How can you give a senior citizen an appointment for 10 a.m. and then your office is closed and you dont advise that senior citizen! The appointment was for Wednesday July 29th, there was absolutely no notice on your doors as to why you were closed!
Obviously customer service is not the key here. A lot of people come here, after fasting for many hours. To come here and not have anyone say a word to you after you ask a question. But they do speak amongst themselves and have blast while people wait for long periods of time. Then when needle goes in, it’s doesn’t go in, in a nice manner. They poke you like a voodoo doll when they hate someone. This office needs to be revamped.employees should be changed. Since everyone is buddy, buddy and they talk about what they all gonna do Saturday. They don’t see anything wrong. Walked out of there with a bruised arm.
I am so glad I didn’t see these reviews before I went there for the first time. I am very pleased with the one I go to in Pines and Palm. Staff is very nice. Place is clean and the only time you wait a long time is when you don’t have an appointment.
Made an appointment online and they took me in about 15mins after the appointment time. The receptionist was very nice but the nurse who took my lab work hardly said two words. Usually I feel hardly any pain but this time it hurt quite a lot and left a really nasty bruise (5hrs later).
I had the best experience. Ms. Elizabeth was professional and showed great care in her work. Both ladies at the front desk was very helpful, patient, and professional. The overall professionalism of the staff was beyond exceptional. These ladies are unsung SHEROS who deserve more credit than their given. My wait time was approximately 27 minutes. I had arrived with no appointment at12:20p add was out at12:47p.I will return again.
The Lady in Red Scrubs was very rude. I didnt react, but kept it calm. The Lady in the back who did blood work, Mona, was AWESOME. After no food for 5 hrs and being treated poorly all day to end with her being super professional, very quick and precise at taking my blood was nice. I didnt feel a thing and was quite surprised. I just want to say Thank You. Give her a raise, she is a gem.
Made an appointment online 2 weeks ago. Got there 5 minutes early from appointment time. Yes the office was full of patients with no appointments. Was called up about 10 minutes later to give papers. Then waited a few more minutes to have lab work. Total time in and out was 20 minutes. Also, the receptionist and nurse on site were very courteous and polite.

I went to Labcorp located at Pines Blvd and Palm Ave for the first time last week. Only one person in the receptionist area. Although she was very professional its impossible to take care of two or more patients that come in at the same time. You need to have at least two people in the receptionist area to help patients (with or without appointments) with their paper work, questions, and other needs.
I arrived to this location and checked in. Then I brought in the physician lab order to the front desk person. She told me to take a seat and she would call me. After 1 hour and 20 minutes (with appointment) I decided to go to the window and asked her how longer I had to wait. She said: maybe I called you and you did not answer. Didnt I get your lab order yet? I answered no. Then she asked me for my name and said: youre not in my system. I showed her the confirmation email and text I had. Then she looked in the computer again and said: Oh, yes, I found you. It was a system issue. That happens. Im going to call you now. So I went in and had the bloodwork done. Now I have bruises on both arms because of an unexperienced phlebotomist that couldnt cannulate my vein, after I told her where to go and she ignored me and ended up digging in there on 3 different sites and several attempts. I am a nurse, was wearing my scrubs and tried to be a good patient there. I requested a butterfly and she said I dont need one. And I really needed to have my labs done and not request another morning to my boss to go to the lab. I left that place so frustrated, I will not be back there.
I have been waiting for blood work 2 hours now. The room is full, they have 2 techs to draw blood for a room of 42 people. The wait is ridiculous. More staff needs to be added and it needs to be more sanitary.

All staffs were nice. Its clean, they have a coffee station. I was in and out all within an hour. But try to get there well before theyre open. I got there at 6:30am, they open at 7am and I was the 5th person in line.
I waited for four hours!!!! Every single chair had a waiting patient but the staff seems totally care-free and not in a rush to help anyone. They deserve ZERO stars but that is not an option. Just sad.

I was in Labcorp located 10081 pines blvd after waiting 45 minutes, we were told that it will take 2 to 3 hours MORE to be attended without an appointment since we were walk-in patients. VERY RUDE, bring your own snaks or coffee because they may have water but no cups remeber you will sit for over 2 hours... I hope and wish I never have to come back to this business.
Had an appointment and still had to checkin at a kiosk witch had a line to use. I would think its also against HIPPA law to check in with some one standing behind you. Two kiosks and only one working. We also had to wait for one hour before being seen. Staff where fine. Labcorp is a horrible lab.
They never keep the appointment times. It doesnt matter how early I arrive or that I check in thru my phone or that the Dr requests specifically state a timed draw.

