify their hours and no one answers. Finally I call a different location in Pembroke Pines to see if they could help and the gentleman stated that they close their doors at 3:30pm. THEN WHY SAY YOU ARE OPEN UNTIL 4! I ask if he can connect me directly to someone at the first location because I have not been able to get in touch with anyone and he said simply that they must be busy and that’s why they are not answering their phone. Really??!!!!

This lab needs more staff, especially for cleaning. Today during my visit around 8:20am I had to use the bathroom for a urine sample. Floor was all wet, trash can was full, and other people’s samples were still where I was supposed leave mine... As if that were not enough, when I walked out, the ONE technician had the nerve to ask me in front of other patients if I had cleaned up after myself because other people had to use it.What she should have been doing was making sure social distancing was observed. Instead she had two patients piled up by the bathroom door. I expect more from a lab in a city like Pembroke Pines, and associated to Dr. Logroño’s practice. I pay for someone to clean my bathrooms at home. Why can’t this business owner to do the same?No cleaning and no social distancing. Avoid this lab.