I visited the Pines location for the 1st time. I had made an appt online and still had to wait a bit past my appt time. However, the staff was nice and phlebotomist was very good (I have tiny veins and she only poked me once).
POOR MANAGEMENT & long waiting, plus walk IN patients will never be assist cause they call randomly, and front desk personal doesnt inform what is your waiting time on the list nor your place to on the list.... Why put a list then ? Sit and grab a number or make a line ?
Very unprofessional, unpleasant staff. People were waiting while front desk staff were just talking and obviously not working. The phlebotomist had a Latin radio station playing on a radio in the room and was practically dancing while she was reading my script and figuring out which tubes to use. Not that theres anything wrong with Latin music but it was loud and she should not have been dancing! Its a medical office hello!! It was obnoxious. On top of that she was rude, touched the biohazard disposal without gloves on and proceeded to wipe my arm with alcohol. THEN she put on gloves. The place is filthy, the bathroom disgusting and the hand sanitizer dispenser was empty. I felt like I was going to catch some disease there. The place should be shut down. I will not use this facility again. Guess Ill have to try another site but it doesnt sound like others are much better.
In Broward 4 yrs. Now... Ive visited others location Very Bad experience...in my surprise doors open 6:45 am. While coffee was in progress...an exactly at 7:15 was Out. Staffing are very coordinate and friendly.

I get blood drawn every six months, first time at Labcore in Pembroke Pines was mess, i had a appointment and sat for2 hours. Staff had no problems with the amount of people there. Still very slow moving people. After waiting for that long I got my paper work back and left. Labcorp at 10081 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines, FL was the absolute worst. The lady at the front desk, her name is Amy. I asked for her last name from the phlebotomist but she said she didnt know 🤔..I also asked the phlebotomist where is the SUPERVISOR and she stated AMY WAS IN CHARGE.I went a week prior to give some blood. Later on after getting results from some tests, my doc office stated that Labcorp needed to do a recollection on the other tests that were left, after they took 6 viles of blood!! How much blood did they need? So I go back to do a recollection, I was told I didnt have to wait in line just ask for Amy. So Amy is preparing the paperwork, I waited for about 5 minutes. Then as I get inside I am handed my paperwork to make sure everything is correct. I am limping by the way I have a sprain. I get up to hand her the paper and stated my name is wrong. Then as she is ready to hand it to me, she calls me to come and get it. I am on the same side of her desk not in the waiting area. Seated not too far from her desk where she doesnt have to walk around it and could easily walk right to me. I stated to her could you please just bring to me I am limping and I just got up again to give her papers that were handed to me. She slams the papers on a filing cabinet by her printer behind her desk and tells me Im busy I cant walk over there right now. I stated to her Not only did I have to drive back here because you guys didnt take enough blood, but you clearly see that I am limping and you made the mistake of my name and you have me getting up back and forth to hand you papers which you have done incorrectly, and I ask you to simply hand me the paper and you slam it down for me to come and get it. You are very rude and unprofessional. She kept saying Thank you thank you. I explained to her just stop saying thank you and do not say another word to me. She was just adding fuel to the fire being argumentative. A scene was made where Im pretty sure the people in the waiting room heard. The phlebotomist, I forgot her name, was very apologetic which I appreciated. But the lady at the front if she is management she is a bad face for your company and will be a downfall. VERY NASTY AND NEEDS PROFESSIONAL ETIQUETTE. 0 STARS!!

The receptionist was friendly and helpful as were the techs that took the blood. My mother had a 9:30 am appt. She was called in at 9 35 and was out at 9 40. No problems what so ever! I have to say this Labcorps office @ 10081 Pines Blvd in Pembroke Pines AVOID GOING THERE! I must say the worst place. Poor management 1 nurse technician for an entire full room. If you make an appointment expect to wait anywhere from 40 minute to One hour and a half. Those who are going to walk in or going to wait at least 2 1/2 hours.This is a real business they try to pack as many people as they can in one day without any respect or consideration making them wait so long to draw blood that takes only one minute.I suggest management step up and hire more technicians because this is unacceptable having to wait that long so you can rake in as much money as you can in one day.I also Im going to complain to LabCorps corporate office this is in no way acceptable.
I went to LabCorp this morning for a routing analysis. It took 2hrs. 10 min. for my call. I realized there was only one nurse taking the blood while 40 people waiting for service. Bad business.

This is the absolute WORST Lab Corp office! There should be a zero star rating as this specific Lab Corp office does not even qualify for a one star rating!!! Arrived and checked-in at 12:40 p.m. today for my 12:45 p.m. appointment. Have been waiting for 85 minutes already, and ten people have already walked out because they also had appointments, and had been waiting well over an hour! This office is obviously mismanaged due to extremely bad management, poor employee customer service, poor employee work habits, and absolutely no sense of ethics, morals, values, dignity, and respect toward customers, clients, and guests! The blonde Latin woman with the glasses that was working at the front desk also angrily, rudely, and blatantly verbally blamed me for her inability, incoherence, and extreme lack of knowledge with the processing of my primary health insurance, and my secondary health insurance!!! Avoid going to this specific Lab Corp office like the PLAGUE!!! Lab Corp is by far and away the absolute WORST company for doing blood tests, draws, work, and any and all other services that they advertise!!!
